I have a feeling, what goes around will come around to bite KPMG's backside.
KPMG, in its defense papers, seem to be hit with amnesia. No mention that a sizeable number of entities said to be part of the fraud at Serba Dinamik were Petronas owned..
KPMG playing dumb to the tilt , that it used all cards on the deck but found it impossible to get the information from the Petronas owned units.
KPMG's assertion cuts no ice considering it is the lead auditor of Petronas.. Why KPMG only made half hearted effort to obtain those info is best known to KPMG
I believe SerbaDinamik was right not to take KPMG seriously. The auditor is unsure if there was any hanky panky even today which is why EY came into the picture.
If you are unsure, why hide behind the capital markets Act, why run to the SC with truths that only exist in your paranoia?
What goes around, goes around, goes around
Comes all the way back around
What goes around, goes around, goes around
Comes all the way back around
What goes around, goes around, goes around
Comes all the way back around
What goes around, goes around, goes around
Comes all the way back around
Comes all the way back around
What goes around, goes around, goes around
Comes all the way back around
What goes around, goes around, goes around
Comes all the way back around
What goes around, goes around, goes around
Comes all the way back around
