Malaysia, here is the secret formula on how to fly without wings.

THE most chilling stuff i ever read, and it lingers until today is READJesus Christ himself couldn’t save you if you were sent to Unit 731.

UNIT 731 was a Japanese group of scientists that performed animalistic experiments on humans by dissecting human bodies without anesthesia.

JUST last year, Bryan Rigg in his book Japan's Holocaust noted Imperial Japanese Forces killed 30 million people between 1927 to 1945.

FOURTEEN million of them  or nearly one in two murdered were ethnic Chinese. The Japanese would decades latter go to eradicate polio in China.

THE Japanese for all the injustices done, get this , did not compensate the Chinese but instead LOANED, READ  : China ¥3.66 trillion from 1980 to 2022, with the China's final repayment of the loan coming in 2047.

THE moral of the story is history does not define your destiny. You define your destiny by the  steps you take and how you embrace change to grow.

I chooss to highlight nationhoods rise from being spit at and disgraced rather than any individuals success, because it is much easier for an individual to rise than a nation state to do. And it also goes to show what forward thinking can do for a country.

SO does it really matter , if Malays could fly back in the day, build ships and swords, when the same history is teaching us other lessons, that too many of us today are doing the same mistakes as Black America. READ : In 1870, the wealth gap between Black and White Americans was a staggering 23 to 1. That's equivalent to just $4 of wealth for Black Americans for every $100 for White Americans.

FAST forward 150 years and the wealth gap narrowed to about 6 to 1, but that's not the whole story because from 1980 up to the past four decades Black wealth have stagnated and with the wealth gap between them and Caucasians increasing by 0.1 per cent.

THE stagnation coincides with the rise in single mum homes amongst blacks since 1980.

IN 1970, approximately 29.5 per cenf of Black children lived with their mothers in single-parent households.

WHY bring Asians to the conversation...well because Asians are a success story in the USA, and Malaysia is in this conversation because there is no use in being able to fly centuries ago if your roots today are not grounded.

GROUNDED to the soil we stand on to form deep lasting roots, by having the centuries old family structure led by the father and mother.

THERE is no shame if your bloodline, there is none who could fly without an aeroplane or helicopter, but there should be shame if are responsible for breaking family structures long before R Kelly admitted in a song ; I believe I can fly.

THE family structure and the role played by the father and not how or what your neighbour did or did not do  or being able to build ships and fly, will always define history.

IN Malaysia today there are more than a million single mothers. This a live ticking time bomb, which we can see in some of today's teenagers.

THEY no longer talk like us or even our grand parents nor do they behave like us or our grandparents.  This is not the usual borders between generations, it's something much bigger ; The missing father, and the single mother who works, which is tsunami waiting on the door steps off mostly Malay, Malaysians.

IN the state of Perak 2021, for example, 63.5% of the registered single mothers were Malay, compared to 11.6% Chinese and 18.9% Indian.

INSTEAD of investing money to find out if Parameswara was an Indian, Malay or Albino, and then to rewrite history for failed egos, people and governments should be investing time, money and discussions of keeping the nucleas that can shape generations of history , : the one mother one father family in fighting shape.

BECAUSE at the end of the day most of us will not make it into the history books, our legacy is in the family structure  which our parents gave us.

YES we all can fly without wings, but the passage to learning that skill set, has only two roads by either investing money to rewrite  the past  or investing money now on the family structure for many many generations of tomorrow.

LIKE all versions of the same story , there can only be one version which is true, like wise so is the two roads which will allow you to fly,;  only one will stand tall even against time.

State of the Nation : TALENT

SO  the big orange man from the United States finally told the truth, READ: Trump says the US doesn’t have talent to fill jobs, needs foreign workers.

AMERICA'S slowing down, i wouldn't say decline, as they are still tops in many strategic field, isn't because of toxic politics, but boils down to talent.

IN Malaysia, when we talk about talent and spots it's  about shameless incident involving FAM and FIFA, but many have forgotten how we rejected a man living in Malaysia, earning a wage in Malaysia and married to a Malaysian was rejected.

BUT Malaysians are talented too. Take for instance Nga Kor Ming, the Housing Minister who is super talented that under him the Kreditkomuniti (money lending business )  business have beaten all all expectations grown by  few hundreds  percent, beating banks modest loan growth by thousands of per cent.

NGA Kor Ming  rarely talks about READ : how the Kreditkomuniti business grew to RM24 billion since he took over but instead blows his trumpet READ : on toilets.

DO I think Nga Kor Ming is a modest man? NO, he comes across as aloof, arrogant and a hot head.

THOSE  who loves sports,  will tell you the story of the 1988 Seoul Olympics  100 meter race, and how over time the world found out all the favourites were juiced up and only the guy who got caught red handed, Ben Johnson paid the price .

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : Bursa Malaysia, saved Teh Chee Hoe.

ON June 23 this year, I told you the sale of Innov8tif Solutions from Revenue Group Bhd to Nexg Bhd, was part of a false market exercise.

THE rationale was based on three factors, one my confidence that the Innov8tiv sale to Nexg Bhd, READ :the Innov8tiv sale will lead to loss for Revenue Group Bhd and not a profit.

TEH Chee Hoe was acting in bad faith with criminal intent to mislead minority shareholders  READ : that Innov8tiv's prospects were great, when Revenue Group paid a premium to Hong Seng to acquire an asset which Hong Seng no longer wanted.

