The Pirates of Bursa Malaysia : Fad’l Mohamed. One is a Mistake, Two is a sinister pattern

ANWAR Ibrahim, the under pressure Prime Minister of Malaysia, should make every remaining day count, and he could start by removing Bursa Malaysia's CEO Fad’l Mohamed.

NOT all mistakes are accidental,  and neither are all of them have roots in incompetence.  SOME have sinister, question marks written all over it.

VERY few people are aware, that Bursa Malaysia had approved the 1 Doc International Bhd initial public offer exercise in May this year.

SANE investors, put 1 Doc International  Bhd, out of its misery by refusing to back the share sale because there were too many questions regarding the stakeholders of the company hanging in the balance.

BURSA Malaysia must be mentally challenged to the core, for ignoring the risk that two of 1 Doc International Bhd  shareholders, who happen to be doctors that hasn't  renewed their license to practise the profession was facing disciplinary  proceeding chaired by the Malaysia Medical Council  sometime around 26 June this year

page 76 of the I Doc International Bhd Prospectus, whereby it is stated : "the Malaysian Medical Council (“MMC”) is holding an
inquiry against Ong Hong Keat and Chin Boon Keat for infamous conduct in a professional respect under Section 29(2)(b) of the Medical Act 1971 for allegedly practicing aesthetic medical practice and/or performing aesthetic medical procedure using laser-based aesthetic device or equivalent on a
client/patient in the premises of One Doc. The MMC has fixed the inquiry against Ong Hong Keat and Chin Boon Keat on 26 June 2026."

SOME may claim,  it might have been an honest oversight. We should bury that idea, six feet underground in view of the sudden U turn made by United Asiapac Energy Bhd.

FOR months the market had been taken a back on how could Bursa Malaysia, give the thumbs up for the company to be quoted on the exchange , when its earning beyond 2027, is bleak.

ISSUING a supplementary prospectus and a willing to return. Investors money paid for the shares, are merely an  exercise for the company to cover its own backside, as proceeding without a fresh set of documents, will force directors to live with the possibility of criminal action down the road.

WE are now seeing shades of Green Ocean Corporation Berhad (GOCEAN) , from eleven years ago. The aftermath of G Oceans the world is your oyster play, resulted in a shake up at the SC and Bursa Malaysia, as the hidden hands taking a bung were exposed but never really spend a day in jail.
