FOOL'S rush in where angels fear to tread, so the JOKER needs a JOKERMAN to do his bidding, specifically to buy his shares for a hefty sum, and rip off the cash in the company.

THE jokerman, Leong Seng Wui, might be walking on water and flying in thin air, for the opportunities given to , by the man he hold in reverence, that even in his cell phone, naming him only as boss.

TO blind to see, that he himself is actually seen as a very disposable asset, when need be.  

VERY likely Leong Seng Wui, with a very poor command of Bahasa Malaysia and barely palatable English, views the JOKER, as the almighty card, first introduced in 1875 in the game of Poker, then known as Mistigris.

BUT , the joker card has a deeper history, first introduced in the game of EUCHRE, where Joker card is typically associated with mayhem, chaos and unpredictability,

LEONG Seng Wui is not seen ,by the Joker, as a must retain asset as Kenny Khow Chuan Wah is seen.

IT, didn't matter to Anwar Ibrahim's Government  that Farhash Wafa Salvador,  in recent times closely associated to MyEG or that his wife plays a key role in MyEg's sponsorship of the Miss Universe contest.

NOR did it matter to the Government, that MyEg had a name change as part as a wider branding exercise. READ : MyEg says its new name is Zetrix AI Bhd.

SO if you think, its going to matter to the Government that NexG Bhd, has changed its name from Dataprep Bhd and once again Farhash Wafa Salvador's name has been dragged in, there is going to be a different ending.

YOU should go check on why, people who do the same things, over and over again but expect a different result, are called medically INSANE.

THE other symptom suffered by MyEg and NexG now is the surprisingly very short term contract extension given to both companies. READ : The Edge smells a dead rat walking in the short term NexG contract extensions.

THE Government's displeasure with NexG is multifold and transgress the Finance Ministry and the Home Ministry. VIEW : Government funds sell off substantial stake in Nex G Bhd.

CONSIDER, the manner in which the Government gave the middle finger to Nex G, which came VIEW : 20 days after MMAG Bhd's starmen, Mohd Khairul Adib Abd Rahman, the former Public Service (KPPA) director general was appointed as deputy executive chairman of Nex G.

OBVIOUSLY, the Government  is not vibing with Mohd Khairul Adib Abd Rahman, especially since how he suddenly post retirement appeared in Hong Seng Consolidated  Bhd and  Classita Bhd to make Millions of Ringgit .

A closer look at Hong Seng Consolidated, which i am liberty to disclosed had been studied by the Ministry of Finance, can't discount ties based on friends with benefits between Hong Seng Consolidated share price rise during the Covid 19, political funding and Perikatan Nasional.

WHAT i cannot disclose in detail is Farhash Wafa Salvador,  except that he is misunderstood and is not a bad guy in the scheme of things.

NOSH refers to the number of shares of a company's common stock, outstanding on a specific trading day. 

IT represents the total number of shares that are currently held by all investors, and is a key metric used in financial analysis. 

BASICALLY,   the higher the NOSH,  especially  for a company bleeding red ink, the more difficult  its will be for the company to get back on its feet, as it has cancerous effect on a company's key financial metric such as earnings per share.

LAST week, Bursa Malaysia , VIEW : approved Revenue Group's latest warrant exercise , in a 12 month period  that saw Revenue Group, sell of their landed assets, undertake a private placement exercise, among others just to pay staff salary.

THE latest script issues will raise losz making Revenue Group's NOSH to a very unhealthy  3.025 billion.

BURSA Malaysia  had also asked Revenue Group   to furnish Bursa Securities on a quarterly basis a summary of the total number of shares listed pursuant to the exercise of the Warrants as at the end of each quarter together with a detailed computation of listing fees payable.

BURSA Malaysia's request rings is HOLLOW, LAUGHABLE and downright SHAMEFUL  to the average investors mindset, considering, that the administration is still living in fear to ask valid questions to Revenue Group, with regards to its maiden warrant issue .

