WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : Money Too Tight To Mention As The Ismail Sabri Crack Down Goes Full Steam.

OVER the past 31 months, Victor Chin Boon Long's wife have walked away with a cool gross intake RM120 million, thanks to the companies in which the increasingly reclusive businessmen seemingly has control off.

BASICALLY , this translates to RM3.87 million a month, every month for the past 31 months.

THE real story though is not in the easy pass Ms Chan Swee Ying seems to receive, in her equity purchase activities on Bursa Malaysia.

RATHER,  the devil is in the detail, as something is rotten seems to brewing  in the state of Denmark.

A closer look at the transaction  involving Velocity Capital Partners Bhd and Ms Chan Swee Ying reveals that VIEW : the 150 million MMAG shares sold by Ms Chan Swee Ying to Velocity Capital were actually shares pledged to Kenanga Investment Bank.

WAS this a foretelling exercise, or are there sudden financial troubles in Victor Chin Boon Long's heaven or worst still as some suspect that the VIEW : theboys of summer at Kenanga that the crack down on Ismail Sabri is too close for comfort. READ : Malaysia''s Corporate Mafia, was unstoppable during Ismail Sabri's wonder years.

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : Investigate Bursa Malaysia and the Securities Commission.

WITHOUT fear or favour, the Malaysian anti corruption agency has to launch an independent no holds barred review on the level of corruption  taking place in these two regulatory bodies.

TAKE for instance the recent shareholders vote at Revenue Group Bhd, where neither the SC nor Bursa Malaysia had thought it to be reasonsanable  to bar Teh Chee Hoe and Leong Seng Wui , the two executive directors in the company from casting their votes. VIEW: Revenue Group Bhd statement on the vote to sell Innov8tiv to Datasonic Bhd

THE duo each owning around five per cent of the company had accounted for 87.36 per cent of the YES votes to allow Revenue Group  to sell Innov8tif Solutions  to Datasonic Bhd.

THIS  87.36 per cent, represented approximately 60.701 million shares, where by approximately 68.894 million shares had been involved in the entire voting exercise .

SO if you strike off the shares owned by Teh Chee Hoe and Leong Seng , from Revenue Group's paid up Capital base of 605 million shares, you will come up with a grand total of 544.429 million shares .

BASICALLY  the 8.08 million shares not owned by  the duo, divided by 544.429 million shares,  translates to only 1.48 per cent of the minority shareholders actually participating in the voting exercise.

WHERE did the 98.5 per cent of the other shareholders go to? Can the will  of 1.48 per cent of minority  shareholders speak against the silent majority?

AS to why Teh Chee Hoe should not only have been barred from voting but also be charge in a criminal court..  just go READ :why teh chee hoe must be charged for a jailable offence

State of the Nation : We can't blame this one on the Donald Trump show.

DONALD Trump  and his deputy JD Vance, regardless of the politics in play, showed the world how bad  people, will treat the weak in their time of need.

THAT being the case, we can't use the fear that  Donald Trump will not only destroy the financial markers but may eventually via his actions push the world to a life changing war to rationalise why NestlĂ© Malaysia Bhd' profits have been set a back by 15 years.

SURE, we can latch on Johari Ghani's  Free Malaysia Today's  article intended to indirect add pressure on Anwar Ibrahim's  Prime Ministership by NAIVELY  accepting that READ :Nestle's profit plunge reflects Malaysians’ cost-of-living crisis.

OR, we can accept the truth that poking our noses into affairs  of others  is core reason why NESTLE's after tax profits  had fallen to level unseen in 15 years  to VIEW : RM41 million for the year ended Dec 31 2024.

WITHOUT  mentioning  the word boycott, NestlĂ© Malaysia tells its story in a two letter word;  CONSUMER HESITANCY.

HESITANT because of the bitter prescription melted of  a foreign led organisation  in Kuala Lumpur known as Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions grouo or better known as BDS Malaysia.

IF and when the layoffs comes knocking on the front door, now you know who is really to be blamed and shamed

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : Artificial + Intelligence

TODAY,  Revenue Group Bhd, a once very profitable and repespectable company, which has become the butt of jokes among investors on stock market sites, will announce that it's homophoric losses will continue.

REVENUE  Group  loss it's respectability months after Leong Seng Wui and Teh Chee Hoe took control of the company.

THE joke among forum site contributors is that Teh Chee Hoe and Leong Seng Wui should immediately  change REVENUE 's name to  LOSS.

BOTH these men,  could be described as shaddy and with very questionable ethical integrity..

On̈ Thursday, yet again  there were zero buyers for Revenue shares, while overall volume was weak.

INTELLIGENCE,  suggest Revenue Group is a cornered stock,  because the trade  looks very artifical

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : Corporate Mafia ; CAVEAT EMPTOR

CAVEAT Emptor, the Latin phrase for let the buyer beware, seems nailed to retail and punters mindsight.

STOCKS linked to Victor Chin Boon Long, his sidekick Leong Seng Wui have seen buy trades at under five per cent to zero in counters such as Revenue Group Bhd, SMI Bhd, Green Packet Bhd, Classita Bhd and Velocity Capital Partners Bhd.

THOSE stocks were tracked as at 11 am today.
THE once unstoppable and unbeatable Corporate Mafia, has had its glory days stymed by a juggernaut after another.

THE latest comes at a time Leong Seng Wui is looking either KN Kenanga or Velocity Partners to raise enough cash to expand his stake in Revenue and SMI.

AT the Revenue Group level a renewed scrutiny will be the individuals who take up the rights issue...

Malaysia''s Corporate Mafia, was unstoppable during Ismail Sabri's wonder years.

