The Story of DNB will Be Told : Part 23: All Eyes on Abdul Jalil Abdul Rasheed , Malaysia's very own : Fortunate Son.

is the massive Creedence Clearwater Revival hit that helped define 1969 ,  an era of war between men,  war with and  against the colour of skin and a  rage against an invisible wall that separates  the rich and the poor.

Malaysians  got a good dose of  that USA 1969 rage ,on how the well oiled  fortunate ones got treated much better than the average Joe's. The lockdown days, heightened the impression , cost  Muhyiddin Yassin his job.

AT this point,  I was and still am torn between  deep analytics or to breakdown laughing. 

Could dark humour be the culprit, why Vincent Tan, Syed Mokthar and their common godfather is banking on Abdul Jalil Abdul Rasheed to bail them out from the Ericsson/Digital Nasional Bhd Hell,  built by Muhyiddin Yassin?

Meet  Abdul Jalil Abdul Rasheed ,  the fortunate son who was made the Chief Executive Officer  of Permodalan Nasional Bhd,  the nation's  largest fund management company,   when the Kedah born Tun Mahathir became PM.

Common assumption is Jalil Rasheed  quit due to READ : Harresment by unknown parties , or because Parliment was about to be told on his actual education background.

According to the Edge READ : Jalil Rasheed sated that from 2013 till 2019, he was the CEO of South East Asia for Invesco Ltd.

Is it mere coincidence  Jalil Rasheed  having landed two top jobs in  KL,  the first with PNB ,  and then with Vincent Tan's  Berjaya Group, has walked away from both jobs,  citing the familiar family first choice?  

The guy obviously is not  savvy,     VIEW ,: Serba Dinamik let off with a fine. What message is this sending, if you can afford a large fine, you can muck around

I am sure ,  the nation  is keen to know Jalil's take on  why Tommy Thomas,  one the best legal minds in Asia,  is having a  difficult time convincing Malaysians  that  he READ : reduced Vincent Tan’s son’s drug charges, based on merit.

Despite,  being riddled with holes,  Jalil Rasheed is attempting to control the the 5G  NARRATIVE by preaching a gospel which pointsdirectly to his own lack of competence..

READ : First is why is cost almost RM20bn to build a network that is add on to 4G?.

Do note that the First is why is  English is from the former CEO of PNB.  Jalil Rasheed lacks under standing on what is for 4G,  and why 4G Lte is not 4G.

If he had bothered to read up a little, READ : Government to the rescue with RM28 billion fund to beef up the Fiberisation agenda and to link services in areas where MNO have failed to provide coverage.,  perhaps then the process of exposing himself  would nor have gone deeper. 

Jalil Rasheed's tweet on sincerity, stands out for its stupidity.  READ :If DNB really wanted to be sincere about telco ownership they should have invited telcos to negotiating table from Day One

Apart from the questionable English, Jalil Rasheed seems to have missed out on  how the READ : Telco's sat on their fat back sides when they were offered full control to roll out 5G.

A common trait of fortunate sons have always been their lack of  empathy with what we go through daily. READ : All these goes against spirit of fair and equal connectivity.
