SO should you be worried if you are using Revenue Group Bhd's payment gateway ? I don't know, so I will merely put forward the case and let the user beware.

CONSIDER the following. Revenue Group Bhd's new substantial shareholder and executive director Francis Leong Seng Wui, has been accused via police reports not by one party but atleast two different UNrelated parties of using illegal and thug tactics to intimidate owners of companies which large cash reserves.

AND to add some spice to an already murky situation inside Revenue Group Bhd, there is this small little matter of about RM30 million missing from Tee Yam's company, after Francis Leong Seng Wui and his friends did a hostile takeover.


NOW, i can't write much about an on going police case but I can tell you a little about Tee Yam or  Pai Kah Lek, who is a reformed gangster. 

UNLESS you have balls of steel or you have become a bigger gangster and scammer, than Pai Kah Lek was in his heydays, the chances of you staying a life to tell the tale of how you stole from him is near to ZERO.

SO what is Bank Negara and the Securities Commission doing ? Publicly, we have no idea, so let the USER BEWARE...

IF they are stupid enough to fall into Victor Chin Boon Long's gravy train and announce themselves as the new substantial shareholders of Revenue Group, then they are setting themselves up for a BLUDFIRE of an Inquisition.

WHY is that so, you may ask?  Well for the simple fact that, there is a money trail to their trades. For example, Francis Leong Seng Wui, can justify his purchase of Revenue shares up to a point, by stating that he sold off 59 million shares in Green Packet.



BUT what about today's trades? Where did the money come from? Who are the financers and why were the shares traded 4 times more than it's 30 day average of 24 million shares?

TELL me WHY, Malaysia, a book printing company with a mere RM100 investment, could end up with a market capitalisation of RM800 million only to see it's share price sink to 26.5 sen today, and suddenly have RM80 million in receivables, enough to wipe out any cash the company raised via placements? THE reason is because, Bursa Malaysia and The Securities Commission have allowed them to use and abuse THE PRIME MINISTER'S NAME.  CASE in point just this month,  Fitters Bhd USED the PRIME MINISTERS NAME TO JUSTIFY ITS OUTRAGEOUS INVESTMENT IN COMPUTER FORMS.


TELL me WHY,  Bursa Malaysia and the Securities Commission, that our Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim did not want anything to do with the Elon Musk of Thailand in his recent trip to Thailand ? 

TELL me WHY, Bursa Malaysia and the Securities Commission that the Computer Forms shares have fallen from RM2.80 to 27.5 sen as at Friday and nobody has been charged for market manipulation?  

OH, you don't know is it, Bursa Malaysia and Securities Commission, just like every time you investigate Kenneth Vun and the likes of him, you always fail to connect the dots.

I truly believe that the BERSATU boys have got it wrong when they claim  Anwar Ibrahim who holds the Finance Minister portfolio, had sinister intentions when he omitted to state READ : Section 44 (6)b of the Tax Act 1967 states that an appeal over a decision by the IRB director-general can be lodged with the finance minister who is then allowed to determine a reasonable resolution.

INSTEAD the Prime Minister stated that the finance minister has no tax exemption authority; only the director-general of the IRB under Section 44 (6) of the Tax Act 1997.

I believe that Anwar Ibrahim is out of his depth, makes decisions without consulting the relevant regulators, act on impulse and is a disaster for Malaysia to have him hold the Finance Ministership.
