HAVE we become a nation, where impunity is granted on a silver platter, for the powerful and rich, who commit crimes?

CONSIDER, the following, READ : As of August 2025, 13 suspects, including a Tan Sri, a Datuk Seri and three Datuks had been detained and more than RM6.6 billion have been seized in the on going Tedy Teow's MBI ponzi scheme investigation.

YET not a single soul have been charged in a court of law, with most of the Tan Sri's and Datuk Seri's after having been detained briefly are back living the highlife.

OR how about the youngest son of an ex Prime Minister's son detained in his Ferrari,  with heroin, a highly addictive hardcore drug, also known as diacetylmorphine and diamorphine among other names.

WILL the 29 year old, who had two prior drug related arrest previously, but hushed up to the public, finally be charged in court, or will the lab test, prove us all wrong? 

THE  South China Morning Post,  writing on impunity in Malaysia recently had this to say ; 

 "Thousands rallied on a lazy  Sunday afternoon in Zara’s quiet hometown of Sipitang – where most of the district’s 66,000 residents work in paper plantations, farming or fishing – to demand justice."

ARRESTING and seizing billions of Ringgit  or announcing to the public that an ex Prime Minister's son was caught with drugs, is all fine and dandy, up to a certain point, which have reached the BREAKING POINT  in Malaysia.

PAS have kept silent, reading the tea leaves, that seem to point, the only way, PAS will have a voice in Putrajaya  come GE16, is by standing with Anwar Ibrahim and not against him.

OVER the years, the Chin Boon Long  Group have taken over several public listed companies owned by ethnic Chinese businessmen, that suddenly came under MACC investigation.

AMONG them were, GreenPacket Bhd, Classita  Holdings Bhd  and Revenue Group  Bhd.

NOW it seems the Mafia group have started to bully Malay businesses as well. READ : Founder of Asiapac Oil & Gas Sdn Bhd, claims trail in yet another Corporate Mafia linked case .

ASIAPAC Oil and Gas, since being placed under the new management, has defaulted on a RM100 million CIMB credit facility,  after plans for an initial public offer was scuttled, after thr founder of the company and its long standing employees, walked away from  the company

TELL me how on earth did Leong Seng Wui, manage to become the executive director in three public listed companies investigated by section D of the MACC.?

THE companies are Greenpacket Bhd, Revenue Group Bhd and Classita  Bhd.  

IS the Government  in the business  of helping corporate bullies? 

IF not, why is Nga Kor Ming, allowing Kreditkomuniti  license to be maintained by  companies controlled by Leong Seng Wui, when there are more than a dozen police report against the man for intimidation?

ONE would argue that a police report doesn't equal to guilt, but when you have different sets of people from different states, making similar allegation against Leong Seng Wui. 

THE question, we should be asking ourselves is if all those allegations against Leong Seng Wui were  why wasn't anyone charged in court by the police for making a false report ?

BACK in November 2024,  Malaysia's anti corruption agency the MACC was warned a heist was in the making at NEXG Bhd.

NOT surprisingly,  the MACC unit known as Section D sat on their fat backsides, unlike the times, that allowed Francis Leong Seng Wui to gain control of GreenPacket Bhd, Classita Bhd and Revenue Group Bhd.

MUST be the biggest coincidence in the history of the Malaysian stock exchange,  that the MACC  conducted  publicly, hence making sure the media, knew and investigation was suddenly taking place.

FOLLOWED, Leong Seng Wui, emerged as the executive  director. 

YET, no a whisper from Section D on NexG . And what do we have today. The mother of all co incidence,  that Nexg has paid  RM76 million,  a premium of more than 80 per cent take Classita Bhd from Hong Seng Consolidated  Bhd 

GUESS who is sitting in Hong Seng Consolidated Bhd as the substantial shareholder and executive director ?

FRANCIS Leong Seng Wui, a diploma holder saved from bankruptcy  previously, by Victor Chin Boon Long, who then used the YES MEN test, by placing him as part of the parking management crew at Federal Hotel.

NOTHING illegal here, but in the world of environmental, social, and governance factors, commonly known as ESG, which has a strong bond with Anwar Ibrahim's  Madani frame work,  the bells start toiling.

