Shakedown @ Malaysia's Madani.

APPARENTLY, Wan Nurzila Abdul Rahman the of strategic communications head at the Prime Minister's Office READ :  Was sacked on short 24 hours notice, as the Prime Minister's Communication Team Has Hit A Brick Wall In Their Effort To Promote the Malaysia Madani framework.

J Kom head, Mohammad Agus Yusoff however will continue to overstay in a job, he is definitely ill equiped  to deliver even the slightest of advantage to the Prime Minister .

ANWAR Ibrahim's immediate goals are  win as many hearts and minds possible, ahead of SIX very deadly June state elections.

COMING back, to the Prime Minister's communication team's inability to communicate effectively on the Madani frame work, I suspect is because they were to afraid to ask the Prime Minister the hard questions.

OR maybe they were just too damn lazy for homeworks, that  would have revealed some striking similarities between the  Madani  framework and the current global trend setting  Environmental, Social and Goverance frame work.

ONCE  those similarities have identified, the communication team, should then sit down with the Prime Minister, as well as with Rafizi Ramli who heads economic portfolio to find out a bit more  on what the Prime Minister said in February.

SINCE late February 2023, up till today nothing more has been heard about  the MADANi framework in  Government Linked Companies, which actually a crying shame.

SHAMEFUL is the emotion best suited for the Rafizi Ramli persona, because he had shown no effort to rope in the GlC, especially those listed on Bursa Malaysia, so that by now the communication team would some true stories to tell.

STEP Number One, teach and train the GLC' on how to monotise the Madani framework. Focus on how the Madani frame can help in reducing waste, as an economic tool to cut down on cost.

STEP Number Two, utilise the Madani frame work on the GlC heads themselves, so they can recommend  to the Government  based on a critical cost competitive assesment structure, on how much of the CEO take home salary should be reduced.

STEP Number Three, get GLC' more involved to upskill thier Malaysian work force, and invest in new technologies to reduce reliance on foreign labour.