WHY criminal intent? Well because eventhough shareholders were not required to vote , in none of the documents submitted by Revenue to Bursa Malaysia with regards to the purchase of Innov8tif,  there was no disclosure made that Teh Chee Hoe was heavily in debt with Hong Seng .

TO the extent, Teh Chee Hoe's Revenue Group Bhd shares were all registered under Hong Seng Capital.

ALSO notice as soon as I mentioned that Teh Chee Hoe should face criminal charges for the fraud, committed with malefide intent, look how Bursa Malaysia reacted in the disposal of Innov8tif  by Revenue Group Bhd to Nexg Bhd, yet another transaction which did not require minority shareholders to vote on.

SO why is this a big deal now? Well for one Teh Chee Hoe's actions resulted in Hong Seng Consolidated Bhd, posting a new RM5.5 million gain.

AND Revenue Group's sudden sale of Innov8tif to Nexg Bhd has resulted in nearly double digit per centage wise loss.

A look into Revenue Group's accounts, the 3 year bleeding red ink company reported that it suffered READ : a loss RM1.29 million in disposing an associate company and a larger loss of RM3.475 in the disposal of a subsidiary company.

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : The Safety Dance.

ARE Bursa Malaysia and the Securities Commission attempting to hide in a place, where will never find?

OR have our capital market guardians, left the real world so far behind, so by choice they can act like they come from out of this world?

EITHERWAY,  the safety dance on display is one more nail in the coffin of moral failure for the market regulators.

LARGELY Bursa Malaysia and to a smaller extent the Securities Commission,  seem very contended to act tone deaf in the hope of not stepping on the wrong toes.

THIS is what you get, when lesser men are pushed into leadership roles. Their misquidence on what courage is spills over to a lack of courage.

A courage is not the absence of fear, but the triumph over fear itself to do what we are entrusted or paid to do.

WITH this in mind, where is Bursa Malaysia's question to Revenue Group Bhd, on the accuracy of reports, stating that READ :  the company's executive director Francis Leong Seng Wui was remanded for 11 days by the Royal Malaysian Police.

OR where is the question to Velocity Capital Partners, who fully underwrote the purchase of READ :462 million MMAG shares at 40 sen a share via its Kreditkomuniti unit.

THE purchase on paper, had cost Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak some RM184.8 million, but now with MMAG Bhd shares, closing last week at 8.5 sen a piece, the 462 million shares are now worth only RM39.27 million.

THIS is a drop in value to the tune of RM145.53 million.

DOESN'T  the market regulators believe this amount is large enough for the public to know how Velocity Capital is coping?

WONT the public be delighted to find out information derived from an honest regulators fruits from the mouth of Velocity Capitsl if  a Kreditkomuniti vehicle is the proper vehicle to fund the purchase of shares.?

AND if  the sudden margin calls have affected  Velocity Capital's  kredit komuniti units ability to keep its commitment to finance Francis Leong Seng Wui's raid on SMI Bhd?

AND last but not least , how were these loans categorised? God forgive if buying shares of public listed companies are categorised as SME Losns .

State of the Nation : Corporate Mafia and the men of inaction

BIG money, ie those running nationwide publications or TV stations,  are very hesitant  to engage against the Malaysian Corporate Mafia.

THE Corporate Mafia  does not start and end with Victor Chin Boon Long .

HE is only one of fine core houses that operates within the Mafia Group, which ultimately is run by money fueled by scams, prostitution ring, distribution of narcotics inside Malaysia, but mostly from acting as a transhipment hub and of course from gaming and bookie activities.

CORPORATEsecrets.com estimates that the ring attached to Chin Boon Long, estimated at slightly under RM300 million as  one of Malaysia’s largest money-laundering and corporate-fraud investigation.

THE estimate is a very low ball figure, but this much i tell you, if it goes to court, it will be Malaysia's single largest money laundering and Corporate fraud case involving multiple public listed companies, when combines can easily top USD 1 billion in market capitalisation.

891 days ago, I have asked a very simple question, READ : Francis Leong Seng Wui, What You Gonna Do When They Come For You?

AND finally the police did show up. But what is missing in all these sketches is the Securitues Commission  and Bursa Malaysia, who seems contended to act as a postman than rather the enforcer ensuring market equality.

ARE there many people within Bursa Malaysia and the Securities Commission  either  have taken money or used inside information to enrich themselves ?

I believe,  how the Securities Commission and Bursa Malaysia immediately reacted against public interest when WATCH : when the tables were turned against them.

IT is not the Prime Minister or the former Prime Minister, that is stopping the SC and Bursa Malaysia from doing their jobs 90 per cent of the time.

RATHER it's is a Mafia group in itself, on equally strengths with the Corporate Mafia, an expert in washing shit away, not by wiping it clean, but rather by ignoring the existence of the shit.

THE person behind this blog knows much more than he has written, and is not wrong, as we can see, those very intelligent people at SC and Bursa pretend to be fools.

BUT the laugh is on us the public as the seeds of their vulgarity in not only protruding, but the silence no longer deafening , but it's echos are VIBRATING TO A LEVEL THAT IS DISQUSTINGLY SICKENING.

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : Revenue Group Bhd, Gone Nuclear

WHO killed Roger Rabbit? Well my guess is it is definitely not Victor Chin Boon Long or Francis Leong Seng Wui.