WAS surprised that the Edge felt the following shocking.  READ : poser over NexG’s mind-boggling investment decisions.

WHEN what was more shocking, was the failure to stand up for good ethics,  which in return is the single biggest indication of a glaring, moral, ethical and fair play failure.

CONSIDER, the announcement made by Classita Bhd, following the appointment of the country just pensioned Inspector of Police appointment as chairman of the company, albeit with zero executive powers.

THE announcements  which stated that READ : the nation's glorified bra and panties company is delirious in building housing for the PDRM, in which Razarudin Husain, was the boss as late as early this April.

THERE are levels to how a top former cop should carry himself, and in this instance it points to a different type of malice poisoning our country.

State of the Nation : Its All About the Money.

LAW minister, Azalina Othman is absolutely correct, READ : there is no immediate need to form an MACC service commission.

THINK what you may of Azam Baki, the guy has delivered on the big cases, and even on the ones involving senior civil servants.

YES, there are still rotten apples sticking like a mangled thumb, as the public has deep apprehension of the section D unit of MACC, and how it jumps like a hawk and move like a ninja, to the benefit of Victor Chin Boon Long and his dawfted minnion Leong Seng Wui.

BUT these are manageable inconvenience due to the overall work put in by Azam Baki.

WHAT Malaysia needs urgently is an independent force separate from the police force and the MACC , whoes single key performance indicator, would be to purse corruption from the immigration department. 

WHY the need, because no one is even remotely disgusted, READ : that immigration officers are pocketing up to RM40,000 a day in bungs and 90 per centbof those at KLIA are on the take.

WE need a special force, akin to the 1970's Hong Kong special force that went after dirty cops. Today, under China's rule, Hong Kong is proof that the majority of cops are not born corrupt.

A special force, will be able to differentiate between corruption, and familiarism. 

FARHASH wafa Salvador, is familiar with Anwar Ibrahim, and Malaysians are familiar on that matter.

BEING, familiar does not equate to corruption, which is one of the reasons the late Daim Zainuddin, was never seen as a lackey, but as a man with a good insight in business.

UNLIKE, Daim Zainuddin  though, Farhash Wafa Salvador has no official  say in banking mergers, in killing off debts and acquiring assets at a song.

HE is no Mirzan Mahathir, bailed out by his father's Government with PERTRONAS for Konsortium Perkapalan nor Mokhzani Mahathir, whoes trades and disclosures in Pantai, was against the law, but got away without even a rebuke.

BUT yet, people are treating his name as a leper, the symbol of corruption? Farhash Wafa Salvador didn't even get  cheap credit to acquire and dispose assets, yet people say he is the symbol of what's wrong with Malaysia.

WHY is that so? It is because, politicians such as Rafizi Ramli and his business partner, the Subang member of Parliament,  Wong Chen have trained the public ; that they are clean, and who ever they say is dirty, as the scum of hell in them.

NO one calls, Rafizi Ramli, unprincipled, after READ : after rubbishing the ECRL project, by frightening Malaysia in 2018, with the ECRL money we can build 30 KLCC.

ONLY to sit as a church mouse , silently a year ago, READ : on the developing a master plan to boost the ECRL.

IT'S  all about the money folks. Rafizi Ramli has realised too late in the game, that Anwar Ibrahim only needs to win 25 per cent of the Malay vote to get a two thirds mandate at GE16, to remain Prime Minister.

RAFIZI Ramli had miscalculated, in throwing in the towel after Nurul Izzah brutalised him in the PKR party elections.

HIS pride, overwhelmed,  the good intentions of Nurul Izzah's to keep Rafizi Ramli inside striking distance to the Prime Ministership, as an appointed deputy president.

HAVING, trashed Nurul Izzah numerous times myself,  won't blind me, that the women had been nothing short of MAGNANIMOUS, knowing fully well, she does not pocess the ACE in Rafizi Ramli's armour at this point ; a seat as an elected member of the Dewan Rakyat.

