I support Barisan Nasional and perhaps will always will but that does not mean that I will give them a free pass when they come up with an horrendous economic manifesto. READ : BN's RM2208 Assertive Income Plan
AS for Perikatan Nasional, they have a few nuts and bolts missing too in their brains . READ : Free Computers For All The Teachers in Malaysia
Jangan cuma bisa ngomong
Kalo otak masih kosong
Nilai orang paling pinter
Udah kaya maha bener
WHAT is odd with both these manifesto are, they don't provide you a time frame on when or how soon the plans will be executed nor do they state from where they will pluck the money to implement these plans without resurrecting the Goods & Service Tax System.
NOW let's get down to the hard numbers. According to the Department of Statistics READ : In 2020 there were 0.98 million single households in Malaysia.
LET'S assume 500,000 of these households are B40, and the government will need to fork out RM500 per household to bring their salary to RM2208 a month.
PER year it's gonna cost the Government RM3 billion for a plan which is not fair because households with parents and two school going children with a combined RM3000 income, must slog it out with just RM3000, while a solo household get to live it up with RM2208 thanks to government assistance. GOT Logic or plain stupid?
PERIKATAN Nasional is no better, with its plan to spend as much as RM1.2 billion just to provide 400,000 teachers who may already own a laptop with a brand new one. Again no time frame given when such an exercise wlli start and end