ISMAIL Sabri's often praised Prime Ministership from August 21 2021 to November 24th 2022, has  now READ :  come under scrutiny following the detention of four of the former Prime Minister's key aide by the MACC.

IRONICALLY this was also the time when Victor Chin Boon Long's empire had  extended to a level that could have turned him into a billionaire and one of the richest man in Malaysia.

HONG Seng Consolidated,  which was trading below 80 sen on August 2021, would surge READ : surge to RM2.09 a share, giving it a market capitalisation in excess of RM5 billion on deals that would never materialise.

ON April, CSH Alliance now known as Velocity Capital Partners inked a major deal with China' BYD to be its partner in Malaysia.

AND also MMAG and Velocity were fine tuning a partnership to set up digital payment system for foreign workers, a cash cow project with no tender.

TO be continued...

State of the Nation : The false PIOUS of Malaysia.

THE false pious of Malaysia are at it again, debating till the cows go home,  on the need of interfaith guidelines, while at the same time being silent on the need to stand up for the poor and to fight corruption.

POLITICIANS such as Akmal Saleh, the infamous UMNO Youth leader, is a piece of work who thinks fighting for justice for Najib Razak is a higher priority than to fight for the B40 Malays conned by Quantum Metal or even the paddy farmers under the thumb of BERNAS.

THE former ambassador to the USA Nazri Aziz is correct READ : Malaysians should not be treated as if we need a 24/7 nanny in every aspects of our lives.

BUT  I am afraid,  the hot head from Perak is only correct to a certain extent as, Malaysians through their actions prove otherwise.

MOHD Na'im Mokhtar, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Religious Affairs) has taken the brunt of the criticism,  when in fact the blame lays definitely elsewhere.

SINCE we are not privy to notes on the post cabinet meetings, it would be dangerous to assume that the cabinet was aware of the proposal, but convention has it, before anything major is sent to Parliament,  there must be concensus among the cabinet.

LET'S  just assume this was not the case, but Anwar Ibrahim as the chief executive officer of Malaysia or in layman terms the Prime Minister cannot and should not allow any piece of legislation that is not in line with his vision of Malaysia  be brought to Parliament.

IT cannot be every cabinet minister for himself because if that was the case, then it's time for a name change for the UNITY GOVERNMENT.

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : Another one to bite the dust.

TEH  Chee Hoe, now looks increasingly likely to be the second  top executive inside the Victor Chin Boon Long Group, often referred to by the mass media as the Malaysian Corporate Mafia, that's going to be forced to take a sabbatical leave of absence.

THAT writing seems to be well documented in Revenue Group's statement to the stock exchange.

IN the statement issued by T A Securities on behalf of Revenue which wants to raise more than RM190 million via a rights issues exercise, states  READ : Leong Seng Wui, who owns 5% of Revenue, has given his undertaking to take up his portion of the rights, which will require him to fork out RM9.7 million.

INTERESTINGLY, there is zero mention about the other five per cent shareholder of Revenue Group, Teh Chee Hoe, who also happens to be the executive director of Revenue Group.

RECALL, i have been tying up loose ends over the past three months on why criminal enforcement action MUST be taken against Teh Chee Hoe. READ : Teh Chee Hoe caught with his pants down.

DOES, Revenue Group's not mentioning Teh Chee Hoe, means the Corporate Mafia knows that Teh Chee Hoe has to be taken out of the Corporate game, because  the alternative to that is  a short trip to KAJANG.??

WE shall wait and see. BUT for now one may ask, who was the bigger name taken out of the Corporate game, by you know who.

MEET KENNY Khow Chuan Wah, a former accountant with PriceWaterhouse , at this point of time was the Finance Director at Greenpacket as well as one of the directors from team Victor Chin Boon Long at Hong Seng Consolidated Bhd.

I suggest, you look up on his immediate resignation in several public listed companies and then have a second READ : On all roads lead to Victor Chin Boon Long.

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : MEET the RM30 k a DAY losers, who wants shareholders to give them more than RM190 million.

THE God's aren't crazy, but Bursa Maaysia must be damn stupid  or part of the great gravy train robbers of innocent  minority shareholders.

I don't know how on earth Revenue Group  Bhd, can  in a straight face say the following, that  READ : they intend to raise more than RM190 million, and entrust Leong Seng Wui and Teh Chee Hoe with the money.

MIGHT as well get either a wolf  to tend a herd of sheep or better still get two of the stupidest people  in Kuala Lumpur to attempt to fly a plane  safely in rough weather.

CONSIDER the following since Leong Seng Wui and Teh Chee Hoe took over Revenue Group in March 2023, the company has lost RM31,000 a day , everyday.

AND the board of Revenue Group, believes that the RM31,000 a day losers can do better if another  RM190 million in cash is given to these not too dynamite duo.

MIND you, when I say during their entire stay in Revenue, the company has been losing RM31,000 a day...I means they have used up cash..pure cash to the tune of RM31,000  a day, while the losses in terms of profit and loss are much much more.

State of the Nation : Love Don't Live Here Anymore

TO find out on February 14th, that Love live here anymore, is heart wrecking to say the very least.

OF all days,  it had to be Valentine's Day, for us to wake up and learn that two Caucasians men seemingly has more love for Malaysia,  than any one with legal authority  in  Malaysia.

THE  global shout out on where is Jho Low is being spearheaded by Brazen Project's Bradley Hope and Tom Wright . VIEW : Where is Jho Low.

THE  need for Malaysia to get our hands on Jho Low has increased by multiple  folds, following READ : Trump's Justice Department hitting the brakes on anti-corruption enforcement, plus making it not illegal for US interest to offer bribes abroad.