THOSE men, were let to the crime on their own will but by deception, by a vagrant gambler with his very last Russian roulette  type card to play ; either boom or death by suicide.

A no way out game, with whatever asset and cash transferred to the wife, and then promptly divorced although now still living together in a very big  new boom time mansion in Puchong.

THE divorce was so that when he finally pulled the trigger, nobody could come after the family.

BUT then he got lucky, until  very very late in the game, perhaps after Victor Chin Boon Long got fed up with the guys daughter flexing their new found wealth, that a deeper so AI mode digging was done.

THE  result, seems to point that a certain somebody had taken much more out from Revenue Group, than what Francis Leong Seng Wui had reported, even in the days when Revenue Group was known as a K N Kenanga controlled company.

BACK in those days, the plan was not for Francis Leong Seng Wui to control Revenue Group, but instead it was supposed to be Datasonic now known as NexG Bhd.

BUT Francis Leong Seng wui may have not reported everything honestly or accurately to Victor Chin Boon Long, he had no idea on the magnitude of the robberies before.

FRANCIS Leong Seng Wui did not kill Roger Rabbit, and Victor Chin Boon Long knows now the identity of that person.

WHICH is why  ( this i am exaggerating  a lot lah) , he decided to have a re READ: The Edge's Corporate Governance under scrutiny report.  (Exaggeration ends here).

AND go NUCLEAR, with out any one knowing that he had done so, because he knew when the Nucelear effects starts to be felt, he will be in safe place.

place where breakfast is a substantial cooked meal that typically includes back bacon, sausages, eggs, baked beans, grilled tomatoes, and mushrooms, often served with fried bread or toast.

TO understand truly the effects of the nuclear effects, we must first time travel into the past to Feb 2023.

ON this date, February 21 2023, Revenue Group which is suing the Revenue Brothers,  states, READ : Revenue Group says not proceeding with special review on subsidiary because matter under MACC investigation.

WHY this very damning to the MACC and inturn will definitely  result in the Attorney General, who is a good man, being looked as not the one commanding the ship IS THE REVENUE BROTHERS DID NOT INITIATE TO ENGAGE IN ANY NEGOTIATIONS  WITH THE COMPANY FOR A SETTLEMENT.

SO how did Revenue Group go from super confident to nah, it's jack shit hatchet job, leaves Azam Baki, who is also a goodman but now stuck between a hard place and a rock?

WILL Azam Baki's MACC proceed to stand up a wet thread to protect the investigative team and the MACC prosecution team for taking a dodgy case to court?

IT may very well be, if wisdom does not prevail. Azam Baki could fall into, what I call the ABBA nostalgia, clouding Malaysia currently.

IF you recall, ABBA attempted a comeback in 2021, with a lot of talk that they were going to take over from the likes of Taylor Swift, and Drake.

WE now see that in UMNO courting, the only mainstream Malay politician to lose to an Indian of Hindu faith, where more than 50 per cent of the voters were and are Malay Muslims.

GETTING  Khairy Jamaluddin  into UMNO is not going to bring up  one inch of extra support for UMNO.

BUT if you brought the Bella Astillah powered Syed Saddiq into UMNO, it's becomes a defining moment in history, reminiscent of the time Tun Dr Mahathir  rewired UMNO with Anwar Ibrahim .

AS fate, would have it, the MACC is still going against Syed Saddiq,  eventhough the public is with him, while Ismail Sabri is free despite the RM700 million in loose change found here and there.

A very dangerous game to play, when you put your eggs in a basket that is aged against a young men, you know should be free, must be free and eventually will be free.

AS for the killer of Roger Rabbit, the white hair on Victor Chin Boon Long's head can easily spotted...obviously the man is down,  almost out but from the ashes of redemption, to truly sit on the throne, every emperor knows what he must and will do.

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : Amin Bangla Fast and Furious

GUESS who wasn't taken aback on reports, after a one year hiatus, the Malaysian Government has made an important announcement on the two fugitives of Bangladeshi law?

SO who wasn't surprised? Well, it's me because on October 6 this year, I wrote READAminul Islam, keep your eye on the sparrow. Shouldn't do crime, if you can't do the time.

I specifically detailed out , on how people with no authority from, outside had attempted to intimidate the Bangladeshi Government, but it back fired horribly.

THAT is what triggered the Malaysian side into action. Does this mean, Aminul Islam will be sent over to Bangladesh?

HELL no, as the wanker knows too much about many politicians, which could compromise us, if the info was surrendered to a foreign government.

ALTHOUGH it is safe to say that financially Aminul Islam is now suffering a different kind of PAIN.

State of the Nation :Johnny Come Lately

THE past is a grotesque animal, but through its eyes, we should be able to see, that most people's negative vibes towards Anwar Ibrahim, has elements of insanity in them.

MALAYSIA's johnny come lately to the Prime Minister ship, it seems cannot do anything right in the eyes of the politicians who oppose him, and at least half of the Malay Muslim vote bank in Malaysia.

THE upstarts, had a field day mocking Anwar Ibrahim, when Donald Trump became the President of the USA  again. READ :  Back in February 2025, everyone was taunting Anwar Ibrahim.

IN the mean time, the Ringgit is now RM4.20 to the Dollar, with a very very strong basis to go under the RM4 mark next year, while civil servants and the public sector got a pay hike, subsidised fuel, low interest rates, a war on corruption, that actually nets big fish, as well as a trusted partner status from the USA, that promises to bring a fresh wave of investment to the SME sector.

