 As we all know that with lower demand, prices  too will come down effectively meaning the Malay owned shares will have a lower value than the non Malay shares.

How does this BENEFIT the working class Malay, is beyond me. Times have changed, BURSA MALAYSIA  as the market regulator should advise the Prime Minister likewise, but if it does now have the testicles to do that, then the least it can do is to go knock some sence into Tengku Zafrul,  the Finance Minister.

I am not sure if they still practice this in Colombo, but when I was there a couple of decades ago I noticed that even if you violate a very minor traffic rule, the police will immediately issue a summon . NO SUCH THING AS BANG RM50 boleh kah?  The reason for that was the officer who issues the summons, will receive from the government a certain percentage of the summons once its paid. 

THE moral of this story is don't treat people like a BIG KOSONG by just weilding a stick. If you truly want people to behave give them enough carrots and only then show the stick when they misbehave.

What we need is a new deal mixed with a Marshall Plan. 

The Marshall Plan part would involve giving the Chinese a freehand to run the economy, with the Government  subsidizing the salary of the ideginious population, plus provide money for the workforce to upgrade themselves in English and technology.

SEA Ltd, the parent of Shopee has been acting weird over the past couple of months despite seeing the stock price rise by more than 1000 per cent over a 30 month period. READ :

So why would a company which has won nearly all its battles with Lazada,  suddenly kiss up to the RULLING ELITE and show the MIDDLE FINGER to the consumers who have supported SHOPEE  during thick and thin times?

No self-confidence

The anwser to that question  is NO SELF CONFIDENCE and great fear that the Fat Lady will start singing.

Unlike Lazada, Shopee has failed to do one THING that serious investors  always look for BEYOND your number of users or how many billions your revenue base is.

And when serious investors do not get WHAT THEY WANT,  then you become just like READ : UBER, who had to exit from South East Asia in 2018, China in 2017 and Russia in 2016 because it FAILED to rake in a PROFIT.

The battles which Shopee has won are mere hype, while the WAR that Shopee is losing EVERYDAY since the day it started operations have been and will be its INABILITY to make a PROFIT.

On Monday, I wrote   READ : You can shake me for a while, Live it up in style, No matter what you do I'm gonna take you down 

I had SPECIFICALLY  mentioned: The plan was to  push the shares down to 30 sen and trigger an avalanche of a margin call, but that plan seems to have been scuttled.

If I already knew before hand that the plan had been scuttled  WHY? did I SPECIFICALLY mention 30 SEN as the target?l

Well I did that to specifically dis mantle the HOAX information  being put out there by one of Serba Dinamik's biggest online critics,  that hails from the i3investor site .

This particular user had since July  until now made claims that Serba Dinamik CEO shares will be foresold at 34 sen. 

Well the stock went close to 30 sen, and yet Mohd Abdul Karim hung in there took the blows below the belt and the stock is now 36.5 sen.

This user has over the months claimed to be a winner and has made many unverified claims about Serba Dinamik for many months now...which I am sure people can now judge for themselves.

My concern though is for i3investor....DO YOU REALLY WANT TO END UP IN THE POOR HOUSE FOR CONTINUING TO PUBLISH

ENTROPY in my COUNTRY : The Second Law

ENTROPY is best described as a gradual decline into disorder.

Malaysia is not falling into that state, as my personal feeling is that, we are already in that state. 

 My reasons are as follows :

1. ONLY IN MALAYSIA locals are discriminated against foreign brand names.  Can any one in Malaysia with authority state why Afrizan Tarmili Khairul Azhar (AFTAAS) were banned from doing plc audits for a year even though there was no loss to nor complaint from client by the Audit Oversight Board.

While KPMG has now agreed to pay the Government US$80 million in fines after a CLIENT complained about their AUDIT work which led to a LOSS of MONEY READ :UNDER KPMG's WATCH US$3.197 BILLION WAS MISAPPROPRIATED

Did KPMG agree to pay the fine as part of a deal, includes a clause that states they will not be penalized with a suspension instead READ ; KPMG PLT has agreed to pay a settlement of US$80 million (valued at RM333 million) to resolve all claims related to its fiduciary duties in auditing the accounts of 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) for the period of 2010 to 2012, the Ministry of Finance

Does this mean WRONG DOERS CAN NOW CHOOSE TO PAY THE GOVERNMENT MONEY instead of doing real time for their misdeeds?

The implications  on KPMG not being slapped with a suspension is that they will now still be able to Audit government owned companies such as Petronas.

UNDER THE TERMS OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF MALAYSIA and KPMG, 
DID KPMG ADMIT TO IT'S CRIME or WAS IT A CASE OF I JUST PAY YOU THE  MONEY AND THAT IS THAT.

We the people of Malaysia are not whores, and as such ,  would very much appreciate  NOT being treated like one by the UNELECTED Finance Minister Tengku Zafrul.

There are implications to this too; because if under the agreement KPMG did not admit to its guilt,  then KPMG could well be telling the truth all along and the actions of the Government can be best described  as a powerful gangster extorting money from the innocent READ ; As at 2pm Malaysian Time on Sept 21 2021, ON ITS WEBSITE, KPMG MAINTAINS ITS INNOCENCE

On the converse, if KPMG did admit to its guilt then the implications  are that since June 25 2018 KPMG has been living a lie . How can we then accept the ANY  audit work as true and fair from a proven LIAR?

On  Sept 4,  I had identified that days before that some 50 million shares of Serba Dinamik had changed hands, which I said was going to be used to READ : To Cull Serba Dinamik's l The Share Price.

Obviously 50 million shares could not do the job, so another 30 million shares were moved on via off market block trades to SHAKE DOWN, Serba Dinamik .

According  to Bursa Market Place where the latest shareholdings of public listed companies can be found, only Serba Dinamik Board member Abdul Kadier bin Sahib and its CEO Mohd Abdul Karim have more than 5 per cent.

These two gentlemen  were not party to the off market trade.

 Instead influential power broker swayed by the complete transfer of Distribution of Domestic Gas from Petroliam Nasional Bhd(Petronas) to Petroleum Sarawak Bhd sencing that time is of essence have made what  I CONSIDER THE SECOND LAST ATTEMPT  TO TRY AN ATTEMPT A SHAKE DOWN IN SERBA DINAMIK .

Over the past 40 months, SEA Ltd shares have grown by more than 1000 per cent,  but with that, it  has begun showing off its ugly fangs by arm twisting small Malaysian merchants, already TRAUMATISED the tilt by Covid 19.

What Shopee is doing in Malaysia,  will not be tolerated by the China Government  if TenCent  dares to pull the same stunt in the mainland READ ;  CHINA says tech firms must stop blocking links to their competitors ' sites.

Giving SHOPEE an inch is DANGEROUS  as,  it will DEMAND for a YARD.  True to form, SHOPEE  is  slowly but surely taking away democracy from the average consumer.

Malaysians and their government have been silent far too long, as others stand up for their rights  READ ;  SHOPEE chooses delivery services rather than letting customers do so, riles up Thai Government while it's people demand Shopee mind its own business

Malaysians know what it feels like to be lorded by people we did not choose to gover, so let's  not allow this KIASU entity to oppress  our business or dictate to us who we are allowed to do business with.
