State of the Nation : INJUSTICE.

FORTY two years ago, Michigan was thrown into turmoil when a judge presiding over the case where two Caucasians had brutally beaten a native Chinese American to  three years' probation and a $3,000 fine, but no jail time.

PERHAPS,  after 42 years, Malaysia has decided to practise justice not on the crime but who commits the crime.

LOOK at the crooked ex police, now turned opposition communicator' READ ; Papagoma for using a firm to collect donations.

A team from the Anti Money Laundering Team moved to arrest  Papagomo.  Kudos to the authorities for acting promptly.

BUT how about the RM50 million via unnatural warrant conversion at Revenue Group Bhd, which looks to have a lot related to money laundering.. seems to have gone untouched.

LEONG Seng Wui, hasn't been brought detained nor charged and neither has Quantum Metal's  Lim Khong Soon, who has basically pocketed people's money and is laughing at Malaysians, because he too smells like an UNTOUCHABLE.

WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia ; The RM300 billion Question, proves Najib Razak was not the only one..

ONLY this year, have READ : on line scams, over taken drugs as the biggest money earners for organised crime.

BUT boy oh boy, the money generated by these scams and pyramid schemes were by no means peanuts, prior to this year.

TAKE the RM300 billion that is said to have come from abroad mainly from China into Malaysia for the benefit of the MBI Group by drug kingpin turned fraudster Tedy Teow Wooi Huat, who is also known as Zhang Yufa in China.

How Tedy Teow, a pudgy 58-year-old from Penang, managed to operate for nearly a decade after falling afoul of authorities, very early in the game  remains a mystery.

``He was slapped with a 160,000 ringgit fine as far back as 2011 for misleading investors yet rebounded to find a “second chance” in China, he said in a 2013 video biography he released on YouTube,`` the South China Morning Post demanded to know.

THE Bank Negara Governor,  from 2000 to 2016, Ungku Zeti Akhtar binti Ungku Abdul Aziz, should be the correct women to answer these questions, on scandal which is far more bigger than even 1MDB.

Malaysia, get ready for Trump versus Huawei ; The Rematch.

THE truth often hurts, so there is no need to hold the punches to the face, when it is glaringly obvious that Fahmi Fadzil is a brainless minnion.

FAHMI Fadzil's "truth" about Digital Nasional Bhd as told in Parliament,  was torn into shreds by none other than Minister Gobind Singh Deo that READ : Digital Nasional Bhd is actually a very well run company, which has READ : coverage over 82 per cent of the populated areas in Malaysia servicing the 5G needs of some 17.5 million users.

NOTABLY the current network ranks second in the world for download speeds, trailing only South Korea, according to a September report from network analytics company Opensignal.

AS useful idiots often do, the minnion placed in charge of MCMC in his haste to please had jumped the gun in announcing READ : in announcing U Mobile as the builder of Malaysia's second 5G network, while admitting that MCMC had yet to sir down and discuss with U Mobile on its plans.

DOESN'T anyone find it odd, a decision was made by merely evaluating some proposals laid out in mere paper without actually getting feedback from U Mobile, which is owned 100 per cent by five stakeholders, and zero per cent by the Joe Public.

LESS, we forget what's sticking out like a mangled finger oozing with puss, the tiny little detail of MCMC Chairman Salim Fateh Din, who also serves as executive vice-chairman of MRCB, a construction firm that is part of a consortium with Vincent Tan Chee Yioun 's Berjaya subsidiary bidding for a high-speed rail project connecting Kuala Lumpur to Singapore.

NOW assuming,  market expectations are spot on that U Mobile will be roping in Huawei, the 5G equipment maker, that READ :that is the centre of punitive action, by current US President Joe Biden.

TO think, that the guy who actually started bullying Huawei, is Donald Trump, the next president of the United States, just go to show, that Fahmi Fadzil had jumped the gun, placing Malaysia's data centre ambitions stuck between a hard place and a rock.

