Anwar Ibrahim, rakyat Malaysia dapat APA, Telor : Ayam?

is a song from Jalil Hamid. To be exact is parody song full of sarcasm of the happening in our daily lives.

I am pissed off, because Anwar Ibrahim seems to be the Prime Minister for the rich and also a good Prime Minister for the Bangladesh and Indonesian community but for the B40, which are largely from the Malay and Indian community he is not our Prime Minister . WHY is Anwar Ibrahim's government entertaining the idea to allow another 1.5 million foreign workers, when his own minister states READ : There will be an economic down turn this year ?

INCREASINGLY, Anwar Ibrahim is seen to pander to the rich, for example  by providing READ :More EV incentives to be included in revised Budget 2023, says Nik Nazmi – tabling to happen on Feb 24

TODATE, it is estimated that the rich have benefited to the tune of RM400 million the EV incentives, while the poor are being saddled with more tax. READ : New tax: From April 2023, Malaysians to pay extra 10pc for online overseas shopping below RM500.

CASH strapped Malaysians are increasingly being pushed at a faster pace into extreme poverty. READ: Peminjam tak mampu bayar hutang jika OPR terus naik.

ONE of the reasons, Anwar Ibrahim fell out of favour with Tun Dr Mahathir during the currency crisis is because the good doctor insisted on protecting the poor, while Anwar Ibrahim favoured the IMF doctrine of mass lay offs.  Looks like, Anwar Ibrahim will finally have the last laugh on Malaysia's poor .

THE Prime Minister will of course deny this. Therefore, I challenge him to do the following for the poor :

A) Make sure any one who wants to bring in foreign workers must have 30 per cent Malaysian workforce in the specific field of work that the foreigners are being brought to do.

B) Ensure Malaysians have a living wage which must be set above RM2000 in non rural areas and RM1200 in rural areas  and abolish the minimum wage for foreigner labour.