BELIEVE it or not, approximately  it had been READ : 690 days, to the dotted line, when I told minority shareholders of Greenpacket Bhd, that there was something seriously wrong  its auditor,  that the lights went down officially on the auditor READ ; Chengco PLT.

AM glad to report back, that there is a new bunch of auditors, who are running literally away from companies linked to the Victor Chin Boon Long brand name.

WE are seeing it now in VIEW : MMAG Bhd  and VIEW : Hong Seng Consolidated Bhd, among others.

ALL these include don't want to work for you anymore are coming so close after Chengco PLT mysteriously stopped working for the public listed companies.

IT is time, we stop cursing the auditors and start reinvestigating these companies in the hope that it will not lead back to fowl smelling money from drugs, gangland extortion, gambling, prostitution and other human right abuses.

BURSA Malaysia, the manager of the Malaysian stock exchange, should come out and say it as it is .

THAT being, is has given up on its role as the manager and administrator of the exchange,  to become a glorified POSTMAN.

THE exchange, it seems will not a utter a word of disent, even if you feed SHIT into its MOUTH.

CONSIDER, the following ; READ : Revenue Group has proposed a cash calls amounting to RM193.63 million, of which its executive director Leong Seng Wui, will only support VIEW : to the tune of 4.94 per cent of the RM193.63 million it intends to raise.

THIS is below the five per cent odd shares, owned via credit by Leong Seng Wui.  

WHO will be giving Leong Seng Wui the RM9 million ringgit or so , for him to subscribe for the shares and does he have the financial means to actually support this exercise, considering Leong Seng Wui is deeply in debt to money lenders for the shares,  he supposedly owns in Hong Seng Consolidated Bhd  and SMI Bhd.

IS, Leong Seng Wui acting as an agent to wash some other people's  money, earned from nefarious activities such as drugs, gambling, extortion and prostitution?

WHY such a question must be asked and requires a forensic answer is because READ : previously some RM46.94 million has come into Revenue Group Bhd via converting the Revenue Group Bhd Warrants on a one for one basis at 75 sen per share. A strange move considering directly owning up to 33 per cent of the mother, had accounted for the strange warrant exercise, that has many hallmarks of laundering.

ALSO, Revenue Group Bhd, has another executive director, Teh Chee Hoe, who also have a similar size stake in the company, like Leong Seng Wui.

WHY is Teh Chee Hoe  not giving the same set of undertaking to subscribe for the cash calls?

IS Teh Chee Hoe, bed ridden by transmissible illness, or is he reluctant to give such an undertaking because the entire cash call by Revenue Group is HOGWASH?

RAZARUDIN Husain, Malaysia's most recent ex Inspector General of Police, must be the nation's most talked about man, following his appointment READ: as Classita Holdings Bhd's new non executive chairman this week.

THE appointment had tongues wagging, inside the corridors of power in Corporate Malaysia for many reasons.

FIRST and foremost, the appointment itself looks a bit off because Razarudin Husain, would be replacing a much more junior ex officer.

ONLY thing here was, the ex junior officer, READ : Ng Keok Chai was resigning as executive chairman of Classita Holdings Bhd.

IN the scheme of things, Ng Keok Chai, has managed to hold on to his executive powers in Classita Holdings Bhd,  as he was immediately appointed as executive director.

WHILE Razarudin Husain has zero executive authority in Classita Holdings Bhd.

INTERESTINGLY, on the day, Razarudin Husain walked into the sorrid family of Classita Holdings Bhd, another senior ex policeman, specifically  the ex Chief Police of Perak, READ : Mior Faridalathrash Wahid resigned as executive director of Classita Holdings Bhd.

EVEN that vacancy, couldn't  get Razarudin Husain a seat with executive  powers on the Classita Holdings Bhd board.

ON  July  28 2025,  I specifically  stated that READ : the Next is Nex G Bhd in terms of getting blanked out from future long term national security contracts.

WELL less than 14 days latter, NEX G Bhd, itselfs, has gone an extra mile to prove why it has become such a claustrophobic  company for the Government to deal with.

CONSIDER the following,  NEXG Bhd has spend its entire cash  as at 31 March 2025, VIEW : of RM75.89 million to acquire a stake in the worthless Classita Bhd from Hong Seng Consolidated Bhd.

