Bursa Malaysia, Green Packet Bhd Are Treating You Like Ass Clowns. What Are You Going To Do About It?

APRIL fools day for this year, has already passed, so this cannot be, one of those instances where a public listed company attempts to pull the leg of a market regulator by putting out a shitty announcement just for the fun of it.

WAHID Omar, the non executive chairman of Bursa Malaysia and Umar Swift, the Australian with a Malaysian PR, Green Packet Bhd have publicly insulted your intelligence.

YOUR own staff, might be laughing behind your backs, dogs might be giggling, while  children just feel sorry for you.

CONSIDER the following, Green Packet Bhd, which earns READ : 96.28 per cent of its revenue, supposedly from abroad  now wants to raise READ : RM19.15 million, by issuing 598.4 million new shares at 3.2 Sen of which RM10 million is allocated for an investment in Sri Lanka.

NOW, with more than 50 per cent of the money going into Sri Lanka, guess what Green Packet submitted to Bursa Malaysia? READ : a long tale about the prospects of the Malaysian economy.

NEVERMIND, the fact, if Bursa Malaysia is stupid enough to approve Green Packets proposal, which has clearly disrespected the stock exchange, it also means Green Packet  effectively would end up with a record of issuing 1.398 billion new shares since 2020.

OR perhaps Green Packet Bhd is attempting to prepare the stock exchange in advance for a future discovery that the bulk of its foreign earnings are mere hocus-pocus? 

BUT, let's not speculate on the future and keep out feet rooted on the ground, and examine based on what perimeters Green Packet Bhd wants the RM10 million to invest in the Sri Lanka venture.

THE investment is for READ : a 2019 integrated tourism platform contract from the Sri Lanka Government.

INVESTOR alert, in 2019 the president of Sri Lanka was Percy Mahinda Rajapaksa, followed by his brother Nandasena Gotabaya Rajapaksa, until he was forced to resign and run away from Sri Lanka by the people of Sri Lanka on July 14 2022.

BOTH the brothers were READ : found guilty of economic crimes by the Sri Lanka Courts just in November 2023, and here we have Green Packet attempting to use a 2019 contract from Sri Lanka which had never commenced operations to raise as much as RM19 million in 2023.

WHEN  will Anwar Ibrahim realise, that having Fahmi Fadzil as communications minister, and chief Government spokesman is a waste of time and a waste of money?

CONSIDER the following carefully, Fahmi Fadzil told Malaysia  that  the , READ : Govt will study RSF's proposals to improve media freedom index position and subsequently, the Government have engaged with the Reporters Without Borders.

READ : Reporters Without Borders Claim they are the Gold standard.

NOW if Fahmi Fadzil had really studied the report by the Reporters Without Borders, he would have noticed that READ : Burkina Faso, which is run by a military dictatorship had been ranked much higher than Malaysia at number 86 in the Reporters Without Borders Freedom of Press Index.

DOES anyone with a sane mind, can actually believe or even trust that a dictatorship, which does not even accord the basic rights for its citizens to vote, have more freedom than you and I?

WITH a minister like Fahmi Fadzil, my country, Malaysia, definitely does not need any ENEMIES to slur our NATIONAL PRIDE and IMAGE.

Bank Negara Malaysia, Depan Ada Laut, Mana mahu lari

APA khabar Bank Negara Malaysia, boleh tolong jawap soalan berikut, khususnya tentang Quantum Metal dan Revenue Group Bhd.

1) WHY did the Australian Reserve Bank, which is the central bank of Australia reject wire transfers from Quantum Metal?  

IS it because they suspect poor B40, Malays hard work and honest earned money, were subject to fraud under the watch of Quantum Metal?

2) IF this is indeed the case, how come some Caucasian people are more interested in protecting the interest of our people, then our own central bank?

