IF  the answer is NO,  then the Securities Commission and Bursa Malaysia should NOT allow the executive directors to drag the company into hell, via a script issue exercise.

SUCH an exercise,  would dramatically  fire up Revenue Group into NOSH (Number of Outstanding Shares) hell ;  The NOSH for the mothee = 3,025,484,705 , while the baby or warrants swell past a billion to = 1,210,193,882 

CONSIDER , the following,  the executive directors, SPECIFICALLY  Francis Leong Seng Wui, and Teh Chee Hoe,  have been dragging Revenue Group  into the abyss.

THE ill fated purchase of READ:Innov8tif and it's subse. 57quent disposal to Nex G Bhd cðdxertainly puts the duo in the INCOMPETENT list  .

CASH call have been called  to even pay salaries, but some how , Revenue Group  never seem to get out of woods .

HELL, the duo , couldn't even choose a decent accountant. Wait for the announcement, Revenue Group in search of  new auditors,  after the SC pulled the PLUG OFF!!!!

MARKET manipulator Kenneth Vun Yun Liun, today admits that he has a past, and he will not shy away from it.

YET the silence is deafening,  when one reads, Pamela Ling Yueh's plea to the court that READ : the true purpose of my arrest, remand and subsequent travel restriction was to put pressure on me to resolve my claims on matrimonial assets and other matters with Hah.

THE deafening silence, turns darker when the Corporate Secrets.Com in 2023  names the same ethnic Chinese officer from the MACC now infamous Sector D unit READ : as being under the payroll of Victor Chin Boon Long.

YET again, the MACC defended the officer and he subsequently  made a Police report.

SOME 569 days ago,  I had already established that there is a drug transhipment   ring in Malaysia for the export market, which hails from Central America.

TWO days ago, the New Straits Times had reported READ : drugs coming from Central America to Malaysia as something out of the ordinary 

BY Central America, I specifically mean MEXICO and a smaller extent Colombia.

WHO are the mainstay players in this mega narco business, in bed with military like equipped organised crime groups, hailing from Central America.?

SPECIFICALLY,   conclusions  pointed to a major flaw in how,  both mainstream and off stream media had defined THE CORPORATE MAFIA .

WHAT, we do know is the land ear marked for a brand new airport in Perak was sold, sometime between 2018 and 2019 for a song  to ECK Development  at a time when Ahmad Faizal Azumu was the Menteri Besar of Perak.

A MACC investigation supposedly started in 2022, has yet to result in charges  being filed against the individuals responsible for the sale.

 ALL this is despite Nga Kor Ming raising the matter in the state assembly,  claiming there no memo or even meetings to consider such a sale.

WILL Malaysia discover what is it actually did the Kedah Menteri Besar Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor saw back in 2021, to convince him that READ : ECK Development has proof of funds totalling RM6.5 billion for the first two phase of the planned Kedah International Airport.

ALL this for a company  which was losing to the tune of RM43 million a year in 2021, with liabilities standing at RM627.6 million, surpassing the company's assets, but yet strangely  were paying hefty dividends to shareholders.

THINGS get a lot more interesting when one starts to study Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor a bit more.

LIKE why on earth give READ: 11 acres of Prime land eventhough the planned rubber city project has been abandoned?

AND who is the generous recipient of this land,? Well it's none other than Hong Seng Consolidated, who kept their mouths closed, allowing the Kedah Menteri Besar to use the planned billion ringgit project as PR material on the ability of his PAS led Government  in attracting investments for the state election campaigns last year. 

MUHAMMAD Sanusi  Md Nor would latter admit he knew in advance that the Hong Seng project was a dead wood, something which minority shareholders were not informed by the company until it was too late.

AND is there a link between Papa Rich, Tedy Teow Wooi Huat's  MBI and Quantum Metal? We will soon find out, won't we...

YES approximately  571 days, that is how long the Securities Commission's audit oversight  body took to get its act in order.

ON,  October 13, 2023, I had specifically focused READ :in the manner auditors Cheng & Co has gone about auditing Greepacket Bhd' books..

MY concern was not based on the fact that  READ : Messrs Chengco PLT (or formerly known as Cheng & Co) and its partners have been barred by the Securities Commission Malaysia’s Audit Oversight Board (AOB) from accepting public interest entities (PIEs) or schedule funds as clients and auditing their financial statements for 12 months.

MY concerns were  why had GreenPacket refused to hire a big three audit firm and how on earth were Chengco adding value to the audit process of GreenPacket, which supposedly earns in the 100's of million from outside Malaysia, when Chengco doesn't have an oversees presence.

FRANCIS Leong Seng Wui's eagerness to embrace CHENGCO for Revenue Group, merely  strengthen the bias that something randy was taking place in the state of New York.

CHENGCO has now received its second  suspension from the Securities Commission 's audit board in  merely six years..

THE SC having a spine bodes well for Malaysia as well as for its excecutive chairman Mohammad Faiz Azmi, who I am told have eyes for KENNETH VUN YUN LIUN.

TEDY Teow Wooi Huat, fraudulent scheme , has actually netted nothing from the recent reinvestigation of Mobility Beyond Imagination Group (MBI).

THE cryptocurrency scam, READ : stole USD$14 billion from more than 10 million people.

MBI spelled backwards is IBM, which press reports claim as proof that Tedy Teow wooi Huat wanted to build the scheme to be as big as International Business Machines Corporation.

THAT though is actually a myth. Tedy Teoh Wooi Huat actually had a knack of using larger corporations namesake to garner attention.

CASE in point, according to US SEC fillings Tedy Teoh Wooi Huat, has a digital sports entertainment company VIEW : Apple iSports Group Inc.

HAVING emerged as the new deputy chairman in the recently completed party elections, that for the first time was rocked with allegations of money politics.

IT came as no surprise that team Nga Kor Ming were the biggest winners in the socialist learning party's election. 

NGA Kor Ming's tenure as housing minister has seen credit komuniti entities giving out huge loans to individuals to  buy and speculate on stocks.

FOR example,  it is estimated, that Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak got somewhere between RM180 million and RM300 million to buy shares in MMAG by Velocity Capital.

HIS  tenure , has also seen the minister extend Revenue Group's money lending license despite strong  paper trails that RM64 million had been washed into the company.

NGA Kor Ming, had also attempted rehabilitate Leong Seng Wui' reputation by attempting to give Revenue Group a fresh batch of contracts. READ :Nga Kor Ming is an embarrassment.

AND before , NGA Kor Ming, in the truest sence of whoes badge he actually wears close to his heart, went out of his way to appoint READ :Mohd khairul Adib Abd Rahman as the alternate chairman of the Local Government Development Ministry' Panel of Experts.

YES, the same Mohd Khairul Adib Abd Rahman,  who mysteriously had shares in Classita Bhd which he sold for a six million ringgit gain.

  

THE same Mohd Khairul Adib Abd Rahman, who was loaned a bundle of cash by KN Kenanga to but NEX G Bhd.

THIS is the same Velocity Mohd Khairul Adib Abd Rahman,  who online publications claim is the richest Malaysian KSU, in the shortest period of time in the history of man kind.
