MALAYSIA,  open your eyes, the just concluded Parti Keadilan Rakyat contest, was a fight between two dead woods.

NURUL Izzah,  who came out tops, for all it's worth she is  a relative political neophyte, who holds little sway among the younger generation.

SOME has questioned why on the third extention of Azam Baki's  tenure as MACC head, had she voiced out her disapproval? 

FOR, the record, I believe Azam Baki deserves to have his tenure extended. No point judging the MACC boss, for what he did or did not do ten years ago. Judge him instead for what he is doing now.  He is certainly doing much more than the politicians.

AS for Rafizi Ramli, the so called super guru with the algorithm for PKR success,  the Economic Minister is one lucky son of a gun if you look at the statistics a bit deeper.

RAFIZI or no Rafizi, the party's share of the aggregate vote at general elections has been in decline since the 2013 general election.

READ : Keadilan's Aggregate vote which stood at 20.39 percent in 2012, har declined to 15.74 percent by 2022, which is even lower than UMNO's aggregate vote in 2022.

RAFIZI Ramli, who has under performed for most part of his tenure as Economic Minister, hasn't had the algorithms to reverse popular support among Malay voters.

SOME 55 per cent of Malay voters had supported Keadilan in 1999,  but nearly two and a half decades latter, the support had shrinked to around 30 per cent.

RAFIZI Ramli's biggest success has been hid ability to convince the top leadership of PKR, and a big part of Malaysia  that he has the algorithm for success.

COMING from someone who knows a thing or two about  algorithms, I can tell you off hand, at the end of the day ; it's your end product that determines success or failure. 

REMEMBER, the saying, long before we had Internet,  WhatsApp, TikTok and X, ; You can't fool all the people all the time....

WELL it holds true for 99 per cent of Malaysians, perhaps with the exception of Rafizi Ramli who has planted a time bomb inside the party.

EVEN  with  Rafizi Ramli manning the ship, PKR wouldn't have made a big leap in the coming  Sabah state elections.

BUT without Rafizi Ramli,  the people leading the front in Sabah from the party HQ in West Malaysia , hardly have the track record to deliver.

IF you are expecting the likes of Nurul Izzah, who couldn't even get her self elected in Permatang Pauh, or Amirudin Shari, the Selangor Menteri Besar,  who lost 36.84 per cent of the seats held by PKR in the 2023, Selangor state elections, you are indeed the optimistic person in the world. 

IF PKR falter in Sabah, which is not the strong hold of the party in any which way, trust me there will be a move on the hot seat in Putrajaya,  based on the wrong believe,  that Rafizi Ramli is genius at the level of Rasputin,  and not just one lucky son of a GUN.

MY concerns were  why had GreenPacket refused to hire a big three audit firm and how on earth were Chengco adding value to the audit process of GreenPacket, which supposedly earns in the 100's of million from outside Malaysia, when Chengco doesn't have an oversees presence.

FRANCIS Leong Seng Wui's eagerness to embrace CHENGCO for Revenue Group, merely  strengthen the bias that something randy was taking place in the state of New York.

CHENGCO has now received its second  suspension from the Securities Commission 's audit board in  merely six years..

NGA Kor Ming, had also attempted rehabilitate Leong Seng Wui' reputation by attempting to give Revenue Group a fresh batch of contracts. READ :Nga Kor Ming is an embarrassment.

AND before , NGA Kor Ming, in the truest sence of whoes badge he actually wears close to his heart, went out of his way to appoint READ :Mohd khairul Adib Abd Rahman as the alternate chairman of the Local Government Development Ministry' Panel of Experts.

YES, the same Mohd Khairul Adib Abd Rahman,  who mysteriously had shares in Classita Bhd which he sold for a six million ringgit gain.

State of the Nation : Birth Rights

THE new rich of the world is no longer solely tied to gold reserves,  currency reserves or even US Treasury Bills ownership.

