Worldwide Holdings Bhd, the Selangor Menteri Besar is NOT Your Sacrificial Lamb

AMIRUDIN Shari, the Selangor Menteri Besar, who walks with a question mark on his back, 

If is he a secret Perikatan Nasional trojan, can now add UNETHICAL  to the list of nasties on him

HE can THANK  the WorldWide Holdings Group CEO  Norazlina Zakaria, for dragging him into the ethics of not having good ethics.

OFTEN criticised as not being the sharprest knife in the kitchen cabinet,Amirudin has had to fight big odds to remain where he is today, so any negative news is bad news for him

CONFIDENTIALITY and TRUST issues have often followed Amirudin, and now thanks to Norazlina Zakaria, we can add a lack of ethics to the list.

WHY is Amirudin Shari who has done a decent job as the Selangor Menteri Besar being dragged into Norazlina Zakaria's mess?

WELL  as the Selangor Menteri Besar, he has had the misfortune of being in the WorldWide Holdings boarsrd, where Norazlina  Zakaria is the chief executive.

WORLDWIDE,  has been sued by its joint venture China partners for letting there joint venture lapse, and then appointing  a rival China company, called Shanghai Electrical  Group,  where two of its top officials have been charged for corruption by the China Government.

NORAZLINA  Zakaria may opine by going solo, WorldWide Holdings, can book in the entire profit for itself.  READ : Worldwide Holdings bakal terajui Waste-To-Energy terbesar di Malaysia.

BUT what if something goes wrong, then Worldwide Holdings will be sitting on a RM1 billion risk, a risk that a good ESG company will never want to place  itself in because attempting to buy success,without integrity, almost always end in failure. 

SO why am I just telling one side on the story? READ : Anak syarikat Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor itu berkata, pihaknya akan memberi perkembangan terkini jika ia bersesuaian.

MERELY issuing a denial and stating that you may make a statement sometime latter, might work for Norazlina Zakaria, but for Amirudin Shari in a state election quarter, all this delay will just add another dodgy layer to the Menteri Besar's back, which I am sure Perikatan Nasional will attempt to link with corruption.

Part 3 : The Corporate Mafia's Fall Guy!! : Azam Baki's Empire, To Strike For Malaysia.

IT  really doesn't matter, who was Azam Baki a year ago, it is who he is now that matters for Malaysia. 

I have said it before, Azam Baki knows how to clear house and ever since Anwar Ibrahim gave him a free hand,  the guy has basically out performed every other high ranking civil servant in this country.

THE on going investigations at the labour ministry, centered on individuals close to Labour Minister  V Sivakumar, is proof enough that when given a free hand, Azam Baki, wont be holiding any punches .

BUT in some cases, like the one  related to the Revenue Group Bhd,  it had to be done without anyone knowing, and if need be deny it, as the MACC boss had to  secure Malaysia's economic interest first

I am at liberty to now  state, the MACC chief, had been briefed months ago, on a  slew of public listed companies.and their directors, with ties to Victor Chin Boon Long's Corporate Mafia.

THE probe widened to specifically identity a few top dealers,  dealing directors as well as audit partners serving the Corporate Mafia secretly .

COMING back to the matter of securing the nation's economic interest, which is of national importance, thanks to Azam Baki, it is all good on that front.

THERE has been a major shake up inside the Corporate Mafia, which has forcibly pushed Victor Chin Boon Long , one notche up as the boss of bosses of the Corporate Group.

VICTOR Chin Boon Leong for a long time now has been identified as the boss of the Corporate Mafia,  but now he has got a promotion. that has been forced upon him.

THE why and the HOW, I will explain latter tomorrow, as many things are taking place at the very same time.

WISEGUYS inside the Corporate Mafia say the organisation needs to throw down the cliff  at least one known major Corporate Mafia figure to please everyone that  indeed action has been taken  .

FRANCIS Leong Seng Wui, is the other name linked to the corporate mafia.

 SO who you think the new boss of bosses of the Corporate Mafia is going to throw to the wolves?

WILL Victor Chin Boon Leong sacrifice himself or will the patsy be  Francis Leong Seng Wui.

The Edge losing influence, Tong Kooi Ong may have eyes for Daim Zainuddin.

TONG Kooi Ong's The Edge, which had built a very solid reputation of definitely being able to, make or break a company, has placed itself in a box that now  reads maybe can make or break a company.

WITH a mensa score of 180, and very proud of it too, I suspect that Tong had known in  advance that the Edge's role in influencing the business community is not as strong as before.

TONG Kooi Ong has thrown some very obvious hints that he wants to get back to being the centre of attraction, which will no doubt be a booster for the Edge's mortality.

TONG's is for neither men, if what I suspect is correct, though he is banking on the slugfest to drag out Daim Zainuddin's role in the banking merger exercise as well as the strange decision to sell Pos Malaysia when Daim was on leave.

Green Packet Down, Teleng Out, in round one

TELENG ,has walked away from the fight, as it is not his war. He is one of the central victims of this war.

LIM Kok Han, the guy they called Teleng READ : Not only sold 358 million Green Packet, but he quit as board of director as well.

I can tell you off hand, that Teleng's  relationship is over blown,and the dealing director who called on behalf of Halim Saad can vouch for it.

THERE is another reason why all non involved parties, want to stay away from  Victor Chin Boon Long.

THAT reason is Francis Leong Seng Wui, the next on the list. What list ?

The Royal Malaysian Police is Being Targetted, by the failed Twitter Army.

I sence a group of failed twitter warriors, are beginning to mock the Royal Malaysian Police force. This must stop immediately!!!

THE "crime committed" by the Royal Malaysian Police Force, was to merely call up Wee Choo Keong for a chat. 

NO charges were filled against Wee Choo Keong nor did his personal belongings such as his handphone were taken away from him.

SO why are this group so shaken, that they have now started to mock the Police force in a manner, which can create hatred and contempt against them. READ : 

 Wee Choo Keong says that a false police report was lodged. If it is true, then justice must be served but if it is not, Wee Choo Keong will soon be in PRISON

WEE Choo Keong is the guy who maliciously did something Hadi Awang, Muhyiddin Yassin, nor ant of the Bersatu, PAS or UMNO leaders  have never done. 

HE created a false allegations that the country's respected former opposition leader Lim Kit Siang was READ :Making money on the side selling APs. DAP wants this guy put behind bars.

Revenue Group briefly sinks to its lowest ebb in history.

REVENUE Group share price sinks  to a record low of 24 sen a share, as anticipation heightens, that a clamp down on the company itself has shifted from a probability to a possibility.

BANK Negara Malaysia must decide soon if the weird conversion of warrants to mother shares at triple per cent age  figures, that was not promptly reported by the gateway payment company, results in the public losing confidence on the entire system.

EVEN if Bank Negara decides to play it safe, by sitting on its lazy backside, the incoming wind is too strong and from too high up for Francis Leong Seng Wui, to have the same level of liberty.

IT will not happen this week, but by July 2023, this much I can tell you, that Francis Leong Seng Wui  will look back in anger and resentment with those he had sat down with last year on how to take over a profitable public listed company using a used Toyata Alphat.

IT may have looked like a brilliant idea then, but that was then and  this is NOW!!!