WE might have to kiss goodbye the not so golden promise by Goldman Sachs to return billion of ill gotten gains from 1MDB.

MALAYSIA, has never forgotten MH370 but why are our politicians so afraid for the truth to come out on what really took place in IMDB .
MERE charging Najib Razak is an utter disgrace because, one man could not pull this off alone.

NAJIB Razak may or may not be the first men shooter in this case , but  the only certainty, ee havrs there are many others still living it up n Malaysia

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : SOMEBODY is allowing Revenue Group Bhd to BREAK the LAW.

IF you break the LAW, then the LAW must proceed to break you into smithereens, is the harsh reality of the rule of law.

THAT is actually what takes place in a functioning democratic environment, that goes hard on public servant requlators who allow companies to break the law in return for a handful of cash.

THE guidelines issued by the Ministry says that VIEW : members or board of directors should not be involved in the act of terrorising others.

NOW there is ample literature out there which states that Leong Seng Wui of Revenue Group  and Hong Seng Consolidated Bhd had terrorised others by issuing threats.

THE Royal Malaysian Police, should either charge several directors of public listed companies who had made reports about Leong Seng Wui causing them to have mental terror for making those reports or charge Leong Seng Wui for those crimes.

AS for Bursa Malaysia and the Securities Commission,  not the institution  but those manning it, stop taking bungs that damage Malaysia's reputation.

REVENUE  group was a respected company world wide and that enhanced Bursa Malaysia's own reputation but after Eddie Ng Chee Siong caused a stir by making a mountain out of a tiny dot, Revenue has lost more than a Billion Ringgit in value, and now a laughing stock. READ : Revenue Group Shares fall steeply to unseen levels.

KEEP taking those bungs and Bursa Malaysia will be filled with only money lending companies.

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : The Empire Stikes Back At Malaysia's Corporate Mafia.

DATASCAN Bhd's fatal attraction  towards Innov8tif Solutions, looks to have opened a fresh canister of vicious worms.

AND there are whistleblowers too,   which have given notice to the policing force, Securities Commission and the stock exchange about events they said has crossed the boundaries of legality.

AS of today, three directors have quit Datasonic in a huff. There more to this...join me at Facebook for details. READ : Pahang royalty quits Datasonic.

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia: Innov8tif Solutions, The Devil Is In The Details.

THE devil is in the details is an idiom that means small details can cause big problems if they are ignored. It's a reminder to pay attention to the small things because they can have a significant impact on the outcome of a task or project.

TAKE for instances  the controversial planned disposal of a 51 per cent stake in Innov8tif Solutions by Revenue Group Bhd to Datasonic Bhd.

MANY had assumed since Revenue Group had bought the stake for RM36 million from Hong Seng Consolidated Bhd and is selling it for RM40 million, Revenue is on song to book a gain of between RM3 million to RM4 million from the sale.

THIS is not however a guaranteed  return,  as documents submitted by Revenue Group Bhd shows the company might end up making a loss instead.

SO basically, Datasonic is valuing Innov8tif Solutions Holdings below the RM36 million Revenue Group had hurriedly paid Hong Seng Consolidated, just  ten days after Hong Seng Consolidated gained control of Innov8tif.

CONSIDERING Teh Chee Hoe was indebted to Hong Seng Consolidated at that point of time and shareholders were not informed about this matter,  Bursa Malaysia should call in the police.

State of the Nation : I Guess That's Why They Call It the Blues

AFTER the pride comes the fall, is the mirror staring Malaysia, as we watch Perikatan Nasional, going from strong willed to accepting the facts of life.

I guess that's what they call it the blues, when you  have Perikatan Nasional,  with its backbone, the Islamic party so sure off wiping out Anwar Ibrahim. VIEW : Looking Back at 2022 : PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang Hadi Promises To Disband PAS, if Anwar Ibrahim's Government lives for more than three months.

THAT was then, but today, in the here and now, BERSATU which administratively control Perikatan Nasional, accepting the facts of life, that the Madani Government,  won't fall due to back room deals.

AZMIN Ali, a victim of the people's rage, who fell like Humpty Dumpty in his Gombak safe seat when the results of GE15 was announced, now says READ : Get ready for a block buster GE16 by year end.

DOES the former Menteri Besar of Selangor know something we don't??  The answer is YES.

BUT it's not something  we don't know, but something most of us  have forgotten.

THAT being in approximately  75 days , Muhyiddin Yassin, should be sworn as the 11th Prime Minister  of Malaysia, if only on that faithful day, back in November  2022, if he and Abdul Hadi Awang,  had swallowed their pride  and said YES to the KING.

YES for MALAYSIA, would have seen Muhyiddin Yassin stature soar among Malaysians, befitting his moniker as the self professed ABAH of the Nation.

INSTEAD ,Muhyiddin Yassin and Abdul Hadi Awang allowed pride to take control of their egos.

AZMIN Ali's talk of an early GE 16,  is merely a smokescreen  in anticipation  that as we come closer to the 75 day mark,  the jokes will be  live on  Tik Tok on the two men who staked the hot seat in Putrajaya on a deck of cards.

THEY did it with a poker face, but we're caught on a bluff, when all they had to do was say yes and let father time do the REST.

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia: Parachute Shareholders in distress!!

PARACHUTE shareholders of Revenue Group Bhd  are in distress, but these worries  will look like child's play once a probe is done on how they have been financing  purchases in public listed companies.

LEONG Seng Wui and Teh Chee Hoe have only their underwear left following more than a 60 per cent fall in the share price of Revenue Group Bhd, which has been unable to operate with a positive free cash flow.

