ANWAR Ibrahim is basically talking about doing the right thing, following correct procedures but he himself is BLATANTLY not following good practise.
THE SOP for the civil service is , if there is hanky panky, then a police report has to be made, and while pending investigation the officer in turn is suspended.
IF ministers or ex ministers are involved, then the PM or his office needs to make a report for investigation to take place on the particular minister.
CONSIDERING that Tengku Zafrul was the previous Finance Minister and current MITI minister, one has the impression that Anwar Ibrahim by talking too much is going to piss off the civil service and when you manage to do that, you will be just another EX Prime Minister.
