NEW Series !!! : The Pirates Of Bursa Malaysia

THERE are no songs for these series, which aims for an in-depth take down of the powerful stock market syndicates that has shamed the Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, and inflicted billions of ringgit in losses for the retail investors.

THE objective of what will be revealed in due time is to show the investing Malaysian public if one laymen can expose so much, with very limited backend technology , why on earth can't the requlators do  MORE.

IN medical terms, corruption inside Bursa Malaysia, and The Securities Commission is at the CODE BLUE LEVEL, a term  generally used to indicate a patient requiring resuscitation or otherwise in need of immediate medical attention, most often as the result of a respiratory or cardiac arrest.

EVEN to the untrained mind, it's pretty obvious that Bursa Malaysia and the Securities Commission always appear  at the crime scene after a crime takes place, which in itself as not a big red flag.

THE RED flag that  sticks out like a sore thumb are the PATHETIC criminal conviction ratio of Bursa Malaysia and the SC, who unlike  the Malaysian police force, that  has a very good track in ensuring that enough evidence is produced at the criminal courts for a conviction,

DON'T be fooled, that this disgraceful ratio is due to incompetence at the  SC or Bursa Malaysia level.  READ : Top SC officials, politicians implicated in RM28.2 million graft report

ON the contrary they are very competent, being past masters in pretending not to know or see, what they can actually sniff with one eyed closed. READ :Former Goldman Sachs banker says the ‘unprecedented’ transfer happened ‘overnight’ after BNM governor Zeti Akhtar Aziz’s husband was allegedly bribed.

THE SC and Bursa Malaysia needs a shake up from top to bottom, and so does the Minority shareholders Watchdog Group and Bank Negara Malaysia. READ : Madani govt ups the ante on corporate governance.

THIS new series, have no intentions to make an enemy of business owners such as Eddie Chai, and Jacky Pang Chow Huat, as their hands too are tied by the market requlators, who for their own selfish greasy hands refuse to  broadly legalise market makers and market making. VIEW : List of Legal market makers in Malaysia

FOR the likes of DK, the notorious KV Gang and Victor Chin Boon Long, the clock ticks right from now. We can't shame them to mend their ways, but we certainly can name and shame the market regulators into action.

THOSE action will certainly  come as Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim is serious in curbing money laundering, and corruption, a scrooge that is bleeding the country.

THE SC and Bursa Malaysia should no longer be allowed to allow the pirates of Bursa Malaysia, scott free via civil action or a nice small fine. READ :SC compounds Serba Dinamik, top execs RM3 mil each for submitting false revenue as investors lose billions of Ringgit

What I learned from Tik Tok this week : Gimme Hope Joanna

is that stand out reggae hit from the  Guyanese-British singer, songwriter and multi-instrumental Eddy Grant that was released in 1998.

THE  economy might not be doing very well, atleast not as well as the MADANI Government says it is, as JABIL, one the big manufacturer who pays very good salary goes on a two week shutdown and clamp down in over time.

THE highlight that should not have been but did take centre stage was about a China man called Chin who may or may not been bonking a Malay chick called Mira.

Gimme hope Jo'anna
Hope Jo'anna
Gimme hope Jo'anna
'Fore the morning come
Gimme hope Jo'anna
Hope Jo'anna
Hope before the morning come

YES, Gimme hope Jo'anna because the Tik Tokkers have zeroed in on the wrong sex scandal. The correct one seems to have gone unnotice but hopefully not for long.

APPARENTLY, the RM97 million scandal involving the human resources ministry is merely a side show because the main course is actually a red hot love affair between some of the parties involved in all this mess.

DO your MAGIC Tik Tok, because i am tired of watching View Chin beating up his wife on Tik Tok. TELL or show us more of the Love Story @ Human Resources Ministry. AMEN

Malaysia, Can You Please Help Me Solve This : Teka Teki

is a song from Raisa, the lead singer of the popular girl led rock band, Vierra. The singer, is listed on the Billboard Top 50, as one of the most active artist on social media.

TEKA teki is the Malay word for PUZZLE. Since Malaysians love a good puzzle, can you please help me solve the following puzzle.

Sungguh kau buatku bertanya-tanya
Dengan teka-teki teka-tekimu
Mungkinkah ku temukan jawaban
Teka-teki teka-teki

I am certain Azam Baki didn't call in V Sivakumar to the MACC office at 10 am today, to have coffee, tea, biscuits and some nice currypuffs, because 10 am during Ramadhan is not the break fast  time.

MALAYSIA, if V Sivakumar is not a suspect (nevermind lah that two of his top personal aides are in detention still for the RM96 million scandal)  and neither is he a witness.

WHAT is V Sivakumar then? A very competent guy? An incompetent bozo? Or a makan gaji buta type of an outstanding fellow?

Lim Kit Siang : Maha Benar!!!

is the monster hit from Ecko Show, Tuan 13 and Zein Penzer, that had spawned numerous diss video clips on Tik Tok.

LIM Kit Siang's so called attack on the Anwar Ibrahim administration's lack of moral fiber in not objecting to Najib Razak's pardon plea is just a show to help make life long DAP and Pakatan Harapan members feel good about themselves.