READ : NexG Bhd pumps in RM76 million into Hong Seng Consolidated by taking Classita Bhd off its hands .

SURE , READ : had RM134 million additional cash coming in via its private placement exercise ,off which the company  has already VIEW : spend RM28 million to buy a factory from one of John Soh Chee Wen's boys.

BASICALLY,   from the RM106 million remaining,  NEXG has about RM50 million in cash borrowing,  leaving the company with a paltry RM50 odd million for expansion.

THE amount itself, should tell you, NEXG already knows its head is going to be chopped off by Anwar Ibrahim's  Madani Government. 

State of the Nation : Wash Cycle

NOW, how on earth can the lowly but essentially  required and highly effective washing cycle be the centre of Malaysia's universe this week?

BUT it is, and it has nothing to do with our sometimes, perfumed, used but spotless clothes as well as used and stinking and soiled clothes.

IT, has all to do with money laundering, with the wash cycle, having three very important stages namely placement, layering, and integration.

WHAT should worry Malaysians is that this type of activity is being done so openly and blatantly to the extent, it feels like there is not even an ounce of fear or respect that the law will get them.

FIRST, we saw how NEX G Bhd saved  Leong Seng Wooi's arse READ  by acquiring Innov8tiv from Revenue Group for RM40 million (a ridiculous premium).

DO note the said asset originally belonged to Hong Seng Consolidated Bhd, in which Leong Seng Wui is the executive director now.

LO and behold, NexG Bhd, is now READ : acquiring a 32 per cent stake in Classita, plus some worthless warrants for RM76.78 million from Hong Seng Consolidated .

NEXG says, the following of  the acquisition that none of the directors, major shareholders and/or chief executive of NEXG and persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the acquisition.

IS this true ? Have we forgotten that NexG's current deputy executive chairman Mohd Khairul Adib Abd Rahman was one of the wanker, alongside Victor Chin Boon Long's wife who had initially sold a 32 per cent stake in Classita Bhd to Hong Seng Consolidated?

THE  boys of summer, after READ: easily sweeping over Revenue Group Bhd, two times, looks like they have stumbled into a TOKEN of a mess.

THE kind of mess that can derange the Corporate Name of KN Kenanga  for a very very long time.

AT the heart of their problem is Hong Qi Yu and not Kenanga would want Malaysia to believe in that READ : Tokenize Malaysia got nothing to do with what's happening in Singapore.

IN Singapore, READ : Amazing Tech's Hong Qi Yu has been charged with fraud. 

WHILE  KN Kenanga , will rightfully point out that Hong Qi Yu no longer sits on the board of its Tokenize Malaysia, which is approved by the SC and Bursa Malaysia. 

WHAT they won't tell you is that he is the freaking chief technology officer of  Tokenize Malaysia.

FUNNY isn't it, the Monetary  Authority of Singapore,  wouldn't license Tokenize Singapore, but their Malaysian counterparts were so fast to baptise Tokenize Malaysia as the real deal.

ARE we ahead of the curve or a we setting ourselves for a big heartache.

SO  there was no angel investor in the form of TATA Group to save Globetronics Bhd, just like i said so in READ : Revenue Group 2.0 .

NOW how about the statement, that Globetronics just like Revenue Group is actually out of money?

ACCORDING  to the Edge READ : The RM45.05 million acquisition represents over one-third of Globetronics’ RM127.16 million cash pile as at end-March 2025. The group remains debt-free..

NOW, on July 10th, Globetronics  also bought VIEW: 4.89 of MMAG Bhd for RM15 million.

SO RM45 million plus RM15 million  , comes up to RM60 million minus  RM127.16 cash in hand , the balance is RM67.16 million. 

NOW if you take into account,  VIEW : Globetronics other receivables of RM72.4 million, you will see, Globetronics has been raped of all its cash,  and is actually now in a net debt position of  RM5.24 million. 

THIS of course is a small amount, but going forward expect the hole to get much larger, warranting a fresh script exercise.