 NOR is it valued on your YUAN reserves, or even the much talked about super BRICS currency  of the future.

THE rich, ironically is what GOD through mother nature has given each nation as its birth right.

IF you abuse your birth right, you could well end up, holding the beggar's bowl for help from your brother, VIEW : as Malaysia found out when Indonesia said NO to our request to buy rice from them.

HOW much money did Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak spend to buy a 20 per cent stake in MMAG Bhd.

ERIC See-To, Najib Razak's fan boy who goes by the name Lim Sian See READ : places the deal at RM320 million, while I have gone on record to place it at between RM100 million to  RM280 million 

WHY this is an estimate is because there are no documentations yet on Bursa Malaysia's website on the cost of the deal.

WHY is the cost important then? Well it is because just weeks before Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak  would enter MMAG, Velocity Capital had bought the shares for a song.

THE average price NEXG Bhd paid for a stake in MMAG READ : was about 40 sen a share.

IN between those purchases MMAG shares had flew in the month March from 51 sen to well over 80 sen a share up to March 24th only for the run to be broken by READ : a one day 15 per cent plunge in share prices, which has never really recovered.

ONE day latter, on the 26th of March, Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak would appear. 

WAS there a margin call on MMAG, or were the shares pressed down for Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak to enter ?

URUSHARTA JAMAAH Sdn Bhd, an entity 100 per cent controlled by MOF VIEW : started to sell down its shares in NexG Bhd, the moment the company said it wanted to buy Innov8tiv from Leong Seng Wui's Revenue Group.

TODATE, the MOF controlled Urusharta have dumped more than 108 million shares of NEXG Bhd in the open market and READ : formerly exited from Nexg as a major shareholder.

State of the Nation : When Judges Are Told ...

BEING an individual off having zero experience being in a court of law, physically, I was amused to read, what I have seen on American court drama, being told to juries but never to a panel of seasoned judges.

THAT was until, I read the Edge on the case involving young law maker, Syed Saddiq on charges of corruption by the Deputy Public Prosecutor. 

READ :  Lead prosecutor DPP Wan Shaharuddin Wan Ladin asked the panel of judges to put aside opinions and comments of netizens regarding this case.

AS I had mentioned before on March 19 2025,  the case of Syed Saddiq  has become READ : extraordinary due to Bella Astillah which has captured the imagination of the B40 Malay crowd, who seems unable to connect with the Madani Government.

IN fact, it is so prevalent, that Bursa Malaysia might be walking into a trap to shoot its own arse by allowing REVENUE Group Bhd to READ : the company to raise RM193 million of which some RM143 million will be ploughed into the money lending business.

NOW why should such a proposal if approved come and haunt back Bursa Malaysia in a very bad way?

WELL first and foremost Teh Chee Hoe and Leong Seng Wui have a recent past of making all types of proposals that look good on paper but eventually ends up with the companies they manage losing money.

FROM SCAN Associates Bhd, to Green Packet Bhd to Revenue Group Bhd, the story has always been the same.

SO how come the duo have managed to stay in the game for decades now, while the companies they manage all end up needing mouth to mouth resuscitation?

 WORD on the streets are, they are professional money launders, which of course we can expect them to deny.

SO why not Bursa Malaysia, the Securities Commission  and Bank Negara work together and prove once and for all that Leong Seng Wui and Teh Chee Hoe are not professional money launders. 

THE requlators can do this by coming up with a simple statement that READ : Revenue Group earning RM64 million via a warrant conversion exercise which made zero economic sence, had nothing to do with money laundering.

IF you can't do that, then don't give them the approval to expand their money lending activities, because you will have blood on your hands due the growing drug threat our nation is facing.

THE devil is in the detail and it is on fine print in Velocity Capital's VIEW : Latest announcement to the stock exchange.

VELOCITY  Capital disclosed  that it gave out a single cash loan amounting to RM120 million to an individual , who in turn had pledged RM321 million in assets.

