NOT yet the First Cut but.. Hungry Like The Wolf

is a song written and performed by Duran Duran for their second album RIO way back in 1984,  is the song that won the group the maiden Grammy award for Best Short Form Music Video in the same year.

The knives are not out yet for Ismail Sabri, but the blows intended and not intended has come in fast and furious.

The Malay Chamber of Commerce was among the first to jump into the ring, with this do not take us for suckers stance READ No need to wait for 100 days, just get down on it

And I'm hungry like the wolf
Strut on a line, it's discord and rhyme
I'm on the hunt, I'm after you
Mouth is alive, with juices like wine
And I'm hungry like the wolf

As the saying goes, when it rains, it pours. Johari Abdul Ghani's CI Holdings Bhd delivered to the market YET ANOTHER STRONG SET OF RESULTS, READ : CIHB’s net profit surge 177.2% with 95 per cent of its products exported to 100 countries.

Turnaround KUB is exactly  what Johari has done and proof of that pooding is in READ ; Despite economic gloom, KUB records RM158.6mil in profit after tax.

You would think that here is an UMNO man, respected on merit by the business community, and boast some key factors that was lacking in the Perikatan Nasional  Government, namely RESULTS, DELIVERANCE , A SPECIALST IN TURNING AROUND LOSERS INTO WINNERS, & HAS STRONG LINKS WITH 100 COUNTRIES would surely be a safe bet for either the Minister  Of Finance or even the MITI ministerhip.

The job instead went to Muhyiddin's pick Tengku Zafrul, whoes CV as CEO of CIMB only looks good on paper because for decades  it has always been  Nazir Razak's CIMB.

For the record, Nazir Razak wouldn't have been a bad choice either for the Finance ministership.

On the opposite side, Ismail Sabri's flag barrier in Pakatan Harapan, Tony Pua got a good hiding  from his own coalition partners READ ; Pramatang & Terburu buru

Will that stop Tony Pua ?  Hell NO,  for here is a man booted out in the SELANGOR DAP elections by Karpal Singh's son Gobind Singh

READ : Tony Pua disappointed at not being voted into Selangor DAP committee but feels that he has the right to speak on behalf of the Pakatan Harapan Presidential Council when he himself is not a member of that council.

Tony Pua, should step outside his ivory tower and ask any middle aged or above Malaysian this very simple question.. who was KARPAL SINGH?

They will outright tell Tony Pua,  that KARPAL SINGH was from PENANG, aka The TIGER of JELUTONG.

The words SELANGOR might not even get a mention. That is how far down the ladder, Tony Pua has fallen!
