Who developed MySejahtera?
MySejahtera is developed through a strategic cooperation between the National Security Council (NSC), the Ministry of Health (MOH), the Malaysian Administrative Modernisation and Management Planning Unit (MAMPU) and Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI). SO Government of Malaysia says that MySejahtera was developed partly by the Ministry of Science , Technology and Innovation (which at that point was under Khairy Jamaluddin).
MY question is how come the MIMOS chairman Sharil Shamsuddin who ultimately reports to Khairy Jamaluddin, suddenly is part of the ownership of MySejahtera? And How come the PAC report headed by a DAP member of Parliament fails to raise this gross conflict of interest?
