Anwar Ibrahim's Communication Problem

FOR a man described as Malaysia's most charismatic fiery orator, with prowess to READ : even convince an Eskimo to buy a fridge, the Prime Minister seems to be out of sync with the pulse of the nation.

THE blame though must squarely be placed on the shoulders of his Starbucks friendly media advisors, whoes own lack of interaction with the average Malaysians, have led them to believe the hype, the greater the ballpoint fugure, the better, it looks on the Prime Minister

SURELY, the RM329.5 billion figure  is more awe inspiring than the numerical THREE PER CENT, figure to boost the Prime Minister's standing among the Malaysian public.

I believe it is this misquided train of thought, and a lack of knowledge in the power of real economy, which had Anwar Ibrahim to READ : post on his Facebook page the Madani Government's success can be seen in the RM329.5 billion in approved investment brought in 2023.

IN the eyes of the Malaysian public will they see this HUGE ballpoint figure, as something which they can relate to, and then convince their friends, that life had become  better because we have RM329.5 billion the bank?

I am afraid, most of us will not be able to make that connection click in a convincing manner, but we could have turned the tables around if the Prime Minister, had come out swinging by telling the nation , I need more to make things better, but in the interim the MADANI Government have managed to make life ,less  DIFFICULT then it should be.

THE public will be able to relate to the THREE PERCENT much more than the RM329.5 billion in approved investment, especially since VIEW: the brutal interest rate spikes under Ismail Sabri's Prime Ministership is still fresh in our minds as well as in our pockets.

IN a hearts and minds public perception game, the Government of the day, must be seen to be doing the bidding of the common people, and not pandering to the demands of the idealist.

WITH, this in mind, someone should question the Home Minister, how does READ : allowing the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to visit detainees at immigration detention centres now, a practise that was put to stop in 2019 help INCREASE Malay suport for  the Madani Government.?

MALAYSIANS,  the vast majority of us, I believe supports what Hamzah Zainuddin did as home minister, by disallowing the UNCHR to lord over us.

WE are simple people, but we are not an ignorant lot. We look across the causeway at Singapore, which doesn't even allow the UNCHR to even have an office there, and miraculously ROHINGYA refugees will actually take the time and trouble not to land in Singapore.

THEY will instead eye either Malaysia or Indonesia where the UNCHR have very spacious office as their PORT of CALL
