Your DATE of Notice is Wrong. it is not POSSIBLE for EPF to have NOTIFIED your company secretary on 17 March 2016, that they TRADED on some Kossan Shares on OCTOBER 2016. Time Travel as we know it, is still not possible...or is it Kossan Rubber????