State of the Nation : Legislation

ONE  of the main reasons  why Najib Razak is in jail and not under house arrest  is because the set of laws we have are too opaque, that it would require, the Home Minister to declare where ever, they planned to home the former Prime Minister as a PRISON.

LIKEWISE,  READ :the call by Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim for Tun Mahathir's sons to return wealth if source of wealth can't be proven is wishful thinking at best.

MALAYSIA has no such laws to force anyone who can't account for unaccounted wealth through generations.

ALTHOUGH,  we follow the Westminster model,  we do not have laws like those in the United kingdom  such as The Unexplained Wealth Orders.

THID is a general term for legislation that allows authorities to investigate assets that appear to be disproportionate to an individual's known income, requiring them to explain the source of their wealth. 

AS early as 2018,  Malaysia has been planning to introduce such laws but those plans have never materialised. READ : Govt mulls introducing unexplained wealth law.

SEVEN years have already passed by, and if Anwar Ibrahim can push this piece of legislation through, you can bet your bottom ringgit more powerful people will gather against him.

DRIVE by the house of the Feng Shui obsessed Leong Seng Wui, and among the first thing , you will notice is, it looks like, feels like and smells like upper middle class.

NOT the super rich, and it has nothing to do with modesty, but it looks like, what it really is ; home of a salaried man.

NOT the home of a diploma holding journey man, who almost went bankrupt, before being saved from financial ruin from Victor Chin Boon Long.

AND it certainly doesn't look like the home of a guy who controls, voting rights in four public listed companies, and is executive director in three of them; Hong Seng Consolidated Bhd, Revenue Group Bhd, Globetronics Bhd.

FOOL'S rush in where angels fear to tread, so the JOKER needs a JOKERMAN to do his bidding, specifically to buy his shares for a hefty sum, and rip off the cash in the company.

THE jokerman, Leong Seng Wui, might be walking on water and flying in thin air, for the opportunities given to , by the man he hold in reverence, that even in his cell phone, naming him only as boss.

TO blind to see, that he himself is actually seen as a very disposable asset, when need be.  

VERY likely Leong Seng Wui, with a very poor command of Bahasa Malaysia and barely palatable English, views the JOKER, as the almighty card, first introduced in 1875 in the game of Poker, then known as Mistigris.

BUT , the joker card has a deeper history, first introduced in the game of EUCHRE, where Joker card is typically associated with mayhem, chaos and unpredictability,

LEONG Seng Wui is not seen ,by the Joker, as a must retain asset as Kenny Khow Chuan Wah is seen.

KENNY Khow Chuan Wah, if he were to go rouqe, is akin to an angry THANOS roaming  wild in the Joker's universe.

IT, didn't matter to Anwar Ibrahim's Government  that Farhash Wafa Salvador,  in recent times closely associated to MyEG or that his wife plays a key role in MyEg's sponsorship of the Miss Universe contest.

NOR did it matter to the Government, that MyEg had a name change as part as a wider branding exercise. READ : MyEg says its new name is Zetrix AI Bhd.

SO if you think, its going to matter to the Government that NexG Bhd, has changed its name from Dataprep Bhd and once again Farhash Wafa Salvador's name has been dragged in, there is going to be a different ending.

YOU should go check on why, people who do the same things, over and over again but expect a different result, are called medically INSANE.

THE other symptom suffered by MyEg and NexG now is the surprisingly very short term contract extension given to both companies. READ : The Edge smells a dead rat walking in the short term NexG contract extensions.

THE Government's displeasure with NexG is multifold and transgress the Finance Ministry and the Home Ministry. VIEW : Government funds sell off substantial stake in Nex G Bhd.

CONSIDER, the manner in which the Government gave the middle finger to Nex G, which came VIEW : 20 days after MMAG Bhd's starmen, Mohd Khairul Adib Abd Rahman, the former Public Service (KPPA) director general was appointed as deputy executive chairman of Nex G.

OBVIOUSLY, the Government  is not vibing with Mohd Khairul Adib Abd Rahman, especially since how he suddenly post retirement appeared in Hong Seng Consolidated  Bhd and  Classita Bhd to make Millions of Ringgit .