3) CAN you, Bank Negara Malaysia immediately ring up the Reserve Bank of Australia and find out why the Australian Banks had closed off all the banking accounts of Quantum Metal in Australia.  Just to give you a heads up, banks normally close a client's account if they suspect fraud or money laundering activities have taken place.

4) BANK Negara Malaysia, in line with the principals and concepts of ESG, can you kindly find out how come, Quantum Metal can afford to send RM120 million to Australia into Besra Gold, a company listed on the Australian stock exchange , but cannot pay back the money they took from the mostly B40 muslim community in Malaysia.

5) AND apparently, Quantum Metal are delirious in sending another RM46 million to Australia, but their attempts were stopped by the Austtalian authorities.

6) ISRA Consulting, the first shariah based auditors sanctioned by Bank Negara Malaysia, could not locate the so called 31 tonnes of 999 Gold owned by Quantum Metal as claimed by Quantum Metal, can you kindly call up, the firm that replaced ISRA Consulting, on  why they haven't released the full audit report on the supposed gold owner ship by Quantum Metal.

7) This is a some what hypothetical question. Since your former staff Kamari Zaman is the chairman of Revenue Group Bhd, and also a director in Quantum Metal, can you please investigate to acertain if the READ ; RM64 million which went into Revenue Group Bhd, via warrant conversions that made no economic sence, is in anyway linked to Quantum Metal

The Corporate Mafia's Quantum Problem ; In the begining there was Classita Bhd.

CLASSITA Bhd, prior to the Corporate Mafia's questionable on the company was known as Caely Holdings  Bhd.

CAELY' executive chairman and major stakeholder was READ : Louis Ng Chun Hau, who also happens to be the founder and face of Public Gold Group.

QUANTUM Metal VIEW : has always viewed the much more legitimate Public Gold as it's major rival in the Malaysian market.

COULD Corporate Mafia which is synonymous with Victor Chin Boon Long, have targeted Caely Holdings as part of a bitter turf war between Quantum Metal and Public Gold.?

WHO did the Corporate Mafia appoint as chairman of Revenue Group Bhd, once they had taken over the company in a rather dubious manner?

IS that the only link between, Classita and Quantum Metal? I am afraid not. Quantum Metal's chairman VIEW : Mazlan Lazim was also a director in Classita in 2022. Additionally Quantum Metal claims Mazlan has a senior role in MCMC

WHAT is Mazlan Lazim famous for? Well I will only tell you, what he is famous for in 2024, as for the years before that, you need to Google it yourself.

FOR 2024, Mazlan is not only famous for being the chairman of Quantum Metal but he is also famous for being the READ : independent chairman of Rapid Synergy

YES,  the same Rapid Synergy which has seen it's share price fall to RM29.50 on Dec 22 2023, to 70 sen today, losing more than RM2.9 billion of its value.

OH, by the way, Rapid Synergy which is controlled by Dr Yu Kuan Chon READ :.triggered a market sell down of selected stock in January 2024, based on sell orders from Singapore and margin calls.

IRONICALLY just around the same time when the Australian Reserve Bank started refusing money  transfers from Quantum METAL.

State of the Nation

SPARE the rod, and spoil the child, is the grim end result, facing Malaysia, if we continue to be selective in being efficient.

SINGAPORE's founding father, Lee Kuan Yew had this to say on the legal system.;  "The acid test of any legal system is not the greatness or the grandeur of its ideal concepts, but whether, in fact, it is able to produce order and justice".

CONSIDER the following, two national football players have been attacked separately, with one of them having fourth degree burns due to an acid attack, while the Selangor F.C CEO, is being threatened  that READ : he is next on the list to be attacked.

AS a citizen, my aspirations are that Anwar Ibrahim will show the same empathy for Malaysians who had suffered injustice,  which he is constantly showing for HAMAS.