NOW, we all know that Farhash Wafa Salvador took a cash loan from Velocity Capital Partners where interest rates could go up as high as 12 per cent per annum, which is about 200 per cent higher even if you take a personal loan from a bank to buy MMAG Bhd shares.

WE also know since all of Farhash Wafa Salvador's MMAG shares are pledged to Velocity Capital, and that READ : the 20 per cent of MMAG shares acquired by Farhash Wafa Salvador is valued at between RM280 million and RM330 million.

NOW that alone would suggest, there is a mis match with what Velocity Capital had disclosed to the stock exchange. 

BUT then again, this argument can easily be explained that Farhash had taken more loans using sole proprietary, which Velocity could list as companies since the Bursa Malaysia listed only Farhash Wafa Salvador's name as the shareholder with Velocity Capital Partners Bhd being the registered owner of the shares.

OR that Farhash Wafa Salvador could have purchased some of the shares in cash and pledged them to Velocity for additional cash , but the hick up to these argument is why is then Velocity Capital Partners the sole registered owner of the shares.

BUT the question most Malaysians would want answered is why Velocity Capital Partners having a 51 per cent single exposure to one individual from the total RM253 million it loaned out?

HOW much interest is Velocity Capital Partners charging Farhash Wafa Salvador? Is it market rates, below market rates and the so called RM321 million assets pledged are they really worth that much or is it based on a best case scenario?

MARKET players will definitely not be getting this set of information from the stock exchange but it reflects badly on the housing minister Nga Kor Ming, the housing minister who is on RECORD VIEW : stating that Kredit Komuniti entities are here to help the SMALL MEN OF Malaysia.

HAVING assets valued above RM320 million must surely discount the the individual as a small men, and then when you take into account that Velocity Capital Partners Bhd READ : has ties with people and companies acting as fronts for Tedy Teow Wooi Huat's MBI, who shall we fault for the narrative that something is rotten in the state of Denmark?

BUT why ask Shahul Hameed? Well Shahul Hameed is apparently close to a senior politician , who holds no cabinet position these days, who in turn is buddies with Amin Bangla, who in turn has been in bed with the founding members of the CORPORATE MAFIA.

Will the director general of the Immigration Department, please stand up

ZAKARIA Shaaban, better not be relaxing somewhere, sipping coffee and having a good time now, because the Malaysian Corruption Watch, an NGO with a close relationship with the Anti Corruption  Agency VIEW : just disclosed that the immigration department is the most corrupt agency in Malaysia.

MOST of us, may never have heard this wankers name or even have a second to Google up on how  Zakaria Shaaban even looks like.

I bet you definitely want to know a lot more about Zakaria Shaaban and how competent this guy must be, when you consider the statement made by the MCW president that 90 per cent of the immigration officers at KLIA are corrupt.

AM I agreeing with the statement made by the MCW president? I honestly don't know what to think, considering READ : that Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim had told the nation, back in July 2023 that only a small group of immigration officers at KLIA are problematic.

YESTERDAY  a brave Bursa Malaysia demanded to know the identity  of the person who sold 45 million MMAG shares to NEXG Bhd? READ : NexG says Ng Them Seang is the seller of the 45 million MMAG shares.

IF you don't know who Ng Them Seang is... well he was the READ : major shareholder in MMAG Bhd, back in 2022.

NOW the question which we should be asking ourselves  is, if Bursa Malaysia can ask you to identify in public,  who sold you shares in an off market deal, what on earth is stopping Bursa Malaysia from asking REVENUE GROUP BHD to name every single minority shareholder who converted Revenue Group warrants at a conversion rate of 75 sen a warrant, when the mother share price was less than 25 sen a share.

IN total, READ : some RM63 million was artificially syringed into Revenue Group Bhd, with no logical explanation behind the conversion.