WE also have a security pact  with the USA via bilateral defence ties, underscoring a commitment to security in the disputed South China Sea. That's a huge plus for Malaysia.

USA is our single largest investor, while trade between the two countries reached RM325 billion (S$100 billion) in 2024, with Malaysian exports accounting for RM200 billion.

THATs a surplus for us, as opposed to our trade with China, where we are at a deficit.

TRUMP is brash, but here's a reality check. American companies here, don't create special zones with special flags for their people , and the US military, nor it's government claim that our sovereign rights belongs to them.

IT is not the USA violates international martime lines, acting as a bully across South China Sea .

SURE the USA have given us a raw deal, but it's a deal much better, than the communist alternative

State of the Nation : The Racist Free Malaysia Today.

WHAT is the difference between Boney M and Milli Vanilli, the duo READ ; caught in what many claim to be the biggest scandal in the history of pop for lip syncing their way to the top.

BONEY M, which is still hugely popular in Malaysia, shared the same producer as Milli Vanilli, had sang its way to superstardom, by having its Caucasian producer Frank Farian READ : actually sing in place of the black male lead singer, a decade before Milli Vanilli was formed.

PEOPLE will give you many reasons, why is considered as a legendary group, while the other is still being spat at.

AT,the end of the day, whatever the reasons are, I believe the description of the African American revolutionary Muslim, Malcolm X description  of the media sums it up.

"THE media is  the most powerful entity on earth. They have the power to make the innocent guilty and to make the guilty innocent . The press is so powerful in its image-making role".

SO what has all these gotta to do with the state we are at in Malaysia? Plenty,  when you take into account, Free Malaysia Today's  very racially slanted reporting on the READ : Malaysians involved in managing the now scandal tainted Prince Bank of Cambodia, which is apparently owned by a scam king involved in human trafficking.

NOTICE how Free Malaysia Today, choose only to high light and name, the Malay individual involved, eventhough the news portal states it is very well aware there are other Malaysians, involved in managing the bank in the days before the scandal broke.

TO some, they may see this as nothing, but this is coming from an online portal READ : where nearly 90 per cent of adult Malaysians are now active readers.

INDEED  a fine place to sow the seeds of negatively tainted image building.

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : Leong Seng Wui, Part 2

REPORTS are flying high and low, that the right hand man of Victor Chin Boon Long has been detained by the police.

THE CorporateSecrets.Com has the low down on what's taking place READ : down town with regards to Leong Seng Wui and his mistress.

HIS mistress, Lim Siew Ping, an accountant by training is a former director at MMAG Bhd, filings to the stock exchange reveals.

THE big question  here is why hasn't Revenue Group Bhd and Hong Seng Consolidated release a statement to the stock exchange  on Leong Seng Wui's detention?

THE ball now is firmly on the feet of housing minister Nga Kor Ming. In view of what is happening will the housing ministry allow Revenue Group to get more deeply involved in the money lending business.

IF you require more information on the money lending business or kreditkomunit as it is known now under Nga Kor Ming, I suggest you brush up on your Malay and zoom in to this READ : Facebook posting.

Tuesday, 21 October 2025

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : Leong Seng Wui.

NGA Kor Ming, the Housing Minister, who many say is the DAP Secretary General in waiting, once Anthony Loke's tour of duty comes to an end, will be doing a great dis service to his own political ambitions, if allows Revenue Group Bhd 's money lending service business to go unchecked.

REVENUE Group, which is led by its executive director  Leong Seng Wui, had courted controversy this year READ : over the sale of Innov8tif to NexG Bhd, a loss making company which had exchanged hands three times in less than 24 months.

THE issue of that sale, shouldn't  be a bother for the DAP strongman from Perak, but will likely return and haunt, and possibly even derail his career, is what happened  between April 19 2023 until May 29 2023.

DURING the said period somewhere between RM45 million and RM55 million was funneled into Revenue Group via a conversion, which was 300 per cent higher than the value of the mother shares.
READ : Nga Kor Ming, Leong Seng Wui and the now failed attempt to implant Revenue Group into KTMB's open payment system. P.S details of Revenue Group's warrant conversion  supposedly all done by minority shareholders  is in the said link.

SINCE the conversion itself looks very highly suspicious  and there are no black and white indications via announcements to Bursa Malaysis that Revenue Group had reported those transactions to Bank Negara, the Housing Minister could  be setting himself up, by allowing Revenue Group to maintain a money lending license.

THE act clearly states, that the onus is on the entities receiving money, to report to the authorities if there are transactions, that look suspicious.

SURELY, the Housing Minister must that it's his ministries job to investigate on the public listed companies integrity before issuing a license to their subsidiaries.

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : Empire

THERE are some very nervous people out there, more so than others,  as the past comes knocking in the front door.

AT stake is not only the shares in NexG Bhd, but rather an empire that took decades to build off a reputation  proven time and time again as being untouchable.

WHAT made the offer scandalous was , not only wasn't Ninetology' in the best of financial shape to make such an offer, it was operating in the same Low Yat Plaza building as Ingenuity.

COMING back to Nexg Bhd, and why did the directors  all quit in a huff?  The reason behind is simple.

ONE board member demanded a ratification process to be allowed to take place. In financial terms, the ratification  process ends with the act of  formally approving,  accepting or even rejecting an action, agreement, or decision that was made by someone else on behalf of the company.