SURE, Malaysians are shocked with Parti Keadilan Raktat's manipulation and downright lies to the public. Are we to forget just eight months ago, PKR's life mission was to see Zahid Hamidi in jail and Azam Baki made jobless .

TODAY, Zahid Hamidi is the Deputy Prime Minister, the first in line to replace the Prime Minister if Anwar Ibrahim has a medical emergency while Azam Baki heads the powerful Anti Corruption Agency.

Buang jauh-jauh sifat busuk hati
Nanti kena azab kayak film di tv
Jadi manusia jangan banyak protes
Mulutmu yang nyenyes sini aku beli pake uang cash

WITH this in mind, Lim Kit Siang being a retired politician should keep his head out from what active politicians intend to do.

WHAT Malaysia wants to know from Lim Kit Siang is, if he is willing to do a Tun Dr Mahathir, if Najib is pardoned.

BY that I mean, Mr Lim Kit Siang will you quit the DAP and distance yourself from the DAP if the likes such as your son Lim Guan Eng, and the current party head Anthony Loke sell their DAP souls for the fatal attraction of POWER?

From Turkey With Love : Zombie

was a smash hit for the Cranberries, taken from their 1994 studio album, No need to arque. The single is often described as the master piece of alternative rock.

WHAT happens when you wish to have a SPECIAL relationship with the EU's basket nation, which some say is a roque state.? READ :  Turkish government’s financial, technical, political and military support for an army of jihadists, consists of groups designated as terrorists by the U.N.

Violence causes silenceWe must be mistaken
It's the same old themeSince nineteen-sixteenIn your head, in your head, they're still fightingWith their tanks and their bombsAnd their bombs and their guns

WHAT happens is, they will come back, and will abuse our hospitality by bitting our backsides since we have a Prime Minister who hero WORSHIPS the Turkish leadership.

LUCKY for Malaysia, Indonesia has an outstanding president called Jokiwi, too bad the same cannot be said of to his counter part in Malaysia

AppAsia : Let's Get It started

was a top 20 hit on both sides of the Atlantic in 2004, for Black Eyed Peas, one of the biggest group's over the past two decades.

APPASIA Bhd ;

Let's get it started
Let's get it started (up in here)
Let's get it started
Let's get it started (up in here)

LOOKING, at the media coverage, the highlight for APPASIA this week was READ : The National Audit Board joining AppAsia's e Conform Platform.

AS it is, about 1,400 audit firms are already using the e conform platform. That's about 95 per cent of all the registered audit firms in the country, whereby AppAsia charges about RM15 per transaction.

TO many of us, who have no idea, what the heck this e conform is all about. Well , eConfirm.my is an industry-wide Electronic Bank Confirmation Platform to facilitate the audit process for the auditors and banks operating in Malaysia to process the annual bank audit confirmations for companies.

APPASIA, will have to ask itself why many people, some who are even using their platform, which is already being used by all the major banks VIEW : The participating bank list here have no idea what is e conform.my.

HAVE you ever even see a Tik Tok advertisment by the company, to educate the public , about e confirm.my.? NO,right, because no such advertisement exist.

WHY on earth educate the public, when they might not be your direct customers? Well because when you have a strong presence and brandname , the public might just in droves end up buying your shares.

TALKING, about shares, for me the major highlight this week with regards to AppAsia, was not the Jabatan Audit engagement, but rather AppAsia VIEW : Buying Back it's own shares from the open market

WITH the latest purchase AppAsia owns some 51 million of its owns shares. What is AppAsia's achilles heel?  The company hasn't in a sustainable way engaged with the research community, and spends very little on brand awareness and brand building.

HAVING, coverage from the likes of Rakunten is great, but unless and until AppAsia, starts talking to the likes of CiMB and Maybank, AppAsia will remain a seasonal stock, which is a crying shame because, if handled with care, it has the armour be the next big thing, for companies  under RM1 billion market capitalisation radar.

Bestinet : Where's You Papa Gone?

is the hit single from Scotland's 1970's pop group Middle of The Road, which was on their to global superstardom until Sweden's ABBA popped up and took their place instead.

ACCORDING to Charles Santiago, who is not exactly on the very best terms with the DAP party leadership, that the READ : Bestinet portal which has been controlled by a major labour broker in managing this multi-billion business must be dismantled.

CHARLES also wants the foreign recruitment aspects to be taken off the hands of  his DAP party mate V Sivakumar, the Human Resources Minister sitting on a 96 million corruption  investigation, and be placed instead right under the management of the Prime Minister's Office.

WOULD i trust Bestinet? NOT in any life time. WHY is that so? Well please listen to ;

Where's your papa gone (where's your papa gone)
Little baby, Don? (Little baby, Don?)
Where's your papa gone? (Where's your papa gone?)
Far, far away…

WHAT??  I won't trust Bestinet because I don't know where thier papa is gone?

JUST go to VIEW : their website or look at the pic  above, none of them have a family name. Call me whatever you want, but I find it strange a company running a billion Ringgit business are filled with people who only have a single name.