BASICALLY, Revenue Group Bhd's two twin executive directors , who had a cursed time in Green Packet Bhd, proves that together, then can send yet another public listed company to Timbuktu.

REVENUE Group is poised to announce a horrifying quarterly results on the 27th of this month. Already the company is losing eight per cent for every ringgit put into the business.

JOKES aside, one wonders how are those two especially Teh Chee Hoe servicing the interest on the loans taken from money lenders to buy the stock.

THE poor performance of Revenue Group Bhd shares also raises a poser on how on earth did Leong Seng Wui convince his pally pally money lender friend in Velocity Capital Sdn Bhd to lend him more money to buy stakes in Hong Seng Consolidated and in South Malaysia Industries Bhd?

Monday, 3 February 2025

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia: Datasonic, Green Packet, Innov8tif, Hong Seng Capital, What A Mess!!!

DID the independent director who quit DATASONIC merely quit the board of the company because he couldn't see eye to eye with the other directors, or did he spot something that won't sit well with the companies act and corporate governance?

WHILE, we may never know the answer to the question, unless the gentleman speaks up to the investment community

WHAT I can tell you with certainty is that a couple of influential parties have urged Bursa Malaysia to have a close look at the Datasonic and Revenue Group Bhd deal involving Innov8tif Holdings Bhd.

IF the acquisition materialise, Datasonic will be the fifth public-listed company that is involved with Innov8tif in less than five years.

REVENUE Group, led by former Green Packet Bhd executive director Leong Seng Wui, and it's chief technology officer Teh Chee Hoe  rail roaded a deal to but a 51 per cent stake  in Innov8tif from Hong Seng Consolidated Bhd for RM36 million, cash in May 2023.

ALSO do note, back in Jan 20 2023, when Leong Seng Wui was the executive director of Green Packet Bhd, the company sold READ :Xendity Sdn Bhd to Innov8tif Holdings Sdn Bhd for a RM10.8 million discount

HONG Seng had booked a RM5.15 million new gain, despite disposing of the technology company some ten days after it had gained control of Innov8tif Consortium Sdn Bhd for RM30.9 million.

WHILE many of those urging Bursa Malaysia to have a closer look at the Datasonic and Revenue Bhd deal for Innov8tiv,  READ : which has now been extended for another two months to April 2025.

I am of the opinion that Bursa Malaysia need to call in the Commercial Crime Unit of the Royal Malaysian Police and  the MACC to determine if TEH CHEE HOE is actually an agent for Hong Seng Consolidated Bhd .

BUT I am afraid Teh Chee Hoe's  relationship with Hong Seng Capital leaves a little too much for comfort considering his bizarre pick up of a Green Packet Private Placement for about RM15 million, and then the dumping  of the 200 million Green Packet shares also registered under Hong Seng Capital s name.

HOW  now Bursa Malaysia? When are you going to do your civic duty and the authorities..as fraud or even an attempt to defraud is a jailable offence due to the criminal nature of the act itself.

State of the Nation : The Failed Prime Minister of Malaysia.

IF popularity on Internet mediums such as Tik Tok, X and Facebook were to be believed, then Khairy Jamaluddin would still be a member of Parliament, and not an ex politician, who has his expected Prime Minister ship sail into the deep dark unknown.

BY all accounts, if that is the yardstick we are going to use ; on who has  got the biggest voice on the Internet as street credentials, then by all means Anwar Ibrahim is the Failed Prime Minister of Malaysia.

WE didn't see groundswell support on  none of the Internet mediums for the Prime Minister when he decided to relocate some Palestinians to Malaysia.

ON the converse the reporting was on the negative side. READ : Palestinians cause trouble at Wisma Transit Kuala Lumpur.

S0 if indeed Anwar Ibrahim is the failed Prime Minister of Malaysia, losing support from the masses as at a faster speed then light, why is it, we are blank faced when asked about the following?.

FROM August 2023 right up to December 2024, Anwar Ibrahim and his Madani Government's popularity  had risen from as low of 42 per cent to the current 54 per cent.

VIEW :

UNLIKE  the pass three Prime Minister's who started out as Prime Minister on a high note, only to end up on a low note, Anwar Ibrahim had taken  the road least travelled,  befitting his tag as the Johnny Come Lately of Malaysian politics

Kenneth Vun @ Vun Yun Liun, what's the colour tempting fate?

KENNETH  Yun Vun Liun, once a fugitive of law, has tempted fate, a yard too much this time around, with the appointment  off Farhash Wafa Salvador to the board of Key  Alliance Group Bhd.

KEY Alliance Group to those, not familiar with its history, was formerly known as the notorious and infamous DVM Technology Bhd..

CLOSE to eleven years ago, Kenneth  Yun  Vun Liun was exposed for what he is by the Securities Commission READ ; for rigging DVM Technology Bhd shares.

HISTORY  seems to be repeating itself, as minority  shareholders of Key Alliance Group Bhd have been taken for a bloody ride, which could cost them up to 30 times their cash outlay investments into the company.

HOW is this so, one may ask. Well from 2022 to 2024, Key Alliance was on a cash raising spree, done via rights issue. ESOS, private placements and asset acquisition,  which put this bleeding red ink company's Number of Shares Outstanding or NOSH to swell to 3.678 billion shares.

DAYS latter. Kenneth Vun Yun Liun, a known donor of Perikatan Nasional,  saw his Key Alliance READ : appoint the 42 year old Farhash Wafa Salvador as the executive chairman of the company.

FROM a distance the appointment of Farhash Wafa Salvador,  looks and feels like a brilliant  move by the former fugitive , Kenneth Vun  Vun Liun .