A closer look at Hong Seng Consolidated, which i am liberty to disclosed had been studied by the Ministry of Finance, can't discount ties based on friends with benefits between Hong Seng Consolidated share price rise during the Covid 19, political funding and Perikatan Nasional.

WHAT i cannot disclose in detail is Farhash Wafa Salvador,  except that he is misunderstood and is not a bad guy in the scheme of things.

NOSH refers to the number of shares of a company's common stock, outstanding on a specific trading day. 

IT represents the total number of shares that are currently held by all investors, and is a key metric used in financial analysis. 

BASICALLY,   the higher the NOSH,  especially  for a company bleeding red ink, the more difficult  its will be for the company to get back on its feet, as it has cancerous effect on a company's key financial metric such as earnings per share.

LAST week, Bursa Malaysia , VIEW : approved Revenue Group's latest warrant exercise , in a 12 month period  that saw Revenue Group, sell of their landed assets, undertake a private placement exercise, among others just to pay staff salary.

THE latest script issues will raise losz making Revenue Group's NOSH to a very unhealthy  3.025 billion.

BURSA Malaysia  had also asked Revenue Group   to furnish Bursa Securities on a quarterly basis a summary of the total number of shares listed pursuant to the exercise of the Warrants as at the end of each quarter together with a detailed computation of listing fees payable.

BURSA Malaysia's request rings is HOLLOW, LAUGHABLE and downright SHAMEFUL  to the average investors mindset, considering, that the administration is still living in fear to ask valid questions to Revenue Group, with regards to its maiden warrant issue .

REVENUE Group Bhd has VIEW : publicly acknowledged that RM46.94 million has come into the company via converting the Revenue Group Bhd Warrants on a one for one basis at 75 sen per share

AT RM46.94 million, we are talking about 62.592 million warrants being converted into 62.59 million mother share, at a conversion rate of 75 sen at a time the  mother shares were trading at 26 sen per share, by MINORITY shareholders 

AT that rate, the so called MINORITY SHAREHOLDERS,  could have actually acquired 33 per of the entire equity spread of Revenue Group.

WHY is Bursa Malaysia  scared shit,  to demand Revenue Group to name publicly  who are this MINORITY shareholders,  who had insisted on giving away money literally free to Revenue Group, instead of taking  control of the company?

IS Bursa Malaysia  afraid of the truth, or GOD forbid, some very high ranking people in Bursa Malaysia, were paid large sum of money in exchange for not asking those difficult questions?

IPCO at that  point was controlled by its CEO Quah Su Ling, who happens to be John Soh's live in girlfriend in Singapore.

NOW Edward Lee Ewe Ming returns with a deal with NEXG, where by NexG  will be paying  READ : a 11.76 per cent premium over the independent valuation of the said asset.

YOU guessed right, the heavy premium  is to be paid to a company controlled by none other than Edward Lee Ewe Ming.

ANYWAY,  in a nutshell in the world of Bursa Malaysia and the Securities Commission,  we are all not created nor treated equally .

WHY is that so, remains a great mystery. It could either be ignorance,  incompetence  or down right corruption. 

TAKE for instance, the case of Revenue Group Bhd.  Until today, Bursa Malaysia and the Securities Commission are too chicken to publicly demand to know who are the minority shareholders who converted Revenue Group warrants at a huge premium resulting in close to RM64 million  flowing into the company.

READ ARTIFICAL, because the one for one conversion was done at 75 sen when the mother shares were trading at only 25.5 sen.

BASICALLY, RM64 MILLION accounted for about 56 PER CENT of the total market capitalisation of REVENUE Group, yet officially the controlling shareholder of Revenue Group, Leong Seng Wui only owns less than 6 per cent of the company.

WHAT this means is that, those minorities who did the warrant conversion, could have easily  gained control of the public listed company,  but instead choose to pump in millions of Ringgit and have no say how their money was spent.

SO more than RM4 billion worth of assets have been seized following the reopening of the MBI investigations.

BUT  unfortunately,  the investigation itself has failed to answer a question posed by one of the family members, whoes family has been linked to the investigation on Tedy Teow Wooi Huat's MBI pyramid scheme. 