UNLIKE HAMAS, we do not have DRONES and secret underground tunnels to hide inside, but what we have is the ballot box to teach a sitting Prime Minister, CUKUPLah, Gajah di hadapan mata tak nampak, kuman di seberang lautan nampak

THE onus is on the DAP voters in Kuala Kubu Bharu to demand that the DAP take full responsibility that the suspects in the Teoh Beng Huat case are still serving in the MACC and even had their contract extended by Anwar Ibrahim.

IF the DAP voters in Kuala Kubu Bharu fail to do so on May 11, then they truly deserve a Prime Minister who seems more preoccupied in getting juctice for Hamas rather than justice for the KK Mart owners or even  Teoh Beng Huat.

The Corporate Mafia's Quantum Problem

QUANTUM Metal has failed to meet an April 2024 deadline to deposit RM46 million into the Australian public listed company known as Besra Gold.

THE money was supposed to be deposited into Besra Gold in December 2023, as part of a RM1.4 billion investment by Quantum Metal into Besra Gold. READ : Quantum Metal's RM1.4 billion investment into Besra Gold

AS at November 2023, READ : Quantum Metal had successfully transferred some RM120 million into the Australian company, and the transfers mainly from Malaysia came to an abrupt end.

IT came to an abrupt end in December, when the Australian Central Bank, known as the Reserve Bank of Australia,  started to refuse money wired by Quantum Metal and had ordered the closure of all of Quantum Metal's Australian bank accounts VIEW : Scroll to Besra Gold's Announcement to the Australian Stock exchange on March 28 2024.

IT was only then did Bank Negara Malaysia did something very strange.READ : Quantum Metal institusi pelapor, tidak perlu lesen BNM.

STRANGE because the central bank was basically repeating itself, perhaps having forgotten that VIEW : sometime near June 2021, it had already raised the red flag on Quantum Metal, without doing anything else other than pass the buck to the Securities Commission.

THE Royal Malaysian Police understanding the seriousness of the matter, and perhaps even the possibilities that about RM1.2 billion might still be in Malaysia, has brought the baby right back to the front door of  the Malaysian central bank.

Microsoft Corp's RM2.4 billion Malaysian Government Contract.

MICROSOFT Corp, the world's largest company by market capitalisation, decision  READ : to invest US$2.2 bln in cloud and AI services in Malaysia, looks like it was spurred by  a contract estimated to be valued at RM2.4 billion from the Government of Malaysia.

THERE is nothing remotely wrong in the Government trying up such a deal with the American company.

WHAT is wrong here is in the way, the Madani Government communicated the Microsoft investment into Malaysia, especially READ : on the matter of creating 300,000 job opportunities via training, shows a level of insecurity.

Aeronerve, the naughty drone company.

BACK on February 22, 2024, I had urged that READ : Malaysia needs to shut down the operations of the Aman Palestine powered Technerve Technology Solutions Sdn Bhd, which is commonly referred to as Aeronerve.

EVEN as early as December last year, the USA hasn't been pleased with the transfer of drone know how from Malaysia to West Asia. READ : US imposes fresh sanctions on Iran-related drone production network; include entities based in Malaysia, Indonesia.

AS most of us already know, READ : The US Treasury Department's top sanctions official will travel to Malaysia, next week to discuss an uptick in money moving to Iran and its proxies, including Hamas, through the Malaysian financial system.

THE Treasury Department's top sanction official, will definitely be discussing IRANIAN oil, which, I gather  centre' on READ :how on earth is China able to buy twice as much as Malaysia actually produces.

EVEN a sniff of a possible sanction will cause mayhem on the Ringgit, with foreign funds pulling out of the equity and government bond market.

OF course,  some people say, that China can definitely fill any gap left by the USA. This is of course true, but let's not forget it is not the USA, which is claiming Malaysian territory and often violating over sovereignity.

THAT , blackspot honour belongs to China. Being very friendly with China without the USA near our doorsteps is akin to allowing the wolf to guard the sheep.

Pakatan Harapan, naik seperti semut, turun seperti ribut.