LOOK closer though, and one will be able to see, why the thin, pale and frail looking Kenneth Vun Yun Vun  is NOT the sharpest knife in the drawer by a mile and  a half.

FARHASH Wafa Salvador, doesn't seem to have the best interest of Anwar Ibrahim as Prime Minister for taking the bait and jumping into bed with the gayish Kenneth Vun Yun Liun.

XI Jinping's Reputation Is On The Line.

THE "American Idiot" is not as dumb or divided, as we would love to assume. Rather, regardless of their domestic politics, their world view is frighteningly very cohesive.

TAKE for instance the rise of China's Deepseek, which initial reports, READhail as a game changer in the Artificial intelligence field.

THOSE who actively trade on stocks though , will tell you that every time the market climbs it's way up to the highest floor, it's always on the look out for a window to jump off the cliff.

DONALD Trump, the newly elected president of the United States though READmay have let the cat out of the back by hailing and praising Deepseek

DARK humour at its best, saw China READunleashing Deepseek to the West on Christmas Day

THE Americans have returned favour in the coldest way possible, a day before Chinese New Year, with a one trillion dollar bashing of its own stock market, idiotically laughing at the fact READDeepseek says it is Chat GPT.

DEEPSEEK`s cost, of US$6 million, if it ends up being a deepfake cost, could well be the icing on the cake for Washington, because that's what the world will remember Xi Jinping for.

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia: The Grim Reaper

UNDER seige is an understatement, especially since the alleged members  of Malaysia's notorious and once unbeatable Corporate Mafia will be ushering a new year in less than 48 hours time.

FROM the head right up to the toe, every notable member is on the grim reapers watch, with the full backing and blessing of the Prime Minister's Office (PMO).

FOR the boss of bosses, who has a ten men private  security 24/7,  the move to leverage on Datasonic Group Bhd, the prominent security-based ICT solutions providers in Malaysia with track record in mission-critical national projects, was initially tolerated.

THE camels back, broke the moment the Home Minister was basically held foe ransom via Datasonic via a demand  that the pricr for the company's  services be increased steeply.

THAT power play has backfired,  with the ministry opting for a one year instead of five years extension.

THIS , is merely the first cut from the Home Ministry, though it is not the deepest.

WAIT for it; It's coming via a Government led takeover of Datasonic.

State of the Nation : RICE wars and more...

ANWAR Ibrahim, the man who fulfilled his goal to lead Malaysia, after waiting for more than two decades, has surprisingly over come with ease the Najib Razak addendum issue, and Tengku Razaleigh's call for him to resign.

NO longer a  member of Parliament, the former finance minister's call, lacks sting and venom.

THE clearest indication that the Prime Minister has the upper hand, in my opinion can be seen in the move  to restart the momentum to free the paddy farmers from the yoke of Bernas.

IF you recall, as early as January 5th, I had highlighted READ : that the rice war has been restarted again.

THE other ominet sign that the Prime Minister has over comed a difficult December , can be seen via READ ;Malaysia reengaging the EU after a 12 years hiatus to work towards a free trade agreement.

ONE of the reason a free trade agreement with the EU has stalled for 12 years is because of the approved permit for automobile sector in Malaysia.

The missing Mycc Report.

WHERE is the The Malaysia Competition Commission (MyCC) report on the stage of the paddy industry in Malaysia.

THE report was deemed to be so important since it would effect how BERNAS operates, we had a deputy minister  proclaim READ : back in November that the Prime Minister himself will disclose the findings of the report.

IN  a couple of days time it would be February 2025, meaning nearly 90 days would have passed, but the completed report is still being kept a secret.

FOR those in a hurry to pin the blame on the Prime Minister, I suggest they have a careful READ : on the Rice war that officially restarted on Jan 6 2025..

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia: Datasonic, Dead Man Walking

DATASONIC Group Bhd, after a much hyped up public relations exercise, failed where it matters the most.

THE company with a lot of help from Tong Kooi Ong's theEdge had the public sold on READ :  Datasonic having won a new five-year contract for the supply of Malaysian passports.

FRINGE online investigative sites such as Malaysia Corporate. Com though were highlighting READ: Red Flags, such as the company has been infiltrated by the Corporate Mafia

IN between those two reports, Urusharta Jamaah (UJ)  an asset management company wholly owned by the Minister of Finance (Incorporated)  has kept  on VIEW : selling Datasonic Group Bhd shares.

URUSHARTA Jamaah's  sale is fascinating because it is done in very small bits and done in a manner to coincide with Datasonic related  contract awards. READ: Datasonic wins one year contract extension to supply Malaysian passports, and not five years as initially claimed by TheEdge.

SO is Urusharta  going to exit Datasonic? The answer is NO but rather a subtle message from the Anwar Ibrahim administration who are no friends of the Corporate Mafia, that there are a few dead men walking in DATASONIC

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia ; Two Enforcement Units Opens a full blown probe.

MALAYSIA'S as at final quarter of 2024, remained Invisible yet alone untouchable are now under active and effective probe.

AMONG those being looked at are Teh Chee Hoe,  Francis Leong Seng Wui and a tycoon  who made a vast fortune operating from Bukit Bintang's Low Yat Plaza.

A specific team, with its nucleas from the Prime Minister's Department has been watching carefully the antics of this group, which benefited financially during Perikatan Nasional's rule, and has been said to be a strong monetary supporter of the party.

I wont indulge on the specifics,  but it can be authoritatively summarised that the Corporate Mafia's success in gaining control of the strategic  Datasonic  Bhd,  has sent red flags.

