In Yinson Holdings Bhd. Billionaire Mokhzani sold 119 million shares or 10.98 per cent of the oil and gas company to Yeow Kheng Chew.
The 64 year old Yeow is a former director of Sapura Kencana Bhd, and is seen as a "KEY" Mokhzani man.
Yeow was charged in court this year under Section 188 (2) of the Capital Markets and Services Act for INSIDER trading involving Sapura Kencana shares.
