is a song just released by Swedish quartet ABBA. Having witnessed  at close hand the miracle of Istanbul , and Liverpool's perseverance from 30 years of humiliation to finally reclaim its throne in 2020 .

And now a group of 70 year Olds  bossing Tik Tok, You Tube, Spotify and MTV  at the same time, by just being themselves, what I have learned is never count the good man down, for against all odds, he will be back in the high life again.

Which is why I am mighty relieved that Serba Dinamik is not asking for blind faith from its legions of retail supporters that indeed all is well with the COMPANY on a day, the company had been asked by the stock exchange to make a facing saving statement .

The statement itself is a clear indication  that Bursa Malaysia was trying to safe the face of Minority Shareholders WatchDog Group CEO Devanesan Evanson was WRITING GARBAGE when he wrote READ ; Awaiting Serba’s SIR report: When no news is not necessarily good news.

We now can see clearly that Bursa Malaysia by forcing an announcement out from Serba Dinamik on the independent reviewer was not acting in good faith, but rather to paint a FALSE PICTURE to the masses that its Serba Dinamik's wrong in not providing updates on the EY special report.

If Bursa Malaysia thinks that  forcing out a statement from the powerless Serba Dinamik, was a good move,  well its the laugh is on you

Serba Dinamik, Bursa Malaysia & : The Heartbreak anthem

What is NOT rising though today is the stock market market, although Serba Dinamik virtually written off last week is back from the dead, refusing to sink into the red, holding steady at 41 sen.

The market though is sinking into the red. Yes the key composite is down,  on a day when Singapore, South Korea and Japan are all positive. 

What bothers me more than the key Malaysian index which actually a cornered index,  is the 

depressing state of the non composite equities. VIEW : 1501 Securities has seen ZERO trades TODAY.

Appointing Muhyiddin has not been a confidence stimulator. The Stock market is prove of that and as far as I recall between the AG and the Agong the top gun is our KING.

Without the Serba Dinamik issue, which now looks like it will only resolved in October, and that too without troubling the company too much,  but enough to keep KPMG getting hammered in  court READ : Serba Dinamik v KPMG latest in string of auditing tussles 

the regulators and their minnion The Minority Shareholders Watchdog Group would have been having a torrid time by now, in trying to explain READ ; Why no less than seven members of AMMB senior management team  suddenly disposed of their personal shares in the bank over one 24 hour period.

And to those who believe that Devanesan Evanson, should still helm the Minority Shareholders WatchDog Group.

So at what point does these "mere allegations become facts or fallacy and what are the public moves taken from the start of April 2021 until today by the Watchdog Group to ensure that justice is not only been done but is seen to be done?

As for the trigger happy SC when it comes to Serba Dinamik , update Malaysia please on the possible insider trading  in AMMB,  and while you are doing that. Understand the following :

🟥 The statistical possibilities of a group with out consulting each other, with no inside information taking a certain action at about the same time.

🟥 Once you have ascertained the possibilities on that, the next sensible thing to do is to work out on the PROBABILITIES  of that possibility taking shape!

So who asked the AG?  If nobody had asked the AG and he had shot his mouth,  then clearly the AG has overstepped  common etiquette  and should be removed but if somebody within the Government  had asked his opinion,  then the AG is merely doing his job.

Last week,  two of his fiercest  critics Bloomberg and the Washington  Post grudgingly admitted that Tun Mahathir  drew the Covid 19 financial playbook 23 years before its time.

Yes, Tun has done some dumb stuff in recent years, and  yes Tun also messed up Anwar Ibrahim,  and yes politically Tun is a sly old fox who might go back on his words.

Even at 94,  Tun has foresight . What he saw 20 months ago, only now these dungus are seeing.

 Above all,  Tun has never failed to deliver prosperity  for all of us.  Better the devil we know than the angel we don't... so  pass the ball lah to 94,  the Flawed Moses of Malayia .

I do believe that a reversal is in order and I believe that Ismail Sabri understands the ground better than most people give him credit for.

Volume was strong but the Serba Dinamik shares were put through hell the past two trading days, namely for two reason.  

One is because of  Devanesan Evanson comment piece which is as flawed as Botak Chin in the eyes of a police man  and the second reason is 50 million shares at about the same time the article hit the stands were traded off market. 

This 50 million shares was then used to try and press down Serba Dinamik shares. Coincidence or perhaps one more hand in a deck filled with hidden hands trying to break Serba Dinamik's spirit. 

Regardless,  Devanesan Evanson  should be removed as his views are biased .  This is not the first time.  If it was. I would have let it be.   READ :

Bursa Malaysia's . Land of Confusion

A best seller , and plenty of red faces is what we have owning to Bursa Malaysia's refusal to educate and inform the market on what is an independent review report

To whom EY will report too.  For good measure  Bursa could have also provided an indicative time line.

One man who has made a lot of problems is Devanesan Evanson,  who heads the Minority  Shareholders  WatchDog Group.  READ .;Serba Dinamik should provide an indicative date as to when the SIR report will be available to provide some comfort to the minority shareholders

Subsequently  Serba Dinamik responded to  Devanesan Evanson nonsense READ; the matter is under the prerogative of EY who will be directly reporting its findings to Bursa Malaysia,

I know times are hard now,  but with  Devanesan Evanson himself having exposed his limited knowledge,  it is best if he resigns  and if he does not do so, the Mof should sack him.

For the  Minority Shareholders WatchDog  yesterday was a shameful day . The real tragedy though is knowing how they operate,  the good money will be on them being totally unaware on how damaging the Devanesan Evanson piece has been .