Changes in Darasonic and in Revenue Group Bhd looks very likely this year because the buck stops in 2025

State of the Nation : Money Is A Foe

MONEY is the root of all EVIL, definitely fits the Malaysian shoe like a glove, when can only stare blankly if asked on live TV,  why haven't these men been charged in court or better still why are these men free???.

DON'T get me wrong, most of us from the corporate world know the correct answer to  the question, but in order not to get sued for blurting it out on live TV,  we rather look like imbeciles  and stare blankly on live TV.

IN our heart of hearts, I am convinced we know why Malaysia is being humiliated  by our own by being labeled  as READ : as the sick man of Asia.

MIND you, to put things in perspective on how big a foe money has become, Asia is the largest continent in the world by both land area and population. It covers an area of more than 44 million square kilometres, about 30% of earth's land surface.

FOR good measure, Aminul Islam Abdul Nor who was previously charged READ : for physically hurting a male minor at a hotel, was awarded one the nation's most prestigious  award that comes with a DATUKĂżSHIP.

OBVIOUSLY blinded by what ever it is Aminul has been dangling, neither our Bank Negara, the Securities Commission  and Bursa Malaysia must be feeling nothing but love when Leong Seng Wui's READ :Revenue Group earned RM64 million via a warrant conversion exercise which made zero economic sence.

FROM April 2023, until Jan 2 2024, RM64 million was pumped into Revenue Group by minority stakeholders converting the one for one warrants at 75 Sen per conversion into a single mother share when the mother shares were trading below 26 sen.

SINCE, the conversions done does not make any economic sence and the quantum runs into millions of Ringgit, one can only assume that money laundering had taken place.

WE know Quantum Metal, having sold fake dreams to Malaysian day dreamers, by scooping hundreds of million In Ringgit terms from depositors,  had its banking accounts closed by the Australian authorities, yet in our home country, Bank Negara Malaysia proclaimed to the nation that READ: Quantum Metal is a pioneer.

A pioneer of what, we were not told by the soiled Bank Negara Malaysia but the good  news is the barbarians are at the gate demanding for justice.

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia ; Left of Centre Part 3

SO where has this left of centre, overly zealous stance by Bursa Malaysia left us with?

FOR one, it has given those who control public listed companies, to give out monies raised via rights issue to a very selected few, who are not only their allies but also who happens to be their former employers who often are by their side.

THE challenge  for Bursa Malaysia is to confront the embarrassing  truth, that money borrowed out by these so called Kreditkomuniti entities controlled by public listed companies to acquire shares in  entities trades on Bursa Malaysia, DO NOT EVEN REMOTELY CONFORM TO THE RACIAL COMPOSITION OF THIS COUNTRY.

DOES Bursa Malaysia have the moral courage to demand from the likes of Revenue Group Bhd and Velocity Capital Partners Bhd  to publicly state the racial composition of the lucky borrowers given, credit facilities to acquire shares?

OR will Bursa Malaysia, only act  once this issue blows up in the faces of politician.

ONE politician who definitely be in the firing line if such an issue were to blow up, will definitely  be the housing minister Nga Kor Ming.

THIS, would be grossly unfair to Nga Kor Ming but fit into the narrative  of a supposedly secret evil agenda of the DAP, when infact the main culprit is Bursa Malaysia, which has allowed the likes of Revenue Group Bhd to classify these loans as SME LOANS.

POLITICS, aside this left of centre liberalism also goes against the fair play dogma of  the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) playbook.

THE following is what I had written months ago ;

TEH Chee Hoe by right should be charged for fraud and when found guilty be jailed for deliberately not informing Revenue Group minority shareholders in any of the documents submitted to Bursa Malaysia pertaining to the purchase of Innov8tiv from Hong Seng Consolidated, that the shares he claimed as his own were actually registered to Hong Seng Capital.

DO note at the time when Teh Chee Hoe was publicly using the mainstream media to meet his personal agenda, the executive director of Revenue Group owed millions of Ringgit, to a money lending company owned by Hong Seng.

REVENUE Group went out of its was way to ensure minority shareholders didn't get to vote on the deal by stating the following;

THE highest percentage ratio for the Proposed Acquisition pursuant to Paragraph 10.02(g) of the Main Market Listing Requirements, is 22.92%, being the Purchase Consideration over the
latest audited consolidated net assetsof REVENUE as at 30 June 2022. As such, the Proposed Acquisition does not require the approval of shareholders of REVENUE.

CONTRAST this to Revenue Group's sudden interest in getting minority shareholders to vote on a proposal to sell Innov8tiv to Datasonic Group Bhd. READRevenue Group suddenly has minority shareholders interest in sight?

BY having minorities vote, it seems Revenue Group is looking to use the vote as an endorsement in retrospect in favour of Teh Chee Hoe.

BURSA Malaysia, if it had any dignity left, should file criminal charges against Teh Chee Hoe.

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia ; The Left of Centre Part 2

WHY is important that the classification of loans given by Kreditkomuniti firms owned by public listed companies have more clarity.

FOR one, lump classifying them as SME LOANS, is deceitful, doesn't provide clarity to investors and possibly against the law.

WHY is it  against the law ? Well just as two wrongs don't make a right, one wrong and one right don't make it a right either.

CONSIDER the following ; On the announcement by Revenue Group that it has lent money to Sin Chin Chai to acquire shares in Inguiner Bhd. VIEW: The Sin Chin Chai purchase

YET it classifies the loan as an SME LOAN.
ANY one who runs a small and medium business can tell you that the risk between buying shares on borrowed money and running a business cannot be clasified as the same.