REVENUE Group Bhd has VIEW : publicly acknowledged that RM46.94 million has come into the company via converting the Revenue Group Bhd Warrants on a one for one basis at 75 sen per share

AT RM46.94 million, we are talking about 62.592 million warrants being converted into 62.59 million mother share, at a conversion rate of 75 sen at a time the  mother shares were trading at 26 sen per share, by MINORITY shareholders 

AT that rate, the so called MINORITY SHAREHOLDERS,  could have actually acquired 33 per of the entire equity spread of Revenue Group.

WHY is Bursa Malaysia  scared shit,  to demand Revenue Group to name publicly  who are this MINORITY shareholders,  who had insisted on giving away money literally free to Revenue Group, instead of taking  control of the company?

IS Bursa Malaysia  afraid of the truth, or GOD forbid, some very high ranking people in Bursa Malaysia, were paid large sum of money in exchange for not asking those difficult questions?

SIX  very well known non government organisations (NGO) has called, the opposition leader Hamzah Zainuddin, bluff.

HAMZAH Zainuddin,  and the machinery behind him, including the Azmin Ali financed Malaysia Now, run by Latheefa Beebi Koya's baby brother, are looking good communication wise, ahead of the Turun Anwar rally today.

INTEGRITY  wise, something is seriously wrong with Hamzah Zainuddin, Malaysia Now and even the bitter Rafizi Ramli.

MALAYSIA Now's ethics, must be an after thought, especially since details have emerged,  that the so called billion ringgit 70,000 ha concession to Farhash Wafa Salvador, READ : had actually been cancelled in March 2025.

THE news portal and Rafizi Ramli, attempted to make it look like its an on going concern, even demanding that Farhash Wafa Salvador be investigated for a contract, which clearly Farhash Wafa Salvador  did not win.

THE Prime Minister has pressure put on him because the master of missed communication, didn't think it is/was important to ingrain it in people's mind 24/7 that those trying to get the Prime Minister remove himself from office, are the very same lot, facing a slow of corruption charges in court.

THOSE who opposed  Anwar Ibrahim, has an upper hand, not because they are master in communication.

ACCORDING to the MCPF, the key person's in this organisation are the Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, the Home Minister Saifuddin Nasution and the chief of police.

NEVERMIND, at the EXCO level there are some preciously notorious figures such as VIEW : Johnny Ch’ng Ewe Gee and Robert Phang Miow Sin.

IMAGINE  how president Xi Jinping and China would feel to find out that Tan Kean Soon is still listed as an EXCO member of MCPF.

FIND Yussof Rawther,  get the boy a haircut, and put a songkok on his head, as the united journey man opposition  front being touted by Perikatan Nasional, just repeatedly shot themselves on the foot.

FOR nearly a month now,  Yusoff Rawther  had been given  a leave of absence,  as his lawyer, Rafique Rashid Ali had gone way beyond the call of duty to alert  his fellow Malaysians, that he is truly one of the dumbest legal minds in this part of Asia.

WHO else but an idiot, would agree to a plan where you put all your eggs in one basket, and expect the Prime Minister  to roll over like beethoven.

IN the end, Anwar Ibrahim had played  every single politician who wanted him gone for good, from Tun Mahathir downwards as fools, as the guy they claimed was being pushed to be the new chief justice, wasn't even in the pre selected list.

PERIKATAN Nasional , might just be able to save face on the coming July 26 gathering to demand the Prime Minister quits, if Yusoff  Rawther  can rock a mic like a vandal 

 and wax a chump like a candle.

BUT, July 2025, will still be going down into the books of history, as the defining moment, Perikatan Nasional  had forced the Malay Muslim population to give Anwar Ibrahim, a second chance following years of being negatively  indoctrinated by Dr Mahathir.

THIS month will go down in history on  how a competent but sitting duck Prime Minister, was given the winning combination for GE16, by the very men, who had set out  to kill him off politically.
