WiseGuy inside The Corporate Mafia : The Secret Substantial Shareholder of Revenue Group

DETAILS have emerged now that some time on August 2023, a new substantial shareholder, owning more that 5 per cent of Revenue Group had emerges in Revenue Group Bhd, yet NO disclosure of the activity was reported to the stock exchange. 

THE emergence of this high network secretativr substantial shareholder came a month before Revenue Group Bhd's  READ :Company Secretary Heng Chiang Pooh resigned abruptly

INTERESTINGLY,  the new firm appointed as the company secretary of Revenue Group Bhd has an indirect link to the board room tussle in  the public listed company, if elaborated further has the potential to uncover damaging conflts of interest as well as the integrity of the audit process .

ARE there paper trails to validate the claims of the emergence of a secret substantial shareholder in Revenue Group Bhd or is what I am writing merely hearsay.

I am afraid, there is a paper trail to back what I have written but since this being a Friday, I will just let the people behind the company secretary firm, Francis Leong Seng Wui and Victor Chin Boon Long sleep over it, in what is going to be a VERY  long WEEKEND for all of  THEM.
