The Pirates Of Bursa Malaysia : Fake Queues

BEFORE, we were blessed with  electronic trading, stock brokers were literally yelling at each other on behalf of their clients to form queues to either acquire or dispose of shares.

THESE days most market participants may not know it but we do have terms such as STOCK AHEAD,  which among others according to Investopedia READ : includes queue of orders waiting to be executed.

THE reason they are referred to as FAKE QUEUES is because the buyer or seller can withdraw those queues at any given time  with no MALICE

IN Malaysia, those using this technique are almost never brought to court, but that does not mean in markets where ETHICS and the Environmental, social and governance framework ARE NOT MERE LIP SERVICE by corrupt market requlators, this has also been the case.

WHY is this conversation important today? Well for the past three trading days, at least there has been a 10 million BUY que on Hong Seng Consolidated Bhd shares, yet the stock is nearly at the end of the road trading at 1.5 sen.

WHO are the familiar names in Hong Seng Consolidated? Well it's MMAG Bhd and it's READ : newly minted 56 year old executive director, Chin Boon Long
