From MySejahtera to Sarawak Cable, it's the same Jinbang Gang ; Here's the proof!

SORRY for being a bit late on the posting today, as I had a medical emergency, but now that I am feeling a bit better, let's get down on it.

AS all of us know, the Muhyiddin Yassin administration had always painted MySejahtera as being wholly owned by Malaysian entities all throughout its history.

WELL that is not exactly true, because a quick check on P2 Asset Management Sdn Bhd, one of the stakeholders of MySejahtera would reveal READ : a certain Kuhan Arunasalam Poraviappan and Russell Walter Boyd collectively owning more than 9.5 per cent of the company

RUSSELL Walter Boyd, who happens to be the current chief executive officer of Sarawak Cable Bhd, according to Sarawak Cable themselves is a VIEW : citizen of the United Kingdom.

NOW let's look at his friend Kuhan Arunasalam Poraviappan. I said friend because, the duo believe it or not had two high profile deals with Hong Seng Consolidated during the COVID years, that managed to push Hong Seng Consolidated's market capitalisation to well over RM7 billion.

NONE of those deals however never materialised, and today Hong Seng Consolidated is only worth less than RM200 million.

BUT the story does not end here.  Apparently Kuhan Arunasalam Poraviappan is also a VIEW : a director of a Hong Seng Consolidated subsidiary

THE problem with the entire bribing the government official is, as you can see above is that Aspire Knowledge Sdn Bhd is an 80 per cent owned subsidiary of CASD Solutions Sdn Bhd, which in turn is 100 per cent owned by HONG SENG CONSOLIDATED.

WHY would a third party come out with RM5 million on Hong Seng's behalf? Exactly, they wouldn't unless they were batting on the same team.

THE question here is how come a major player in MySejahtera involved in a major bribery case involving a Government servant didn't hit the news stands running, especially since the said Government servant was in turn linked READ : To Failed MYAirline Business.

SO how about the links to REVENUE GROUP Bhd, then, which would latter be taken over Francis Leong Seng Wui in a rather dubious manner?

WELL apparently, the shit begun to hit the fan when Eddie Ng Chee Siong, couldn't convince the brains behind the software of Revenue Group Bhd to build a payment gateway via P2 Asset Management Sdn Bhd for MySejahtera.

AT around this time, somewhere around 2021, P2's 37 per cent shareholder, little Jonathan Jaya-Sudhir, had already started building up a sizeable stake in Revenue Group ahead of the expected bonanza which never materialised.

WHERE is the prove to back the above statement? Well why dont you go and check Revenue Group Bhd's annual report and see for yourself in 2021, who was the 11th largest warrant holder.