Albert Tei, you give whistleblowers a bad name

TIK Tok is flooded with Albert Tei and his alleged role in a series of video clips, alleging  corrupt practise in Sabah.

ASSUMING, Albert Tei is indeed the whistleblower, then it's best for the authorities to also investigate his business in Kedah and Perlis too.

KUDOS to the MACC for not giving the dude a free pass, because the recent past has already shown us that Albert Tei is a law breaker, who surprisingly has friends in BERSATU at the highest level.

State of the Nation: Education

THE ugly man of Malaysia, it seems has yet again, come out and say at the Federal level, what needs to be said about the state of education in Malaysia. READ: Zahid Hamidi wants UPSR and PT3 exams reinstated.

IF you wish to know why I have coined the Deputy Prime Minister as the Ugly Man of Malaysia, feel free to READ : The Ugly Men's World.

NOW coming back to the state of education in Malaysia today, which  literally has NO exams to really gauge students progress until it's too late.

WHAT can be worst then that, those who are brave may yet ask? Well it's an Education Minister in the form of Fadhlina Sidek, who is ill equipped to hold the portfolio.

NO politics here, but the women seems more comfortable to be a pen pusher than a Minister who will right the wrongs of the past.

HOW many times is she going to slag Radzi Jidin, the former education minister from BERSATU for being an idiot? READ : Blame Radzi Jidin for abolishing UPSR and PT3 says Fadhlina.

IT seems instead of rectifying the problem immediately by reintroducing central exams,  the minister wants to take the Nation for ride powered by consultants, who may take donkey years to come up with the OBVIOUS.

WHERE is the PREMIUM of being Malaysian.

THE Madani Government has to do some serious soul searching, as they are being seen as agents who are  robbing Malaysians, from the pride and premium of being Malaysians.

DR Mahathir  still resonates with Malaysians with the Malaysia Boleh, war cry that invokes pride in all of us that together, we can indeed do the impossible.

WITH Madani, we are left to lick our own wounds and settle with the score, that by law it is okay READ : to pay a local fresh graduate RM1,700 per month, which is what an illiterate Bangladeshi worker will also be getting paid.

WHERE is the premium of being a Malaysian, which comes with an obligation to die for the flag in the event of war?  No where insight.

THE same goes when the country awarded the second 5G licence to U Mobile Bhd, which at that point of award was majority owned by a foreign entity.

AGAIN, where is the premium of being a Malaysian, which comes with an obligation to die for the flag in the event of war? No where insight.

U MOBILE has attempted to rectify the matter, but then again as the Edge had rightfully pointed out, there is only READ : Confusion over Temasek's ST Telemedia stake size after it inks deal to pare down 'majority stake' in U Mobile to 20%..

EVEN if this confusion is eventually put straight, we won't forget that MADANI promised us inclusively, which leaves most Malaysians confused, because the number of U Mobile shareholders doesn't exceed even five fingers, as opposed to that of TM and Maxis shareholders which can easily surpass 10,000.

Who is the whistleblower in Sabah?

I was one of the first to VIEW ; identify Sabah as the state which Malaysiakini was alleging a big whistleblower story was about to burst.

SUBSEQUENTLY  on November 17 2024, i had used a READ : Sabahkini.co piece, where the portal had zeroed in a particular individual as the said whistleblower, to question MCMC selective persecution.

YET,  I am astonished most Malaysians have bought into the story that former Sabah Mineral Management (SMM) chief executive officer Jontih Enggihon is the whistleblower.

JONTIH Enggihon is merely the guy who possed questions and recorded the video clips READ : on a camera pen which cost less than RM80.

HE is not the whistleblower but merely an agent of the whistleblower, as one would assume, this was clearly highlighted by Malaysiakini itself when it wrote READ:Former Sabah Mineral Management (SMM) chief executive officer Jontih Enggihon has denied the allegation of colluding with the whistleblower behind the videos of the alleged corruption scandal.
