Tong Kooi Ong : Sometimes Love Just Ain't Enough

is the smash hit, a duet between two legends, namely Don Henley of the Eagles and Patty Smyth of the rock band Scandal .

TONG Kooi Ong's surprise demand for disgraced central banker Abdul Murad Khalid to withdraw his 1999 statutory declaration, has much more to do than clearing his name. READ : Wanting to clear his name, The Edge owner tells former Bank Negara assistant governor to withdraw 1999 SD.

Sometimes love just ain't enough
Now I could never change you
And I don't wanna blame you
Baby you don't have to take the fall
Yes I may have hurt you
But I did not desert you
Maybe I just want to have it all

TONG explained that in Murad’s SD the latter accused Anwar Ibrahim of having 20 "master accounts” where some RM3 billion were hidden.

TONG added it was here that Murad implicated him as one of these facilitators who established and managed one of the "master accounts”.

I am not saying that Tong Kooi Ong doesn't want to buy Public Bank, but what I am saying is Tong did not disclose that READ : The ACA had cleared Anwar of 'RM3 bil bank account' way back in 2009.

COULD it be that Tong is trying to attract attention to other parts of the SD such as payments made to the Asia Pacific Policy Center, as well as close to RM500 million in today's value which MURAD claimed to have passed on to Anwar Ibrahim and his friends.

IF so, one must not only wonder but seriously address the issue on why does Tong wants to suddenly bring this issue up, when he had plenty of time to clear his name when Mahathir 2.0 was helming the PH government or even when MUHYIDDIN Yassin was the Prime Minister .READ :Muhyiddin Yassin appoints Tong Kooi Ong to the powerful Economic Action Council (EAC)

TALK in the corridors that I walk say, that all this show is  payback against Anwar Ibrahim for nabbing those who misused nearly RM100 billion of the Covid fund expenditures while the EAC was sleeping as in doze off or as a partner in bed, only time shall REVEAL.
