Anwar Ibrahim is losing the Padi War

FOR a guy, who waited for 24 years to become the Prime Minister of Malaysia, a man whoes oratory skills, are unmatched by any politicians in Malaysia,  Anwar Ibrahim doesn't seem to have the fuel to power, his own elite standard communication abilities.

SHALL we then blame it on Mohammad Agus Yusoff,  Nurul Izzah, Azalina Othman Said, Fahmi Fadzil or the slew of other teams handling the PM's and the Government's communication?

THE answer is a hell no, as the buck stops with Anwar Ibrahim, because he has not moved in as an APEX predator to take the ground. READ ;  Long Before, the six state elections, I had stated people will most likely vote for the party of choice of a business leader whom they do not like who is already invested in the community rather than for a business owner they like, who only plans to invest in the community

THE end results, were there to be seen, in the states which Syed Mokthar Al Bukhary , the sole owner of Bernas is the single largest employer (specifically in Kedah, Trengganu and Kelantan), which saw the Unity Government got clobbered without putting up a good fight. 

THAT should not come as a surprise, considering 76 days, and that too against the written wish of paddy farmers that Bernas should be abolished, Muhyiddin Yassin approved a 10 year concession for Bernas and , what did Syed Mokthar  do in turn?

HE  READ : gave Muhyiddin Yassin's Bersatu RM195 million, with zero strings attached, which theoretically means Bersatu could have blown the entire RM195 million on the greatest karaoke party the world has ever seen

WHY give away RM195 million without any KPI set for the recipient,  unless this donation had  sinister intentions?

THIS is where the Anwar Ibrahim apologist would say, that one should understand that taking out Syed Mokthar's Bernas, the only Malay in the top 15 rich list would have backfired big time.

TO that, I can only state, go do the maths. There are 51, 000 Malay paddy farmers in Kedah, and when you take into account their immediate family and only close extended family, they make up about one third of the vote bank in Kedah.

IF it had been put solely on their heads that their votes will determine if Bernas head will be chopped off or not , since they are the ones most directly affected by the presence of Bernas, one can only speculate now if 51,000 paddy farmers and their families would rather have their heads chopped off.

ANWAR Ibrahim didn't take the risk, that every fighting general cannot run from, but now when the same opportunity is provided to Perikatan Nasional's top war general, the man who must have feared the most that if Anwar Ibrahim had used the Bernas card forcefully, Kedah would have fallen, guess what he did?
