WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : Who is on trail in the Revenue Group Bhd court case?

WHILE the MACC had played a leading and contentious role leading towards the downfall of the Revenue Brothers, which made up of two thirds of the company's founding fathers.

CREDIT must be given, where it's due, as no one involved in the entire process, and the Corporate struggle, can deny that the MACC chief Azam Baki had gone out of his way, where possible to ensure that justice  must not only be done, it must be seen to be done.

IT is the actions or rather in actions of the  other regulatory bodies and managers, that paints a picture of unseen hands protecting the parties said to be aligned to Victor Chin Boon Long.

BUT before that let's examine the board of Revenue Group Bhd at that point of time, whoes actions should be held accountable  in a court of law.

WAS it a mere coincidence or was it an act deeply rooted with bad intentions which led the board to take action against the Revenue Brothers VIEW : where the brothers voted AGAINST electing the very same directors who would turn against them a few days latter.

ONCE the bonus shares were in the pocket, one would assume the silent buyers of the shares at CIMB and KN Kenanga would have brought their cost down by as much as 50 per cent, setting the stage for a press down on Revenue Group Bhd shares.

WHAT they required was an orderly press down and not a free for all. An orderly press down could only take place, in the event the brothers had decided to go meekly.

I won't say much as this point but one of then directors has been caught with his pants down.

AND when those details with proof finally is tabled in court, many of the former and existing directors will be looking at JAIL TIME.

Ps more latter on the requlators...