IN the event, say for example  RM300 million, wasn't rectified,  it could lead to some very serious trouble, especially when you are a Perikatan Nasional funder .

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : Trouble in Mafia Heaven...

TROUBLE has brewed in Mafia heaven, as Victor Chin Boon Long has had a massive bust up with Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak Dali.

VICTOR Chin Boon Long, is finding it very late in the game, that Farhash, anonymous  with the colour black, for having led PKR's black shirt movement,  actually fights for a white knight.

THE Corporate Mafia is finding out only now what, I told the whole world for free, not too long ago.

WHAT i was able to disclose on the link above was that studies by the Ministry of Finance, can't discount ties based on friends with benefits between Hong Seng Consolidated share price rise during the Covid 19, political funding and Perikatan Nasional.

THE Corporate Mafia, must only have itself to blame, and Victor Chin Boon, should be asking himself, why has he been paying top money to get  retired cops and ex senior civil servants  to join his empire, only to be fed with peanuts.

AFTERALL,  the writing was on the wall on day one wheh Farhash joined MMAG Bhd or actually even before that wheh things didn't pan out well in My EG Bhd.

NOW, you know WHY!!!!

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : NexG Bhd, What's the colour tempting fate?

DESPITE securing Government  contracts worth slightly more than RM2.4 billion over the past 20 days,  NEXG Bhd 's share price has  tempo of a deceased.

THERE several reasons why, the NexG Bhd shares aren't trail blazing  the stock  market,  nor has the intrigue of top heavy names excited market punters.

I will list out two reasons, with the second one being the banger, which has nailed NexG to the ground.

THE  first reason is the market is very fearful in riding with the Victor Chin Boon Long  Group,,  having witnessed  over the past 12 months  MMAG Bhd  shares sky rocket , only to humpty dumpty its way  to a near limit down  beating in a single session .

The same thing happened  to  Nexg Bhd.  THE frequency  in which the shares nearing limit  down range  in single sessions, raises governance issues as well as justifiable  assumption, that the financial standing of the Chib Boon long  Group is not what it once was.

MARGIN calls seem to hit the Chin Boon Long Group in one fell swoop, leaving retail players to short of a time to react

What's the colour tempting fate? It is the colour of money. Investors have wised up
that it doesn't really  matter if a company has billions of Ringgit worth of contracts

IT really means  nothing  to investors, if a a formerly good dividend paymaster like NexG , is flushed with jobs, but for some reason,  have stopped  in the current year to reward shareholders their usual dividend vitamins

State of the Nation : When the one eyed man is king

THE national budget week, undoubtfully is among the best of times, when the chivalry of the one eyed man is king is on display

BUT this is not about, the budget, nor is this about Anwar Ibrahim, the Prime Minister, not wanted by the Malay heartland, but providence gave the nation the Prime Minister they needed.

THIS though is about an institution under the preview of Anwar Ibrahim, in his capacity as the finance  minister of Malaysia.

THE institution of concern is the Securities Commission who quietly , charged Choong Lee Aun , the former managing director  of  AT Systematization Bhd (now known as Erdasan Group Bhd)  for causing wrongful loss amounting to RM16.35 million to the company.

THE charges were brought under Section 317A (1) of the Capital Markets and Services Act 2007,  states that Choong Lee Aun was accused of authorising payments to two firms, Delta Million Dynamic Sdn Bhd and Midas Mode Sdn Bhd, between June 2020 and November 2021, allegedly with the intent to cause financial loss to AT Systematization. The offences were said to have taken place in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

THE elephant in the room though is why wasn't  Mak Siew Wei,  who apparently is missing , charged  along  with  Choong Lee Aun by the SC as there ample provisions under the penal code to charge a person in absentia.

MAK Siew Wei, as alleged in many online forums such as i3investor is a partner of the disgraced market manipulator, and fraudster Kenneth Vun Yun Liun, and rumour has it, a fallout between the duo, resulted in a whistleblower emerging to map out Mak Siew Wei activities.

ERDASAN a company controlled by Kenneth Vun Yun Liun, has gone to the civil courts, demanding Mak Siew W3i return the money and compensate the company .

THE question here is why didn't Erdasan sue Choong Lee Aun, as the RM16.35 million he is being charged in the criminal courts are part of the RM46.47 million.

NOTE, Mak Siew Wei is apparently being charged by the MACC and not the SC.

IN the land of the blind, either due to natural causes or vitamin M stimulation, two men are being charged in court for almost the same crime but by different sets of government institutions.

WHY hasn't the SC charge Mak Siew Wai, as norm dictates the SC must have the first bite of the cherry

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : NEXG Bhd

HAVING secured some RM2.4 billion worth of contracts over the past 40 days,  it's seems have done little to convince the layman investors to have an ounce  of confidence in the company.

PROVE  they say is in the share price pudding of Nexg Bhd, that seems stuck  between the 50 sen and 52 sen range .

BRINGING  in  Puvanesan Subenthiran from the loss making Privasia Bhd, and Mohd Khairul Adib Abd Rahman into the Nexg Bhd board  with executivs powers on hindsight , looks like a sick joke, gone badly wrong .

WHAT ails NEXG Bhd ? Multitude of worry  signals stretching from shareholder returns, share capital spread management,  and  NEXG's  consistency  in getting the wrong set of individuals to run the company,; the latest being the appointment  of Mohd Sopiyan Mohd Rashdi as non executive director.

