, is the first single from Elton John's 2 ▼ 4 0 album commonly referred  as the two low for zero album.  Released on 1983,  the single as well as the album was a life saver for  Elton  John,  as prior to that  his previous four consecutive albums, sold poorly and didn't manage to produce a hit.

2 ▼ 4 0 ,  if  class could  be measured ,  could well be the verdict for those who want to take us back to our immediate  past : paying world class rates for 4G services, on  grids that bristles even slower than those in Laos,  the poorest of the poor in South East Asia.

YOU don't have to be Albert Einstein to figure out that being efficient, productive and hands down like how Digital Nasional  has been under the tutelage of  Finance Minister Tengku Zafrul is a  scrooge  against corruption  and  the corrupt.

FOR now,  Digital Nasional Bhd is just  the side show,  but if  they keep it up,   those who thrive on Inefficiency and incompetence seem fearful that Tengku Zafrul will  bring the ginbang gang's  making hay while the sun shine days to an abrubt  END.
