AS it stands, Inai Kiara's billion ringgit projects will only start next year, while the Government owned Maybank is squeezing hard on Inai Kiara on all fronts now to the extend the company has zero money to undertake serious maintenance jobs.
THIS is not an attempt by Inai Kiara not to repay its debt but rather to pay a bit less now and pay a bit more next year.
