FOR, every RM10 credit, RM2.50 is deducted when payment is made. Even license money lenders only charge 18 per cent, or about 4 per cent per annum.

WHY and how come telos are allowed a 25 per cent return for advance pre paid credit is a question the communication Minister should answer.