IN a 2023 interview with the Edge, former tirad member cum school drop out, who rose to become a managing director, Chiau Haw Choon  had asked the following ;

"SOME 15 years ago, we had to borrow to start our cement manufacturing business. If this business venture wasn’t successful, then how did we get listed in 2016? If we are not listed, how can we grow further by buying companies?"

THE question, Malaysians should be asking ourselves  is if we are rich enough, are we then being allowed to keep a huge portion of our richness, that came from ill gotten gains?

AND on the other side, we are being indoctrinated with the fallacy that the law applies to every man equally regardless of being either poor or RICH.

CONVENTION,  has it that if you are the deputy president of the backbone of the rulling party, then at best a ministership should be in the bag.

IN  reality, what we got was Parti Keadilan's newly minted Deputy President  READ : being appointed as a strategic advisor to the opaque Selangor Information Technology and Digital Economy Corporation (Sidec)

THE Deputy President of PKR, instead of addressing mainstream issues,  have chosen instead to fokus on READ :on wokesih matters.

IF Malaysia is to take this women seriously, her father Anwar Ibrahim, the sitting Prime Minister must appoint her as the Economic Minister as soon as possible 

NURUL Izzah might fail as Economic Minister or she might do a fantastic job, as Economic Minister to the extent  it might even inject a fresh vigour into the rank and file of the party.

EITHER of those options are much better than third one, being named as  the SCAM BLONDY of Malaysian politics, for all the promises she made to unseat Rafizi Ramli.

IT was 24 months in the making, and the proof is in the pudding, with the silence of main stream business media  already in the pocket.

THE devil screams in the details found on the unaudited accounts of Globetronics. 

HAVE  a look at the other receivables  of Globetronics Tech Bhd. It is at a VIEW :shocking RM72.4 million, a stark and dark difference to its peers like Unisem Bhd,  whoes numbers stood at RM2.3 million.

WHAT  is other receivables,  smarty pants,aka Artificial Intelligence ; Other receivables refer to amounts owed to a company from sources other than its typical sales transactions. These include items like interest receivables, employee advances, tax refunds, and other non-trade related amounts. They are classified separately from standard accounts receivable on the balance sheet and are considered current assets. 

YET ,  the mainstream business  media is and will be hyping ; that the Indian Giant Conglomerate TATA, READ : has eyes for Globetronics.

I  can confirm, TATA has disqualified Globetronics,  due to ethical concerns.  The same set of concerns , which forced a slow of Government funds to sell their shares and run for life.

QUANTUM Metal doesn't have a patron saint in President Xi Jinping of China, who had made it very hands on in the matter of Tedy Teow Wooi Huat's ponzi scheme centred on Mobility Beyond Imagination too good to be true investment returns.

THE personalities involved in Quantum Metal at one point or another involved a former Deputy Inspector General of Police, an UMNO Deputy Permanent Chairman, Kamari Zaman Juhari formerly of Bank Negara and failed student recruiter,  Lim Khong Soon.

QMEI, the Nasdaq OTC , arm of Quantum Metal now has a market capitalisation of of less than USD $40 or 168 Ringgit Malaysia.

ITS not a typo, that is what QME is worth with its shares now traded at a laughable  0.0001 cent .

LIM Khong Soon, meanwhile has AUD $25.645 million or about RM78 million stuck in Besra Gold.

PROVIDENCE,  perhaps to the rescue as not only has Lim Khong Soon been booted out of directorship in Besra Gold, the company now intends to sue Quantum Metal Recovery READ : for the AUD 300 million which Quantum Metal had promised Besra Gold.

BASICALLY, if QM does not come up with the AUD $275 million balance , it looks like the AUD$25 million already paid will go up in smoke.

IT'S  almost been a month since the hanky panky that took place in the audit firm Chengco PLT has hit the headlines,  yet Bursa Malaysia and the SC has done little to bring the executive directors of public listed companies who may have conspired with the auditors to JUSTICE.

AT stake is not merely fraud, market manipulation but the creation of a false market, ENRON style to boost share prices,  create artificial prices in order to push through money raising script exercises.