WHO were this people,  who didn't buy the mother share priced at less than 25 sen a share at the time of conversion, but instead chose to pay 75 sen  per warrant to convert the worthless warrant into mother shares?

ARE those people related to santa clause?, or merely idiots with money? , or a bunch of drug dealers busy cleaning up their money, using Revenue Group Bhd listed on Bursa Malaysia as a washing machine?

SO what's the big deal here? Well it has all to do with the executive chairman of MPIRE Global , Billy Goh Soo Wee,  who controls the the listed co, via his 27 per cent stake in MAYAPADA Capital Sdn Bhd.

MAYAPADA Capital is a READ : known front for Tedy Teow's pyramid scheme that left more than 2 million investors from China losing a lot of money.

SO what? And what has this got to do with Farhash Wafa Salvador? 

WELL, the executive chairman of Mpire Global is also READ :now a paid employee of Velocity Capital.

YES, this is the same Velocity Capital that has on paper lent VIEW  :Farhash Wafa Salvador more than RM200 million to buy MMAG Bhd shares, which Velocity had actually the first right of refusal on.

MALAYSIA might have missed the most important thing, which Donald Trump had to say about the stiff tarrifs imposed on READ : on the tarrifs imposed on countries such as Malaysia.

IN what seemingly looks stranger then even fiction, Donald Trump, could well be hailed as a hero by ordinary Malaysians at ground zero in years to come.

THE Tan Sri , said to be at the centre of attention. due to the reinvestigation on the MBI pyramid scam is ECK Development Sdn Bhd.

THE face of ECK Development, a developer said to be close to PAS and the DAP is Khor Eng Chuen.

KHOR acquired ECK in 2019 from Teow Ee Meng, who was charged READ :with money laundering linked to the MBI scam.

BUT hey, let's not pretend that Khor Eng Chuen is the only Tan Sri  dealing directly with the now infamous Tedy Teow Teow Wooi Huat.

MBI,  had shareholding links to Airasia, and back in the day around 2013,  the company was spending around READ :RM1.8 million a year to have the MFace brand name painted on Airasia aeroplanes.

LETS not forget, that the former inspector general of Police, Musa Hassan was a very  VIEW :high profile consultant along side AC Muzal, the TV perfonality

WHILE Bank Negara did eventually  take action against  MBI, and Tedy Teow Wooi Huat,  let us not forget,  the action only came , two years late. 4. NOW Let's look at Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak's recent purchase of a 20 per cent stake in MMAG Bhd at somewhere between RM287 million and RM330 million.

A. POSITION 

   Non Independent and Non Excutive Chairman.

The non-executive chair acts as a bridge between the board and stakeholders, including shareholders, employees, customers, and the wider community, ensuring effective communication and addressing concerns.

DO note while an executive chairman is higher than a managing director, a non executive chairman has less power than a managing director. 

B. Are the MMAG shares registered under the name of Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak? 

NO they are not, while on the surface the shares look like they are registered under the Malay individual known as Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak, a check on Bursa Malaysia's website reveals the shares are registered under a subsidiary of a  public listed company controlled by a johor based business tycoon. 

VIEW : Velocity Capital Partners Sdn Bhd are the by law registered shareholder of the 20 per cent stake in MMAG Bhd.

5. CONCLUSION 

WHY would a guy insist on being executive chairman of APEX Bhd and Excel Force where he is the registered shareholder, but only with a Capital outlay of just RM6 million, but allow himself to be the non-executive chairman of MMAG where his Capital outlay is between RM280 million and RM330 million?

THERE is nothing illegal in what Farhash Wafa Salvador Rizal Mubarak, a former non executive and independent director of the Singapore listed Bluemont Group Ltd (2014 to 2016) is doing.

DO note in 2013, Bluemont Group Ltd was one the three companies, fiddled by JOHN SOH CHEE WEN which caused the eight billion Singapore  dollar penny stock crash in the Island state.