ANWAR  Ibrahim hasn't failed as Prime Minister, and overall he has done a decent job , to keep the wheels intact, without any personal financial scandals involving the Prime Minister and his immediate family.

WHILE the Prime Minister, has his heart in the right place , he is being let down by a lack of real talent within Pakatan Harapan, as well as the Prime Minister himself fading into the back ground, when leadership was required.

THE Prime Minister, could have won the respect and perhaps even the support of the civil servant voter, if had taken the bull by 5ts horns, when READ : Tourism Minister Tiong King Song demoted the Tourism Malaysia DG.

ON February 27 2024, READ : I had written that there were too many red flags on the demotion of the tourism malaysia DG.

DO note, that under the then director general of Tourism Malaysia,  READ : Malaysia was the most visited country in 2023, in South East Asia, with some 29 million visitors, even beating Thailand

NOW, that the DG has been marginalised, and Tiong King Song has a free hand, from Jan 2024 to April 2024, READ : Thailand received 11.95 million foreign tourist , as opposed to only 5.8 million foreign tourist arrival in Malaysia.

SALARY increases aren't going to win over the civil servants. They like the rest of Malaysia, have been watching how a performing director general was allowed to be thrown to the wolf's lair.

ON the converse,  the Agriculture Ministry's Director General for paddy Azman Mahmood still has his plump job, even after he  READ : has been accused of lying at a meeting chaired by the Prime Minister by the MP for Bukit Gantang.

Malaysia, Yang Manis itu Bukan Gula...

SOME people called him turtle head, while others called him LEMBIK, and now today a vast majority of us , are secretly saying in our hearts ; di saat ada maunya, baik baik sahaja, selepas itu RACUN TIKUS  !

FEELS like the raw end of an increasingly venomous rat poison , as Malaysian come to terms that under the so called reformist Government led by Pakatan Harapan READ : not only have press freedom freefall 34 spots to 107 place, but for the first time in donkey years, Malaysia did not emerge as with the freeest press in South East Asia.

COMPARE this to the time of the very under rated stewardship of Ismail Sabri, who had put up with online insults such as LEMBIK and Turtle head, when our freedom of press READ : soared to 73rd place from 133 before, largely due to the good work done by Ismail Sabri.

YES  the same Ismail Sabri which Malaysians dumped despite the then premier refusing to interfere in the Najib Razak court case, while on the economic front, under Ismail Sabri's leadership READ : the economy grew at its strongest pace in the current century

The civil service wage drama

IS the Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim indirectly attempting to infer that by raising the wages of the civil servant he is hoping not to be booted out of office when either voters exercise their right in GE16 or Parliament Members do so when they please?

ONE can't run away from exploring such a possibility, considering the Prime Minister has openly stated READ : I want to ask, which MP wants to object to this notion? If they do, we will throw them out at the next elections.

ACCORDING to an ISEAS report READ : Ethnic Malays, comprising 57 per cent of Malaysian citizens, account for 78 per cent of federal government staff — and 80 per cent of top decision-making positions.

WITH the expected raise, poised to take place in December,  bottom end civil servants in Malaysia, will take home a minimum of RM2000, which is about RM601 less than what a Bangladesh construction worker in Singapore earns before overtime.

THE gap in wages between the Singapore Bangladesh worker and the Malaysian civil servant,  hardly meets the expectation of those who believed READ : Nga Kor Ming's promise, if Pakatan Harapan were to rule Malaysia, Singaporeans will flock to work in Malaysia due to the strength of the economy

BUT, hey dont go lambasting Nga Kor Ming just yet, because as Malaysians we can rejoice that under Pakatan Harapan rule, legislations have been kept firm to make sure atleast BANGLADESH workers in Malaysia gets paid a world class starting salary.

