THE year is 2016 : It has been a wonderful 24 months for Pahang, as ordinary men and women became rich enough to retire, some even as millionaires, as rear earth or better know as bauxite became the flavour of the day.

HAVING secured the breakwater contract at Kuantan Port, a couple of years earlier, a contract eyed by Kuantan Port's 60 per cent owner IJM Corp Bhd as well as a host of dredgers from China, a nation which is about 29 times bigger than Malaysia.
YET, there was not a single voice who dared to raise their voice in public and object to Inai Kiara' securing the contract.
WHY didnt they?: China herself is home to many of the great dredgers of the world, while IJM , itself is one of South East Asia's largest conglomerates.
THEY Didn't, because they couldn't, as here stood, the made in Malaysia and run by a Malay captain, INAI KIARA , READ : Asia's Largest dredger, and the fifth in the World.