A closer look though reveals,  over the immediate  12 month,  the dividend growth per share has reversed and sunk into a regressive negative 73.8 per cent.

BASICALLY,  the company has stopped  paying dividend, while it's share buy back, has managed so poorly, VIEW : that even it's buyback yields are on negative territory

AS as result, shareholder yield are  hovering around negative 1.3 per cent.

DESPITE billions of Ringgit in new contracts,  over the past 12 months or so, , earnings have been diluted because,  the number of shares issued by the company have increased by more than 13 per cent.

TO put it simply,  over the last three financial years, Nexg Bhd's annualised gain soared to 1028 per cent,  but earnings per share merely managed a 27 per cent gain.

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : Amin Bangla, keep your eyes on the sparrow

AMINUL Islam Abdul Nor, the  billionaire from Bangladesh, commonly slymed by Malaysians as Amin Bangla, is a ticking time bomb for Malaysia.

THE damage to Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, as a reformist , leakage fighting  leader for the rest of Asia to emulate, will go up in smoke, as the Amin Bangla case is about to go international.

FOR decades, Amin Bangla has lived the life  of a cat with nine lives,  cleared by the police and MACC  numerous times despite damaging evidence, and when charged in court to beating an underage  person, and charged in court,  the court files READ : has a trail, but no ending.

AMIN Bangla, a former executive director of Velocity Capital Partners Bhd, has for decades now been flipping back and forth public listed companies with his partner Victor Chin Boon Long, with impunity

NOW, Bangladesh  is a definitely a poor country,  but it's interim leader, the  85 year old Muhammad Yunus,  has given  a response worthy of a Nobel Prize recipient and placed Malaysia in a bind.

IN  a bind because the Malaysian request did not originated from Wisna  Putra but strangely came from the Human Resource Ministry.

BANGLADESH, has been very consistent from the start,  that they see Aminul Islam and Ruhul Amin Swapan who moonlights between Kl,Dubai and London, as partners in  human right abuses of unskilled labour and on money laundering activities.

BUT  within the corridors  of powers, they are concerns, eventually when details  pour out, the MACC might find itself between a hard place and a rock.

THE  main concern though is many aspects such the human resource ministry's correspondence on the Amin Bangla  case, the Prime Minister had neither approved, sanctioned or even briefed in advance.

YET it is Anwar Ibrahim's reputation which has been placed on auction, when the Amin Bangla case goes international.

BEFORE  the shit hits the fan,  by hook or by crook, Amin Bangla's time on Malaysian soil has to be put to REST.

State of the Nation : Purge, the Evil At Play

PURGE the evil in our midst,  that too, thanks to the Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim sense of justice and fairplay, is  being forced to reveal it's hand.

WE  have, the once supposedly , brilliant share market player, Eddie Ong Choo Meng of Hextar Group, who also happens to have a stake in Apex Equity Bhd,   cut down to his real size following indepth probe on potential link to scammer Tedy Teow Wooi Huat.

AT the court house, roamed by wily public prosecutors to the information is hard cash halls of Bursa  Malaysia, past misdeeds, including those that likely may involve elements  such as you scratch my back and give me a bag , are coming out in the open..

OUT in the open, though not in  the form of a statement or public confession, have left stinking smelly egg yoke on the faces of those who supposed take a salary to be our guardians of justice.

IN the courts, public prosecutor's  from the Attorney General's office, are in a gostan or reversal.

ONE wonders, why is it, you get charged for merely soliciting, but don't even,  get a scolding for actually  giving a  bribe.

ON  the green with lust, corridos of Bursa Malaysia, it seems delayed action , and a wink wink, with apuny fine istead of criminal prosecution , seems to be holding sway still for now

HEY, Bursa Malaysia, how many donkey years will it take for you to stick money laundering charges, on current Hong Seng Consolidated Bhd executive director Leong Seng Wui ?

OR perhaps , it's asking too much from Bursa Malaysia.

AFTER  all, the nation is now privy to the information about an INDIAN tm a business partner of Hong Seng Consolidated Bhd, having friends in very high places inside Securities Commission's office.

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia :Insider Crime @ Madani

INSIDER crime are white collared crimes committed by those who have insider information, but uses the said information for deceitful purposes.

INSIDER crimes include selective prosecution, and total amnesia by the prosecuting office on the guilf of others.

DID the prosecuting team from the attorney generals office , being selective in the case against Mohamad Madani Sahari, the former CEO of Malaysia Automotive Robotics and loT Institute (MARii) .

MADANI took the bribe to push forward the interest of a Hong Seng Consolidated Bhd, partly owned company ; Aspire Knowledge Sdn Bhd.

THE minority shareholder in Aspire is P Kuhan Arunasalam. The Financial controller of Hong Seng and Greenpacket Bhd, Kenny Khow Chuan Wah,  told the court, he was merely following instructions of P Kuhan Arunasalam.

CAN believe' ahh  folks that majority shareholder will take  instructions from minority shareholder to pay a bung or even a minority shareholders, will pay a bung so the majority shareholder can benefit.

THE serious questions here are, how come Kenny Khow Chuan Wah  and P Kuhan Arunasalam were not charged.

HOW come Bursa Malaysia never questioned Hong Seng Consolidated ? And how come the housing ministry  did not penalise Hong Seng Consolidated, by suspending it's money lending licence?

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : The Suborners of Corporate Malaysia.

