ONE look, and I mean a very brief look at READ : The Perikatan Nasional Manifesto in Selangor, and I can tell you the following ;
1. AZAM Baki's MACC decision to READ : freeze and seize Bersatu's accounts, have hurt Bersatu, much more than we think. The thinking behind the RM2 billion manifesto is even if Perikatan Nasional wins Selangor, the Federal Government will not fall and that action against Bersatu might just intensify. THEREFORE, in AZMIN ALI'S own words READ : Perikatan Nasional plans to immediately empty the cash filled coffers of local authorities . Effectively, Selangor under PN will be turned from a budget surplus state to budget deficit state, or in plain English from a cash rich state we will become a poor heavily indebted state.
2. MUHYIDDIN Yassin has thrown in the kitchen sink in Selangor in order to survive a coming onslaught from inside Perikatan Nasional by the Abdul Hadi Awang/Tun Mahathir faction, and from the outside by the Federal Government. The last time, Muhyiddin Yassin threw in the kitchen sink was when he READ : attempted to bribe Anwar Ibrahim on live TV with a salary of about RM50k a month and status as senior minister while opposition mps were to be given RM3 million each in order to remain as Prime Minister back in August 2021.
3. MINUS the sinister plan to rob Selangor of its richness, most part of the manifesto was READ :a lazy cut and paste job, copying the PH/BN plan of action manifesto.
NEVERTHELESS, Selangor voters should thank their lucky stars, that they are not in Negeri Sembilan with even the said pro Perikatan Nasional site Edisi Siasat on Telegram which has links to Azmin Ali is now reporting that a brutally violent drug load had paid RM3 million to become Perikatan Nasional's choice candidate in Negeri Sembilan.
PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang and its members, must ask themselves are they a religion observing party or group of people who when the price is right are willing to party in the name of brotherhood with gangsters and drug lords.
