Vigneswaran Sanasee. Talking in Your SLEEP

First of all a big thank you to Vigneswaran Sanasee,  the president of MIC that I can finally  use this song, which is my all time favorite. It's the Romamtics and their hit song Talking in  Your sleep.

A Malaysiakini report has been disturbing me all day. The report states that Presiden MIC SA Vignewswaran  was one of  the key officials 

at the PM's house yesterday.   READ : Lepas rumah PM, Ismail Sabri ke Seri Pacific pula.

Dream as you may,  you cannot  angkat tangan in vote where only those elected members of the parliment voted by the rakyat can.

My question is where are these two joes 

who can angkat tangan in the event there is a vote on the Prime Ministership.  The joes concerned are MIC Deputy President M Saravanan and MCA president Wee Ka Siong?