SUBORNER is derived from the Latin subornare, which means to secretly prepare or equip.

suborner is someone who persuades or bribes another person to commit a wrongful or unlawful act

MEET the suborners of Corporate Malaysia, that have very strong ties to the  previous Perikatan Nasional Government,  Khairy Jamaluddin and to the Victor Chin Boon Long Group

KENNY Khow Chuan Wah, formerly from Hong Seng Consolidated,  MMAG Bhd and Classita  Bhd  and  P Kuhan Arunasalam, a shareholder of My Sejahtera, the National Covid app, and a partner in several business  linked to Victor Chin Boon Long, miraculously wasn't charged in court for READ : bribing , the now former chief executive of Malaysia Automotive Robotics and loT Institute (MARii) Madani Sahari, some RM5 million.

THE two gentlemen mentioned above aren't  the optimus prime in bribing Government  officials. They are merely Victor Chin Boon Long's Boys.

CONSIDERING, that READ : former education minister, who is seen to be close to the Prime Minister, Maszlee Malik is the chairman of UBB Amanah, one can only conclude  that Kuhan Arunasalam  knows some really big fish in the Securities Commission.

THE MACC  can use  Kuhan Arunasalam, to take down many big fish from the SC and Bursa Malaysia.

SOME of the fish in both these organisation,  were planted by MCA in the years when  Barisan Nasional , was the undefeated rulling party.

KUHAN Arunasalam, should be pressured to talk, because the UBB Amanah case is not a small case.

ON the contrary, its a very high profile case, which even has the attention of Parliament.  READ :UBB Amanah, Fraud, Money Laundering and much more

State of the Nation : The Ghost Of Charlie Kirk Looms in Malaysia.

WHAT will you say or do, if I told you in a straight face, 563 days ago, that when it comes to the end game, in case involving the Revenue Group brothers, the Victor Chin Boon backed group will chicken out.

BACKDOWN not because Steven Ng Chee Keong, was having a nervous breakdown. Men in too much, monetary debt don't dictate, games played by grown men, and that is the bottom line.

ACTIONS have consequences, but a deal is still a deal, because if a man loses his credibility ; that being his word, then he is no man at all.

THAT being said, days after Charlie Kirk was gunned down, both sides of the political divide were united in this one four alphabet  slang READ :FAFO.

FAFO,  because actions do have consequences,  hence fingers must be pointed directly at Section D of the MACC and prosecuting team, as they now are direct party READ : to more than RM1.2 billion in losses to the investing public.

ARE we too believe that the Section D of MACC are grossly incompetent, matched only by the prosecuting team who decided to take the Revenue Brothers, not on one case but on two court cases?

ONLY for the Victor Chin Boon Long Group, VIEW : to fold, when very rich options were placed, for you know who to look away.

MY believe is neither the section D nor the prosecuting team, which included people who are responsible for caging Najib Razak, are not incompetent, rather there is something rotten in the state of DENMARK.

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : New Director is worst then the one who quit @ NEXG Bhd

NEXG Bhd, being in charge of our passports and identity  cards spooks me because, the data is too glaring in flashing a red hot warning signal, something is seriously wrong with the management of this company .

NEXG Bhd, seems very keen to hire dodgy people into its board. What is this company trying to tell us, or perhaps even warn us before hand, when shit happens, didn't we warn you so.

NEXG previously had appointed Michelle Yong Voon Sze, an auditor from Nexia SSY PLT, who was READ : publicly reprimanded by the SC for dodgy accounting work.

MICHELE , had to quit, affer I ramped up pressure, but lo and behold, NEXG Bhd, does an appointment which is going to put pressure on the home minister.

MEET Mohd Sopiyan Mohd Rashdi, who is linked very closely to Indonesia'sPT Envy Technologies Indonesia Tbk (ENVY)

Dr Mahathir's Final Solution For Muhyiddin Yassin

SOME 780 days ago, I told you so, Muhyiddin Yassin,  that READ : Dr Mahathir is working for a final solution for you as well as Hamzah Zainuddin.

NOTE,  that I didn't say a word against Azmin Ali in that equation, because, don't discount the possibility of a Azmin Ali/Mukhriz Mahathir combo in the future.

780 days ago, I had stated, if Muhyiddin Yassin wanted longevity in his political life, his ride was with Anwar Ibrahim.

MUHYIDDIN yassin, should woken up then that Anwar Ibrahim has never been his foe as the duo were said to be close even when Muhyiddin Yassin was the Deputy Prime Minister.

BUT too bad, for the self proclaimed Abah of the Nation,  now that the money has run out, READ : PAS has decided to put BERSATU in place.

SOME people might think that this is a spontaneous reaction from PAS, but it's not.

IT'S  actually, a statement of intent from the 100 year old strongman from Kedah, in politics no betrayal is ever FORGIVEN.

State of the Nation : Buraqoil

HOW many of us,  have heard this name or even remotely am familiar  with the name ; Buraqoil.

WELL,  it's a billion ringgit revenue business, with over 190 petrol stations cum mini markets throughout, rural Malaysia.

IT is ultimately owned by a Bumi entity ; Zaiyadal Sdn Bhd, operating from its headquarters out of Megan Avenue II, Kuala Lumpur.

NOTICE, that Buraqoil does not operate as a Malay company nor does it, offer services to only Malays, as it serves everyone who can afford to pay for its products.

