Anwar Ibrahim : It's A Mistake!!!

was a hit for Australia's Men At Work from their hugely successful debut album Business As Usual, which won them the Grammy Award for Best New Artist some four decades ago.

THERE is a reason why Tun Dr Mahathir is known as Malaysia's Mahathir. It's no use after crying
Saying
It's a mistake, it's a mistake
It's a mistake, it's a mistake

ECONOMIST Liew Chee Yoong is spot on when that Malaysia had made a BIG mistake by using the Belt and Road Initiative to build the East Coast Rail Link instead of the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore high-speed railway (HSR).

WE already know, that three of the eight critical countries for China's Belt and Road intiative are in jack shit condition because of taking too much high interest bearing easy loans from China.

THE three countries are Pakistan, Mongolia and Sri Lanka. WE should seriously ask ourselves is this just bad luck that China based loans are blamed for these countries pathetic financial situation or is there a deadly pattern that Anwar Ibrahim missed, because the way he was flattered in China.

YES,  China indeed threw the red carpet for Anwar Ibrahim compared to the cold treatment received by the Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, who was visiting China the same time as Anwar Ibrahim.

SINGAPORE of course is Neutral on the belt and road initiative but that has not stopped the country being flooded with private money from China. READ : China’s rich flee crackdowns for ‘Asia’s Switzerland’ Singapore.

ANWAR Ibrahim, has the right to flatter himself on his recent trip to China, but in my opinion he has blown a golden opportunity by preaching the wrong message to  the wealthy Chinaman.
