Part 3 : Rafizi Ramli and the RM15 billion Ringgit Man : A view to a kill

is the title track from the James Bond motion movie of the same name, brought to the music world by the biggest band of the 1980's Duran Duran.

MEET Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man, the RM15 billion direct tender men. YES, the PAS deputy president, holds the record in the Ismail Sabri administration of approving the most number of directly negotiated flood mitigation projects.

FROM, what i have been told the quantum of the directly negotiated contracts stand anywhere between RM9 billion and RM15 billion, all in a span of 18 months.

To fatal sounds of broken dreams
Dance into the fire
That fatal kiss is all we need
Dance into the fire
When all we see is the view to a kill

SO why does PKR need Rafizi Ramli to carry this message to the Malay Muslim community and not Anwar Ibrahim, who is a great orator or even Mat Sabu who is a show stopper.

TO understand, why not Anwar Ibrahim, you need to ask your Malay Muslim friends, why a vast majority of the community were against him becoming the Prime Minister?

WAS it because of DAP, or was it because of other factors beyond the control of DAP? The PAS ground will not listen anything that comes out of Mat Sabu's mouth because they remember, what Mat Sabu told them. READ : Kalau suatu hari nanti saya tinggalkan PAS maka pada saat itu anggap lah saya gila - Mat Sabu.

BUT for Razifi Ramli to get the job done and expose Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man as the weakest link in the PAS armoury in the coming state elections, there has to be a total makeover right down from the way he talks, the way he dress and how he positions himself on all media platforms.

IT is no longer a question of getting the message out, but rather the style in which the message is delivered and repeated on a daily basis.

CAN  PH deliver the message in style? Based on the set up they have today even with Agus , the answer is a HELL NO.