THE question here is what is Bursa Malaysia going to do about it. What action will be taken against Revenue Group Bhd???

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia ; Left of Centre !!!!

LEFT of Centre is a term used to describe either a liberal minded person, policy  or act.  Often it is used to define  the hard core liberals, ' who stretch  the liberal   train of though to breaking  point.

WHEN it comes to the stock  market, there is an open season on who actually should be involved in the disbursmemt of share margin facilities,

IF  you ask MIDF,  what is share margin financing, the response,as stated on its website would be READ : share margin financing is a credit facility offered by investment banks to finance the purchase of quoted securities on Bursa Malaysia (BM)

APART from investment banks, thelr commercial counter parts, licensed brokerages also provides such services

JUST Google, share margin financing, a  host of banks and broking firms names will pop out, but one can hardly see  Kredit Komuniti  firms names popping out with such services

YET these Kredit Komuniti firms  loan  on share financing have become too large, to the extent they are even financing  those living in glass houses to takeover an entire public listed company, READ :  Velocity Capital , a listed entity tied to kingpin Victor Chin Boon Long fully financing Leong Seng Wui`s takeover of South Malaysia Industries Bhd.

IS this the purpose of the Kredit Komuniti`s existence? If it is, then why is the Housing Ministry overseeing the behaviour of Kredit Komuniti  firms.

IS the housing ministry aware that Kredit Komuniti firms controlled by public listed companies are using money raised from Joe Public to enrich themselves.

ONE  can't blame the housing ministry if it is somewhat out of the loop, considering how Bursa Malaysia allows companies such as Revenue Group Bhd to catagorise these loans.

REVENUE Group definess it's share margin financing activities as READ : SME LOANS, a term which is too left of centre.

DO  note there is ample paper trail to pin point, Revenue Group's share financing  activities using a Kredit Komuniti  license.

TAKE  the case of Revenue Group lending out money to Chin Boon Long's Low Yat Plaza crew to acquire shares in VIEW : Ingenieur Bhd.

MEET the not so meticulously competent SIN Chin Chai, the recipient of close to nearly RM2 million.

THESE loans are being masqueraded as SME loans with zero objections from Bursa Malaysia.

THE SME  LOAN term in it self , is a weapon used to  blind Joe Public on the amount of money raised from the public by listed entities operating in the Kredit Komuniti scheme to help the blue collared Malaysians, has been handed on a silver platter  to a privillaged, but sinister and morally deficit BROTHERHOOD.

IS THERE A part 2? Hell YEAH

Malaysia's 2nd 5G Network ; I said it, Joe Biden did it.

ON December  9th 2024, I had written that READ : Malaysia's data centre ambitions stuck between a hard place and a rock, because Fahmi Fadzil, the minister in charge of MCMC, and the agency itself from the chairman downwards, can't even piss straight.

FAHMI Fadzil and his team, I opiened had jump the gun in awarding  the second 5g network rights to U Mobile Bhd , which most likely  will definitely team up with China's Huawei.

I had stressed at risk is Malaysia's massive data centre ambitions, which will be derailed if and when America and Western Europe  uses Huawei's access to the planned 5g line to cool down their reliance to Malaysia.

DO note,  that unlike Vietnam,  Malaysia still doesn't have a free trade agreement signed with the European Union. READ : EU, US warn Malaysia of security risk in Huawei's bid for 5G role.

OUTGOING  US President Joe Biden  yet again proved that the Democrats and the Republicans are strongly united against  China.

BASICALLY,  what this means is Malaysia's hopes of becoming a global datacenter hub will be hit by the USA's latest directive that will limit access to chips with US technology.

State of the Nation : Flogging Dead Horses

ASK Najib Razak about it and he will tell you is true.. that the easiest way to get into the frying pan, is to have your communication man  or point men become the centre of attraction. READ : Jho Low's lavish spending, and brazen night club escapades eventually led the media to 1MDB

ON February 29 2024, I pointed out that Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim's single biggest political liability, is READ : Fahmi Fadzil.

WITH the insightful and often proven true Edisi Siasat making damning  'on line gaming corruption claims` on the increasingly un popular Fahmi Fadzil, comes at the worst possible time for the Prime Minister on  two counts.

THE allegations by Edisi Siasat is bound to haunt Fahmi Fadzil, as [  we the people will definitely find it absurd that we can find these sites easily but Fahmi Fadzil and his minnions are clueless about them .

ANWAR Ibrahim will be taking a huge risk if he allows  Fahmi Fadzil  who is disliked by a large chunk of the population,to  narrate the Madani Government's side of the story with ⁶regards to Najib Razak's  royal addendum.

AS it is, Najib Razak too looks like he has been flogging a dead horse too  by pursuing the royal addendum  issue when he could have opted for a fresh clemency appeal instead.

WITH the Government now stating there was nothing in the official documents to suggest a  detention at home plan,  questions are also being asked on why the note to Najib's son confirming the addendum is from the Pahang Palace and not ISTANA NEGARA.READ : Pardons Boany add-on docs in Najib’s file, nor any official order from Palace

BLURRED Lines, Clouds U Mobile'' S 5G award

BEING officially Christianed , READ as Asia's sick man, by the nation's very on Malaysia Kini, got a notch sadder.

SAD, because  we have incompetent,  impotent people attempting to take us for a ride.

CONSIDER the following, how smart should on be to detect a severe  conflict of interest in a national project of great importance  such as building a fresh 5G network ?  NOT VERY, I assume.

BUT these joes missed it by a mile and  a half. Who is the vice executive chairman of MRCB ? Mohd Salim Fateh Din  who mind you, failed to even  ace  a basic degree course, and ended up languishing as air steward .