IN Singapore the starting salary of a Bangladesh construction  worker is READ : between RM2601 and RM1737 base wage, effectively meaning when compared to minimum wage of RM1500 by law in Malaysia for Bangladesh workers, the difference with the core base level wage for a Bangladeshi worker in Singapore is a a mere US 50 DOLLARS.

Jangan salahkan Fahmi Fadzil. Memang depa level Gol & Gincu, jadi salahkan lah, mamat Yang lantik dia jadi Menteri.

I actually pity Fahmi Fadzil, who is being blamed READ : who is being blamed for everything that goes wrong under the sky.

AND if that is not enough, Fahmi Fadzil is being schooled VIEW : and mocked as a butt of jokes over in the internet world by the likes of Syed Saddiq.

BUT the worst is not over for poor little Fahmi Fadzil, as the failed actor turned minister, will surely be lambasted to the skies, if Pakatan Harapan get trounced in Kuala Kubu Bharu.

THEY same spit will fall again on Fahmi Fadzil face,  that he has failed to use the assets of Jabatan Komunikasi Komuniti (J-KOM) to bring the people closer to the Unity Government.

ALL this at a time, when many people are wondering based on what statistical evidence and written evidence, had made Anwar Ibrahim come to the conclusion that READ : Indians could possibly jealous or angry with the Malays.

STRANGE as this might add sound, this is actually coming from a Prime Minister of the so called Unity Government.

THE undecided middle aged voters meanwhile are looking for Rafizi Ramli, who also haven't showed up at Kuala Kubu Bharu. PEOPLE want to question the minister on what will happen to the price of goods and services once the petrol subsidies are rationalised.

The Pirates Of Bursa Malaysia : Vulnerable, Dangerous and Toxic.

SARAWAK Cable Bhd as of now is in no man's land with a high possibility, that the loss making company, which had promised so much, could be struck off from the stock exchange.

THE  public listed company, which had tempted investors with READ ; a tantalizing white knight with RM250 million to spare, enabling Sarawak Cable Bhd, a second shot in life, now seems to be in a limbo.

IN a limbo because READ : Sarawak Cable Bhd's application to Bursa Malaysia, for yet another extension for a regularisation plan has yet to be approved by the stock exchange.

WITHOUT such an extension, the only alternative left is for the company to be delisted from the stock exchange.

THE current scenario is a far cry, when the stock from low price of 0.05 Sen on December 4 2023, had shot up to 41 sen by Jan 8 2024.

WHILE many were excited with what was happening in Sarawak Cable at that point of time, I was not.

I had seen what happened to Hong Seng Consolidated Bhd's share price, another company which was associated by the corporate deals brought by the Sarawak Cable CEO Russell Walter Boyd. READ : From MySejahtera to Sarawak Cable, it's the same Ginbang Gang

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : Victor Chin Boon Long Gets By With A Little Help From His Friends.

WHAT did Revenue Group Bhd do, after receiving around RM55 million via a warrant conversion exercise, that defied market logic? 

WELL, Revenue Group Bhd, did THREE things actually. The first being, Revenue Group Bhd READ : paid a steep premium to Hong Seng Consolidated to buy a 51 per cent stake in Innov8tif.

SECOND , Revenue Group, READ :sought approval from the stock of exchange to raise as much as RM50 million via a private placement exercise.

THE third thing which Revenue Group Bhd did was to VIEW : bought 57 million shares in a PLC , controlled by Victor Chin Boon Long's wife.

MEET Ingenieur Gudang Berhad, the shares which Revenue Group, bought some time on Feb 2024. Revenue Group now owns more than three per cent of ingeniur and is among the 20 largest shareholders in the company.

LOOKS like Victor Chin Boon Long and his subordinates are playing musical chair with their money , with Leong Seng Wui being given money from another Chin Boon Long company to buy into  Hong Seng Consolidated Bhd.

One suspects,Victor Chin Boon Long's RM50 million line is not thick enough to cover him from on going stand storm.
