Where we are going, back to June 1 2021 , and a day latter KWAP who  had 190 odd million Serba Dinamik shares ceased to be a substantial shareholder.


Could  KWAP be one of  the sellers?  possible  but the intrigue is despite KWAP sale being an open  market transaction,  the deal  could have  been  pre arranged.

Perhaps the public statement by EPF even before existing as a substantial shareholder was to spur more sellers? you never know!!!