AT the heart of it is Green Packet Bhd.  Consider the following ;  According to the Edge , READ : Chengco has been in operation since 1993 and has 14 offices across the country. It has 60 AOB-registered audit professionals, more than 200 audit professionals and in excess of 3,000 active clients.

THE problem here is obvious isn't it? Greenpacket's revenue from Malaysia, as the chart above would show you is less than four per cent, meaning 96 per cent of its so called revenue is from overseas, yet Chengco doesn't have a presence outside of Malaysia.

WHY did I say so called revenue? Well because Green Packet Bhd's  latest fourth quarter ended March 31, show that turnover has suddenly sunk by  nearly 300 per cent to RM45.53 million as opposed to RM141 million before.

WHILE for the 12 month ended Mar 31 2025,  turnover slumped to RM458.965 million from RM740.138 million before.

THIS is a VIEW : RM281 million drop, raising concerns that previous Green Packet  audited figures could have been massaged similar to that READ :ENRON in the USA

VELOCITY means the speed  or lack of speed of any given thing in a given direction for better or worst.

THE way how the law is being applied to Malaysians today,  one cannot but ponder and wonder if what we are seeing today is a law based on different strokes for different folks.

JUST take a look at the charge being brought against the Revenue Brothers for READ : which now the court had been told was a free gift.

BEING  a free gift, please go and ask your accountant,  if the value that should rightfully be stated in the book for the said asset is ZERO?.

IF indeed it is true that the said value of the asset is zero, then can we safely say that the high handedness of the authorities investigating the matter,  subsequently was directly responsible for billions of Ringgit in losses in real time business as well as in the stock market.

THE same velocity can be seen in the move to zero in on the assets of the late Daim Zainuddin,  which Tun Mahathir  describes as READ : abuse.

NOW don't get me wrong, we all know if you break the law, the law will break you but where is that same verocity and velocity in the case of READ:Pamela Ling Yueh, who has gone missing from the face of the earth.

WHAT works for the goose must surely work for the gander too, because as citizens we are all EQUAL.

IN what can only be described as a power play of the highest degree, at a time when the MADANI administration under Anwar Ibrahim is under pressure from all corners, Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak's MMAG Bhd has done the UNTHINKABLE. 

MMAG has signed an agreement with VIEW : Mpire Global Bhd, a company very much linked to fraudster Tedy Teow Wooi Huat.

DETAILS of the memorandum of understanding is immaterial, but rather the spirit of such as agreement,  and how the public will view it, is bound to cause damage to the Prime Minister.

DO  note that currently there is an on going active investigation , with China helping Malaysia dismantle Tedy Teow's billion dollar empire of scam.

HUMANS, lie, deceive and speak half truths but numbers, have a confirmed ticket to heaven, because they do not lie.

NUMBERS only state the equations that determines the mood at ground zero, with a damning accuracy.

AT ground zero, the numbers that has been forced out from Green Packet Bhd, have very worrying and telling tale, that all is not well, especially for its former executive director, Francis Leong Seng Wui, and  his submissive minnion Teh Chee Hoe.

AS early as October 2023, I had opined, that it was READ : extremely weird for Green Packet, would appoint Cheng & Co as its auditor, considering less than RM25 million of Green Packet's revenue of RM750 million comes from Malaysia.

CHENG & Co  doesn't have the size outside Malaysia to audit a RM720 million a year business. 

EVEN the, I put my worth where my mouth is by stating eventhough  there were many red flags in Hong Seng Consolidated Bhd,  it was Green Packet Bhd, which is going to bring the curtains down for Leong Seng Wui.

REGARDLESS, of the excuses given by Green Packet on its latest quarter  results, at a time  when the investigations on Cheng Co, although not made public yet,  the dye had been cast.

THERE is NUCLEAR weapon of mass destruction about to rip, the Green Packet, overseas business, which amazingly was achieved with  almost zero office presence out side of Malaysia.

BELIEVE it, because numbers don't lie. Green Packet Bhd's number state for the fourth quarter ended March 31, revenue dropped by nearly 300 per cent to RM45.53 million as opposed to RM141 million before.