MOHD  Salim is also the chairman of MCMC, having the backing of the most un popular Federal Minister known for his lack of competence ,  the member of Parliament for Lembah Pantai Fahmi Fadzil .

WHAT has Mohd Salim have to do with Vincent Tan Chee Yioun.? Well back in January 2024,  READ :Berjaya and MRCB became partners intending to build a high speed train line

NOW that conflict of interest was highlighted READ : On December 9th 2024, drastic action was taken.

OUT of the blue,  READ : on December 18th MRCB had pulled out from the venture with Vincent Tan but the damage got worst because Fahmi Fadzil despite allegations thrown towards him by Edisi Siasat decided to pile in more pressure on the PRIME MINISTER by re appointing  Mohd Salim to the MCMC chair

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia ; Velocity Capital Partners Bhd ... NOTORIOUS!!!!

2025, here we are with a bang as Malaysia's once untouchable Corporate Mafia, beefs up  its backbone for the coming HURRACANE.

CHECK out VELOCITY Capital Partners Bhd, newest director, VIEW : Fam Chee Way who also happens to now be one the most dominant stakeholders in the company.

VELOCITY which  is actually the registered  shareholder in South Malaysia Industries Bhd, and not Leong Seng Wui, the imposter or usefully idiot in this hostile takeover ,may have outdone itself with the appointment of  FAM CHEE WAY.

AM not going to go into details such as IC number or who is the head of whicb gang, known ad GANG ALIBABA.

BUT if you must know, I shall let Twitter do the talking.

1. TWITTER or X has the full blown lowdown on who heads Gang 265 , with IC numbers in tow.  Click Here For The Details.

RICE War, Officially Starts Today.

TAKE it with a large dose of salt  that this is merely a coincidence, which keeps happening each time the Government wants to clip BERNAS wings.

ANWAR Ibrahim was supposed to make an extremely important announcement on BERNAS  in December,  but it never took place. READ : Anwar Ibrahim poised to make important announcement on Mycc findings on Bernas.

INSTEAD,  the Prime Minister since then has been facing a man made crisis from a  so called Malay unity platform using Najib Razak's name as the poster child.

INSTEAD of the Government  reading the riot act to BERNAS, we are now left with a crazy true story.

A story  where elected representatives and Government  agencies. must have BERNAS approval  to bring in rice, even if it is cheaper than the current market price. READ :Has BERNAS been lying to Malaysia?

PS , if you are thinking, calling out BERNAS, Malay Unity and a push to topple the Prime Minister sounds familiar.  Well it is...it happened when the first PH Government fell apart.

State of the Nation : UMNO's Poisoned Chalice

PERCEPTION is a very dangerous tool especially when it is used to measure support using social media as the benchmark.

TAKE for instance in the last general election,  the Malay politician with arguably the best social media presence in Malaysia lost to an Indian, Parti Keadilan rookie,  in a seat where 70 per cent of the voters were Malay Muslims.

MEET Khairy Jamaluddin,  who failed to win the Malay votes despite the entire nation experiencing a Malay Tsunami. READ : Tok Mat : 70 per cent of Sungai Buloh voters are Malays.

IT is that same poisoned chalice now hanging around UMNO's neck, the still prevailing believe that social media presence is a very good indicator of people's perception.

THAT believe, has been time and time again proven to be wrong. If it was correct, then UMNO would have won the last general election hands down on the account that Najib Razak was jailed.

BUT UMNO got its ass whooped in the last general election, because UMNO leaders failed miserably to read the tea leafs between the difference of  guilty and wronged.

I still believe that Najib Razak was wronged, but that doesn't mean I believe he is innocent  either.

WRONGED, because no man, not even the Prime Minister of Malaysia, could have inflicted the damage done in 1MDB, without inside help from Bank Negara and other enforcement bodies.

WRONGED ,  because you either get everyone involved in the scandal behind bars or you move on with life.

UMNO's Akmal Saleh, who now says he will go against the wishes of the party READ : and still attend a gathering in support of Najib this coming Monday has placed UMNO in a tight spot.

A tight spot, because Akmal Saleh has pulled the moral highground carpet which UMNO had made its case to the Malaysian public with regards to the addendum attached to Najjb Razak's pardon.

IN turn,  Akmal Saleh has pushed UMNO into the dark and narrow road,  potentially being stuck on the silent majority's head that UMNO has become what Sarawak Report said years ago about Khairy Jamaluddin that READ: moral failure can never be a mistake, but a sign that one has lost the moral compass

One More Try, A Second Life With All Eyes On Anthony Loke.

IT'S  been a while .. a while too long and a while too fat since Malaysia has seen Anthony Loke in MASQUERADE.

WHEN the camera lighs were shut, ANTHONY Loke  has gone from READ : wanting Malaysia to build its own trains to READ : to paying in excess of RM10 billion to rent train sets from China, all in a single breath .

THE minister blows hot and cold, as his spoken words and his actions are definitely poles apart.

TODAY Inai Kiara is death row ward, thanks to Anthony  Loke's second reincarnation as Transport Minister.

AREN'T we supposed to help the good ones, that have strayed...the ones with a decent track record, the one which has the full spectrum expertise of a dredger, that only China has as there is no other like for like replacement in South East Asia.

APPARENTLY,  Yes but not so in Anthony Loke's Ministry of Transport.

IN Anthony Loke's  Ministry of Transport, it smells like the Nation State's interest must take a back seat to the Minister's pride.

SINISTER or a death wish to throw good money for a bad hat, is indeed debatable...but what is not on the table for debate is the FACT, the fish rots from the head onwards!!.
