KNM Group Bhd ; When Two Tribes Go To War!

IN  eleven days time minority shareholders will get a good idea on what is going  to happen to KNM Group Bhd, via measuring the creditors reaction over a sudden tussle for control of the company.

BATTLE lines  for KNM , were drafted as soon as a London based German emerged in KNM, owning just under 9 per cent.

MEET  Andreas Heeschen, whoes wife Catherine H Prevost, READ : who bought a mansion last year in Palm Beach for US$17 million.

OBVIOUSLY, the German has money, but will  the creditors READ :  At KNM's, court conveyed scheme of arrangement meeting on October 12 2023, take Andreas Heeschen seriously.

ANDREAS Heeschen,  has become an oddity on the Western part of Europe, due to the manner in which he lost control of Heckler & Koch, a German weapons defence manufacturer with subsidiaries all over the world.

OBVIOUSLY,  there questions on Andreas Heeschen's temperamental and erattic judgement at critical moments.

THAT being said,  TEAM Andreas Heeschen is adamant that the current KNM board's READ : own decision making process and the ability to execute a plan if action is severely wanting.

ALTHOUGH, TEAM Andreas Heeschen flatly deny READ : they want control of KNM in order to stop the sale of Borsiq and FBM Group, the sudden entry of the German seems to suggest that it may not be that far from the truth.

MINORITY shareholders of KNM should ask themselves some very simple questions, which has nothing to do about money but rather it has much more to do with temperament and judgement.

THE people, the German wants to bring in at KNM specifically Edwin Silvester Das, who currently serves as Jiankun International Bhd CEO;  Zaidi bin Mat Isa @ Hashim, an executive  director at  SMTrack Bhd ; and William H Van Vliet II, who is also CN Asia Corp Bhd are not exactly highly regarded names.

THE common denominator here is  the company they hail from  READ : were all mentioned in the Edge',s hidden hands special report on unethical trading

APART, from CN Asia, which made a profit of RM313,000 , which is what a very good rojak or Char Kuey Teow H A W KE R can make a year,  while Jiankun and SM Track are champions in SUFFERING LOSSES, raising some serious questions if Andreas Heeschen is not serious in bringing back the glory days of KNM.

THE said trio can help  rescue KNM, borders on madnees;  expecting  a different outcome in KNM than ,by appointing the same set of PEOPLE who are responsible if when lucky to register  a profit of few hundred thousand ringgit or in a normal year, full year losses that are all so familiar in JIANKUN, SM Track and CN Asia,