SO what is all this about, one may ask. Well it is about business being colour blind, and that there are rules to doing business.

THESE days, a vast majority of us know that  Antonio Meucci and Johann Philipp Reis were the true inventors of the telephone, while Alexander Graham Bell had the wisdom to patent the product.

THE moderator, seem to claim that this is something wrong, vile and racial, while totally ignoring the facts, coming out of the USA, that most black based business tend to fail because they tend to target only one community.

YOU maybe a racist, I might be one too, but if we are going to offer a business service, we need to understand  that business is colour blind, and if we feel very strongly about something, instead of bitching about it, go get it patented.

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : NexG Bhd, the story continues

PICKING up from where we left, that being READ : NexG Bhd, I told you so, here is the answer to my question.

PREVIOUSLY, I had stated ; "what was very notable about the announcement was there was no a sudden MACC section D division investigation on the duo who had voluntarily decided to quit the company."

THE reason the MACC Section D trigger happy, Corporate Mafia Group, are staying clear from this route this time around is because of an earlier report to the MACC by a former top official of Datasonic Bhd, now known as Nexg Bhd.

THE report specifically has to do with NexG Bhd's purchase of Innov8tif from Revenue Group, as  well as NexG Bhd's sudden interest to do business with so called low life public listed companies such as Hong Seng Consolidated Bhd, GreenPacket Holdings Bhd,  Revenue Group Bhd and Classita Bhd.

APPARENTLY,  Ahmad Syahril Abdullah,  at that point of time was a trusted runner for a very important board member with an eight per cent stake, who helped facilitate the entry of the Chin Boon Long Group into NexG Bhd.

State of the Nation : Tortoise On A Roll

HONESTLY,  my impression of the late Charlie Kirk, was that, he was some sort of right wing TV personality, who wasn't a racist.

THAT was before he had his neck blown off. Now I know that he was a very important man, connecting Trump to America's under 35 year old, and that  his assassination READ : might be linked to a rival, homosexual MAGA gang.

THE lesson we, should learn from this is never take for granted, when some one says they wanna kill you.

ANWAR Ibrahim, has had two death threads in a span of two years, which is a record for a Malaysian Prime Minister.

HE didn't assume the nation's leadership role in manner that was defining and with a sway in which Prabowo Subianto,  assumed the presidency of Indonesia.

BUT what a record breaker Anwar Ibrahim has been. The man who waited 25 years, for the opportunity to lead Malaysia, and roundly laughed at READ: cause Trump didn't have a phone conversation with him but was cordial with Prabowo.

A lot of this, has to do with the numbers, Anwar Ibrahim has been generating. It says a lot when, the Malaysian Ringgit, which is not traded abroad, READ : has managed to creep into the top 20 most influen currency

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : NexG Bhd, I told you so..

EIGHT days or some 192 hours ago, on September  2, 2025, I SPECIFICALLY stated READ : One more NexG Bhd, director's head was on the chopping board.

SIGNIFICANTLY,  what was very notable about yesterday's announcement was there was no a sudden MACC section D division investigation on the duo who had voluntarily  decided to quit the company.

YET, NEXG Bhd, had decided to make a mountain out of a molehill by dramatically stating that the the company is urging all stakeholders, partners, and the public to exercise caution and to verify any representation made in the name of NexG or Datasonic , and as such any actions by the above-named individuals will be deemed unauthorised.

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : PN19

PRACTISE Note 19, which came into effect on December 28, 2006, under Bursa Malaysia's listing rules are very clear on the public shareholding spread of a public listed company.

AND also, the actions, a company must take in the event, its public shareholding spread falls below the 25 per cent mark.

PARAGRAPH 8.02(3) of the Listing Requirements provides that a listed issuer must announce to the exchange that it does not comply with the Required Public Spread immediately upon it becoming aware of this.

THE question, Malaysia should be asking itself is why has Hong Seng Consolidated Bhd been silent, after breaching the  market liquidity rules.

A quick check VIEW : on the yahoo finance platform, reveals, that the number free float shares in Hong Seng Consolidated is estimated to be around 667.42 million shares.

CONSIDERING, Hong Seng Consolidated has a share capital spread of 5.11 billion shares, this would place Hong Seng Capital's free float spread at 13.05 per cent well below the acceptable level of 25 per cent or even the lower bandwidth of 15 per cent.

HONG Seng Consolidated's silence and Bursa Malaysia's inaction is tellingly hypocritical.

State of the Nation : Donald Trump

THOSE who are opposing Donald Trump's visit to Malaysia, and want the Madani Government to either bar the  American president from visiting Malaysia or to treat him as a pariah, should be seen for what they are.

BUT  first to recap, READ : US President scheduled to visit Malaysia this October, is a visit which will give Malaysia millions of US dollar worth of free publicity on the global stage, that will help boost investments as well as provide a fresh dimension to our tourism sector.

THOSE who are attempting to pressure the Malaysian Government to act irrationally by staging  READ : mass protest, should be seen for what they are ; an enemy of the state, and like wise be treated as such.

CONSIDER the following, U.S. goods and services trade with Malaysia, reached an estimated USD$86.5 billion in 2024.

IN  Ringgit terms,  this amounts to RM365 billion, which comes out to some 92 per cent of our 2025 national budget of VIEW : RM393.8 billion.

CAN any one of those demonstrators, some of whom are foreign funded please fork out RM365 billion in cash before, they force the nation to commit harakiri?
