It seems the Finance Minister,  rightfully will not BUDGE that  the best  5G fit for Malaysia is  for Digital Nasional Bhd to go solo and then at a latter stage offer a stake to the telcos. 

As the experience in Mexico has shown a single  wholesale network is only possible if the Government has 100 per cent control in the early stage .  

Bring in  the private sector too early,  will result in  the infrastructure being built but the public/private entity going bust.
